Excelent experience

This was the first time que rented a car. The experience was wonderful from the beggining, with full attention from the Thrifty cashier Renne. The explanation was very clear. As our Arrival flight delayed (twice), another car (upgrade) was arranged after 15 minutes waiting. During the Rental time, the only issue was a failure of gas door when filling, but a friend helped and se could open the gas door. We made a call report to the Rental Company. We also thank much to Authentik Canada for the fantastic service!
