O Canada
Expérience formidable
(Translated by Google) Exceptional trip to Canada!
It was the first time we came to Canada and what a beautiful country! What colors (green, yellow, red, orange), what wonderful nature and what kindness of the population.
The program concocted by Authentik was simply perfect: the hotels selected, the recommendations for restaurants and outings were very judicious. So a big thank you to; Josée for organizing the stay and listening to her.
Barely back that we already have; only one desire, to return to Canada to see the cities that we could not visit (Montréal, Saguenay, Ottawa....)
Truly a perfect vacation!

Wonderful stay for a honeymoon
(Translated by Google) Stay can be a bit short at any time. some places to fully enjoy the place.
Super
(Translated by Google) Well organized trip
Accommodation atypical and comfortable at times but which makes the charm of the stay
A guide who speaks fluent French and is certified for all the discoveries of the city would be desirable
For our part in Ottawa, we came across a young Italian student who spoke French very badly and was very difficult to understand. understand and what's more with a reminder to explain the city to us
This is the only false note of the stay
For my part, being a business manager, I would not pay such a service.
Apart from ça we are ready to recommend your agency to friends who would like to do CANADA

13 days in Canada
(Translated by Google) Delighted with the contact with Emilie who had to be patient and respond to questions. our questions????
The pace of the trip is relatively brisk but the destinations are worth the detour! Many thanks to; Authentic Canada!

A great experience in Canada
(Translated by Google) Many thanks to; Authentik Canada for this stay which took place; remarkably. No problem with reservations, a great adviser who took care to respect our desires and arranged for us. a tailor-made trip (and it was a bit at the last moment and with our repeated decision changes...thanks for his patience). The roadbook is very useful; and well done, organized. so as to have everything at hand without looking, it has been our compass the whole trip.
The trip itself was a truly rewarding experience. We had time for everything and to get a good overview of the cities, remote corners and Canadian history. We would have liked Stay there longer but you have to go back one day...unfortunately.
To do again, because the country is big and there are still plenty of things to do. discover to the north and to the West!!!

Great stay in Canada, thank you Authentik!
(Translated by Google) We absolutely do not regret having trusted; Authentik Canada for organizing our first Canadian Road Trip.
The recovered Road Book to the hotel from the first day was full, all the necessary information was there, no bad surprises possible!
If we were to go to again, it would be without hesitation with Authentik Canada.
The trip was beyond of our hopes, thank you for everything!
(Some negative points were present during the stay, see detailed comments but Authentik has nothing to do with it!)

almost total satisfaction
(Translated by Google) Ideal trip to 2 details:
- we would have liked find our GPS as soon as we took possession of our vehicle, that would have saved us the difficulties of traveling "blind" in Montreal to; a busy hour (6/7 p.m.),
- we did not like it to share the bathroom at the Gîte Fleury in Baie St Paul where; the reception was perfect despite everything !
Everything else was very good and bordering on perfection, like at the Château Laurier in Paris. Quebec. We also liked it very much. Ottawa, much less traffic "congestion" at the Montreal, which remains a very beautiful city!

Name of the trip not very explicit, which may concern any trip to Canada
(Translated by Google) We particularly appreciated the kindness, quality welcome, and among the sites: Mont Tremblant, the Eastern Townships, Saint Paul Bay, Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal as well as the 2h30 cruise to the Thousand Islands,
We have been slightly disappointed by the whale watching and Niagara Falls cruises (too many people on the boats not allowing you to fully enjoy these magnificent sites)
Regarding the hotel industry, it generally corresponded to our expectations with a particular mention to the 3 lodgings. In contrast, breakfast at the Days Inn Niagara Falls hotel is at a premium. not recommended; because particularly badly organized.
Concerning the car rental, the inventory of fixtures when taking the vehicle, too summary, in a dark and cramped room did not make it possible to note the defective state, engaging the security. security, a rim and a tire, which forced us to 'having discovered it later, to ask for the replacement, which was done. realized by making us lose half a day.

