Good experience but little attention to pollution
There is no point in paying "1% for the planet" when the RVs are 7.2-liter displacement Fords. This is the thing that makes me lower the rating from 5 to 4 stars.
If I use a vehicle to tour the parks I would like it to be less polluting than such a displacement.
The other thing I liked least is that no payment is accepted except by credit card. What is the problem with accepting an international transfer?
Otherwise everything went well: both pickup and dropoff were done well, and the RV equipment had even more than I expected.

The 1% for the planet movement helps fund many organisations, including Planetair and Carbone Boréal, who help both educate about climate change and help counteract the effects of carbon emissions.
The fee might not always counterbalance the full amount of CO2 released from certain road trips, but we do believe that every little bit counts, and with enough funds, it can make a big impact.
We don't accept international transfers, as our internal system is adapted for credit card payments. We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience.
