Overcharged
The service pre booking was great and the team were incredibly helpful however on collecting the hire car at Vancouver airport we discovered a mistake had been made in reserving winter tyres, we had specifically stated we needed winter tyres and not just standard M+S and had been told these were reserved and included in the price, bit winter tyres had not been reserved and we ended up having to pay $360 extra, authentik paid half bit we were out of pocket by $180, very disappointing, our travel agent tried his hardest to resolve but authentik refused to honour the price we had agreed :(

Sorry about this, Avis has told us the wrong information, this is why we have accepted to pay half of the bill for the tires. If you would have rent with any other company, you would have paid the entire bill from the beginning.
This was the most we could do.