fabulous
(Translated by Google) congratulations to Sophie Andree for her availability; and his professionalism.
Great ! A wonderful trip! Perfectly organized by Authentik Canada :-)
(Translated by Google) We left in September 2017 for a road trip in Canada. A wonderful 2 week experience.
The hotels recommended are always very well located for activities and visits.
The activities on offer are within easy reach. do, they are worth their price.
Guided tours are very interesting in the big cities (Montréal, Québec, Ottawa, Toronto)
***Special mention for our guide at; Montreal: Bruno! :-) ***
We fell in love with the "Bear Photo Safari" :-)
Thank you for this wonderful trip! :-)
And thank you Stephanie!!!
Only less positive point: Discount Car
Not very clear with the full tank of gas that we are supposed to buy at the beginning of the stay, Discount Car invoices it, while the car was at 3/4 full.
Authentik Canada says to leave the car as empty as possible, Discount Car asks to make it full.
I'm waiting to see what happens, I returned it to; half full.

A very good support in the choice of destinations and sites to visit. to visit
(Translated by Google) We think it would be better to advise and insist with customers, on the fact of visiting fewer regions and staying longer to fully enjoy the places. If we were to repeat this trip, we would stay at least 4 days on sites like La Jacques Cartier Park, the Eastern Townships, Charlevoix.
a great discovery
(Translated by Google) this journey allowed us to discover the different landscapes of Canada and to appreciate the Canadians
well organized course and no nasty surprises.
Contrast, QUEBEC and ONTARIO
(Translated by Google) Very smiling and friendly QUEBEC, proud to speak French, very beautiful and diverse landscape. ONTARIO more rigid not speaking French, even in large hotels.
family trip east canada 02 to 20/08/2017
(Translated by Google) A very beautiful adventure. The services were relatively consistent with; our expectations
Magnificent discovery
(Translated by Google) Superb itinerary to discover a very small part of this immense country.
Very good organization
(Translated by Google) Average-to-large hotel. Toronto.
Breakfast at à à Montreal
Very nice trip and full of discoveries for this loop Quebec / Ontario
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip, especially for the 1st week. If we had to doing it again, we would organize our 2nd week differently. Indeed, we have chained several stages with a lot of kilometers (for Europeans!!), which did not allow us to take full advantage of each stage (too little time on site). This in no way takes away from the quality, the welcome and the kindness of the hosts and hotels in which we went. We do not regret this 2nd trip to Canada... and still want to come back!!!!
A special mention for Jessica Martel who organized; all this stay, taking into account our opinions during our exchanges, proved to be available...

Unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) Everything is authentic....nothing to worry about; remove and nothing joust!
Superb trip and perfect organization!
(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect except the weather for a few days but overall a wonderful trip with an Authentik Canada team very present when a little problem arose. with a hotel!
To start again
(Translated by Google) We have been very well advised; for our trip according to our criteria. Everything went very well. A small problem recording the car reservation by Thrifty. settled in no time by Authentik Canada. This allowed us to pass a great carefree vacation.
Great stay
(Translated by Google) Marion did a great job preparing a very nice honeymoon for us.
The hotels were all perfect, the location generally ideal and the activities well chosen.
The roadbook was perfect. Itinerary, explanation and advice.
We will come back to Canada with Authentik!
Fabulous road trip
(Translated by Google) We would like to thank Authentik Canada and especially Laurence Gibeau for organizing our road trip and for her advice when we requested changes to the route.
We spent a fabulous journey going from surprise to surprise. We remember our arrival at Montreal (our first city in North America), Montrealers, their kindness and their help as soon as we unfold a map :)
Then, each step allowed us to discover something different. Each city has its own character, its own charm and its share of activities (guided tour by bus or on foot, visit of museums, emblematic buildings, ... ), each place offers us a piece of Canada with its history, its nature, its fauna, its flora and its landscapes. Breathtaking.
During its 15 days, we were amazed. We will always remember the emotions felt in front of Niagara Falls, in front of the animals in Omega Park, during the Thousand Islands Cruise or even those proven on the zodiac during our whale watching excursion, from meeting the animals to each of our hikes.
We will not forget our exchanges with the Canadians: the encounters around a street, a visit, the wise advice of our hosts for restaurants, activities,... .
We will retain from this trip a warm atmosphere, a joie de vivre and a communicative well-being of the Canadians.

