Thank you for your travel review, I am sorry that your room was not comfortable. You should of had a fan in your room I hope that cooled off your room some. The noise unfortunately we can not do anything about .
I am looking into the old chair that was in your room and seeing if it can be replaced. On a secondary note we will be renovating those rooms this fall.
Once again I apologize for the state of your room. I hope that the rest of your holiday was wonderful.
