buffet de petit déjeuner lamentable (que de l'eau en boisson froide sans supplément, très peu de variété)
personnel non avenant
moquette détrempée par la climatisation dès notre arrivée et aucune solution apportée par le personnel
appareils branchés sur des multiprises sauvages, posés sur la moquette mouillée...
trop loin du parc waterton, bourgade pitoresque mais peu d'activités
piscine sympa (mais vestiaires glacials)

Dear Guest,
We were distressed to read that you experienced some difficulties during your stay. It is very important to us that our guests are comfortable and enjoy their time with us. Our hot breakfast buffet includes both hot and cold food selections as well as coffee and tea. We do offer an assortment of juices and milk for a small additional fee. I have shared your comments regarding your server with the Restaurant Manager and assure you this is not acceptable to our standards. Customer Service is very important to us and I apologize for any negative impression you experienced.
Maintenance issues, whenever possible, are dealt with immediately and I apologize for this oversight in regards to your A/C. This has since been repaired.
Our pool area is enjoyed by many of our guests and the water and room temperatures are controlled for guest comfort. We have asked our Maintenance Department to check to ensure that everything is set for a pleasant experience.
Again, please accept our sincerest apology for your discomfort and know that your concerns have been addressed. We value your business and hope, that should you come to this area again, you will allow us another opportunity to serve you.