A magnificent journey thanks to; beauty of Canada and to the organization of Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Wonderful country where beauty natural and liveliness have often left us speechless. Diversity of our tour, from Montreal to Niagara Falls, via Ottawa and Toronto, then the Thousand Islands, the magical Eastern Townships of fall colors, the whales of St. Lawrence Bay to finish by the beautiful city of Quebec, kept us in suspense from surprise to surprise. We liked it very much. the impeccable organization of Authentik Canada, everything was thought out, we realized it there. Thanks to; Laurence Gibeau and at; Authentic Canada. We will not hesitate to advise this travel organization which has the best assets to do so. They are from the country and know it perfectly, moreover they are very serious and offered us a quality report. WOW price!!!! Thanks again and to; soon in your beautiful country full of energy and joie de vivre. [...]
Authentic :)
(Translated by Google) We left for our honeymoon, and we are very satisfied to have called upon; you. No problem in organizing the hotels and the road trip. We just met a problem with the activity "Niagara Falls cruise" because the lady couldn't find our reservation. But all ended well. (we didn't know what was wrong)
We are more than delighted to have discovered your magnificent country even if we could not see the colors at home. their peak ;). The wide open spaces and the welcome of Canadians is not a legend.
What we liked:
* Montreal: access to the city is very easy via the airport shuttle; the Best Western hotel is in a great location; ; the roadbook was clever, very well designed; the mont royal is grandiose (good to know-> the n°11 bus line from the Mont Royal metro station goes there directly); the poutine at the "Frite So" restaurant is excellent; the metro is very easy to reach. apprehend, perhaps planning to include a map of the transport networks in the roadbook; the multicultural atmosphere of the city; there is wifi everywhere.
*Mont Tremblant: the roads are airy, beautiful and the landscapes breathtaking; we climbed to the top of Mont Tremblant with the cable car, a guaranteed change of scenery and a superb view at the top; the Scandinavian baths are super nice after the hike; the cottage « The Traveler » received us very well (special mention to their breakfast frittata)
* Ottawa: Well-located Best Western Hotel; the restaurant “ It’s Japan at; Sushi » is very good; the aviation and space museum is truly within walking distance. see (good to know, the museum closes at 5 p.m., if you go there at 4 p.m., the entrance is free, well you have to go quickly to see everything in an hour, but it is still doable .)
* Toronto: the hotel is really well located, right in the city center; Ripley’s Aquarium is super cool to visit. do, especially since it’s open in the evening; the city is very American, we loved it, we had the impression of being at home. New York ; there was an important baseball game, suddenly big atmosphere in the city; we were able to attend; a free concert in the center; the Hard Rock Café was excellent.
* Niagara Falls: the falls are impressive, there was wifi at; aboard the boat, we were able to share the cruise live with; our friends on FB, ça has been; a real highlight of our trip; the Skylon Tower offers breathtaking views of the falls and the region; hotel always well located, with swimming pool.
* Thousand islands: we absolutely loved everything, the cruise was great, with very friendly and competent staff (one of the sailors offered everyone to take pictures of them, the captain was a very good guide); Rockport is beautiful, the hotel was super friendly and super classy.
* Magog: The Cerises marsh is really nearby; visit, especially the part on stilts; the cottage was great, the best of all the accommodations we have had, the owners Yvon and Monique are very nice and welcoming. We have been upgraded in the gît because we were the only ones. They left us the keys and for one night we lived in a property. typical Canadian. What's more, the owner is an experienced musician, musicians ourselves, so we had a lot of discussions. and sang (this is the tradition of the gîte). The breakfast is super good but very very generous (we didn’t need to eat lunch) Isabelle from Authentik Canada, whom we had the opportunity to meet at the meal on the lodge, a pleasant and colorful character, who delighted us with a thousand and one anecdotes ïŠ
