Considering the price, could be better

Firstly, our shuttle was 45min late, we were about a dozen people waiting and no one advised us. Then we have arrived at the rental offices in Abbotsford around 12pm and we've been told that we might be able to check-in after signing the contract in 15 to 30 minutes. We've waited for 2h without any further information, it would be great to inform us upfront that it would take a while.

The RV is great overall and provide good comfort. We were 2 people travelling and it was spacious but I doubt 5 adults can fit there without fighting after 48h, but that's totally personal.

Nevertheless, the RV presented some points that are unacceptable (even more when considering the price) : the front left tire had a missing piece of rubber (obvious on the picture and even more when comparing it to the front right tire), the steering wheel was shaking above 80 km/h and the whole RV windows can be blacked out except in the bedroom (illogical isn't it ?).

About the tire, the person at checkout just said "thanks for advising us, they must have missed it" but offered no compensation or anything whereas we've been driving almost 3000km with stress.
