Newfoundland by VR

Thanks to Authentik Canada we were able to discover beautiful Newfoundland at a significantly lower cost than by booking our rental directly with the dealer. Ms. Baldo from Authentik was great in supporting our requests and questions prior to our departure as well as dealing with a minor claim upon our arrival!

We had a few issues in the process, for example when we picked up the RV. (The generator did not work on the first one, so we had to change RV) and despite being new (we were the first customer to rent our RV), the quality of the finition of the RV's inside was not impressive: for example, a pole in one of the closets did not fit, a kitchen drawer did not close properly, a cupboard door broke on day one from normal usage, and we had an occasional water leak from the ceiling).

This said, the mechanical aspects of the RV worked really well!

The staff at the dealer and at Authentik were nice and helpful.

We had a good trip, everything considered.
