DAY 1 - Montreal

DAY 2 - Montreal Ottawa ( 201 km / 02h07 )

After breakfast, the morning is yours to do what you wish. You can pick up your motorhome between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

And let the adventure begin! Your first destination is our National Capital, Ottawa.

We suggest that you take smaller country roads, and make a stop at Parc Omega to discover (and photograph!) Canadian wildlife in its natural habitat.

Nestled at the junction of three scenic rivers, Ottawa is considered to be one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world. It is a North American city with a bit of a European feel.

DAY 3 - Ottawa

During your day in the Canadian Capital, be sure to visit its most popular attractions, such as Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal and Byward Market.

DAY 9 - Mauricie Lac St-Jean ( 273 km / 03h08 )

This morning you set out for Lac St-Jean, a veritable inland sea.

You will be following a magnificent route along the historic St-Maurice River, used in the olden days by raftsmen for transporting wood.

Tadoussac is one of the best internationally renowned whale-watching sites in the world.

This morning you set out in the direction of Gaspesie!

DAY 17 - Gaspesie National Park Côte Gaspésienne ( 100 km / 01h14 )

Hiking is, without a doubt, the favourite activity within Gaspésie National Park.

The Mont Ernest Laforce trail is an easy hike that leads to the summit of the mountain and spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding region. You may even be lucky enough to see some moose!

You then head for the Gaspé coast, where you reach your campground at the end of the day.

DAY 18 - Côte Gaspésienne Forillon National Park ( 155 km / 02h09 )

The road trip continues to the incredible Forillon National Park, where mountain cliffs thrust brutally into the Atlantic Ocean.

The section of Route 132 between Gaspesie Park and Forillon Park is, without a doubt, one of the most spectacular drives in Quebec, if not in Canada.

Don't miss the Grande-Grave interpretive trail which highlights the way of life of the fishermen and their families at the time of colonization.

Bonaventure Island and Percé Rock National Park boast of a rich historical and natural heritage, a surprising geological past, and unusual plant and animal life including an impressive world-renowned colony of Northern Gannets.

In the afternoon you set out for Chaleur Bay ("Baie des Chaleurs") in the southern part of Gaspesie.

This part of Quebec has a long-standing reputation for open hospitality and "bon vivants" who enjoy the good things in life. You are sure to find a warm welcome that you will be hard-pressed to forget!

DAY 24 - Bas St-Laurent Jacques-Cartier Park ( 198 km / 02h04 )

Next the adventure leads you to one of Quebec's most beautiful parks, Jacques-Cartier National Park.

Jacques-Cartier National Park offers magnificent landscapes characterized by stunning contrasts: mountainous plateaus fractured by steep-sided valleys. 

The spectacular scenery of the Vallée de la Jacques-Cartier river valley includes a channel more than 550 metres deep through which the sparkling Jacques Cartier River winds its way.

DAY 26 - Jacques-Cartier Park Quebec City ( 38 km / 00h29 )

Today you head for the beautiful and historic Quebec City, cradle of French culture in the Americas.

Perched on the cliffs of Cap Diamant and overlooking the St. Laurence River, Quebec is proud to be a living museum and the only fortified city in North America.

Once you reach Quebec City, take the time to explore the city and its many historic sites. The entire old town is a UNESCO world heritage site.

Your campground is conveniently located close to downtown Quebec.

DAY 27 - Quebec City / Oka Park (305 km / 3:29)

You have the morning off in Quebec City. You can use this time to do some last-minute shopping or to explore some of the 1001 attractions of the Old Capital.

After lunch you set out in the direction of Oka, a region renowned for its cheese, its Cistercian abbey and its National Park. Lac des Deux-Montagnes, inside the park, offers hours of pleasure for swimming and water sports enthusiasts.

In the evening we recommend a tour of the Grande-Baie trail, which leads through four different ecosystems: a field, a caryer maple grove, a silver maple grove and a marsh.

DAY 28 - Oka National Park Montreal ( 49 km / 00h36 )

Up at dawn, an early breakfast and then you return to Montreal to drop off your motorhome and its equipment (before 10 a.m.)

A short transfer to the airport where you board your return flight.
