Get ready for a unique experience and discover one of the most authentic of Canadian traditions at the sugar shack!

The Faucher family welcomes you to their sugar bush: the Cabane à Pierre. For more than 100 years, generations of Fauchers have grown up here with the sweet smell of boiling maple water, the lively rhythms of Québec folk music, a festive atmosphere and good, sweet, home-cooked meals.

In addition to discovering the traditional method for harvesting and transforming maple water, you will enjoy a typical sugar shack lunch or supper in an authentik, festive family setting.

The menu features traditional fare such as pea soup, omelette, crispy fried pork rinds ("oreilles de crisse"), meat pie, potatoes, pork & beans, preserves, maple ham, taffy on the snow and pancakes with maple syrup... All you can eat!
