Some discomforts but effective and friendly
The service is in general good, the price is accesible and the posibility to rent a car using only a researcher allow to save time and money. However in my case there was a mistake in the reservation and when I arrive to pick the car up, there wasn't reservation, I tried to call but nobody answered because was Sunday. So, I had to wait until the following day to have a solution and I had to change my original trip. In the reservation with Authentik I didn't see additional charges and AVIS charged other charges not included in the package, but this fees weren't mentioned when I booked with Authentik. Finally I'd like to say I had an exceptional trip, the car was very comfortable and I didn't any problem when traveling. Thank you

However, we want to say sorry again for the bad start… Avis did make a mistake in the dates of your booking, and you could not get the car on the first day. I know we did reimburse that day as my colleague Gabrielle told me.
We have an emergency line as well on Sundays, I really don’t understand why you could not reach anybody as there are 3 people on that task. I will do a strong follow up on this. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve ourselves !
Finally, the charges you had are for the drop off fees. There were mentioned on your proposal.