Lake Memphremagog is impressive in its size; we climbed Mount Pinnacle, it’s really up to us. do, the climb is tough but the reward at the top is beyond of all
* Baie St Paul: the motel was super nice, a little too out of the way, but it allowed us to rest. We were even able to have a barbecue there! We decided to ignore this small town and treat ourselves to a day off.
* Tadoussac: the whale watching cruise was super nice, although we only saw the backs of whales, we were able to stay in the middle of a school of seals who were very sociable !! The village of Tadoussac is charming. (good to know: to join the cruise, there is a shuttle that leaves from the rue desPioneurs and goes directly to the boat)
* Canyon St Anne: the waterfalls in the middle of nature are magnificent, the path is very easy to access.
* Quebec: we loved it! the museum of civilization, we spent there a whole day and we didn’t have time to see everything; old Quebec is beautiful, the restaurant « Crazy Pig » is great, with a very warm welcome (we were treated to a cake for our honeymoon), the PUR hotel was really great, located in the heart of the city. right in the center and the pub « The Korrigan » is really an excellent bar, with good atmosphere and great music;
What we didn't like:
* Montreal: the Best Western is a very good hotel but they charged us $100 guarantee on our account, which we still have not recovered (we had this problem only with this hotel); there is a lot of work in the city.
* Mont Tremblant: the restaurant La Petite Cachée did not please us, we had taken the activity. “ Dinner at Tremblant Village » and we loved it the starter, but the rest of the meal did not convince us, moreover, we added 24$ (taking 2 cocktails) and we found; that the quality/price ratio was not great; the town at the bottom of Mont Tremblant is very « Amusement Park »
*Ottawa: We really didn’t like it. the city itself, we’ve found it; sad and bland in comparison to; Montreal; we could not visit the national museum of the history of Canada because privatized for an event.
*Toronto: we would have liked to stayed there more than one night; the Bond Place hotel is really very well located; but the hotel itself is not great. Very badly insulated, we had a lot of trouble sleep because we were located just above the bars, staff not super nice.
* Niagara Falls: we were disappointed to see that the falls were right in the middle of town, we were expecting something in nature; the Niagara village is too « Las Vegas/Giant Amusement Park »
*Thousand Islands: No negative points
* Magog: the « Pinocchio » is good but really too expensive ($92 for 2 cocktails and 2 tartars…)
* Baie St Paul: Since we didn’t do much, we liked everything; ;)
* Tadoussac: The hotel is not really very intimate. the only way to have some privacy was to draw all the curtains… It’s really not great.
* Canyon St Anne: Magnificent, nothing to worry about; to reproach.
* Quebec: we have been disappointed by the observatory on the city which is located at inside a building; the hotel DELTA did not please us too much, the rooms are too old and the breakfast is super expensive ($22 excl. tax per person)

Perfect organization
(Translated by Google) The whole organization has been perfect from start to finish the end. From the preparation where Marion has been to listening to our desires until the end. The choices of hotels, inns and bed and breakfasts have been made. impeccable at; each step. Thank you again for all.
Thanks
(Translated by Google) We discovered a fabulous country where we discovered a mentality; exceptional (Quebec region), people are always there; to give you the help you need. Regarding our trip, it will remain engraved; in our memories. Despite the little hiccup with the hotel Toronto, we spent excellent holidays and Karine has always been; to listening to us if we needed her. The only regret we have is perhaps the number of kilometers covered, and next time we will listen to our adviser by only doing the QUEBEC part but you know, we French people are stubborn.
We will come back to re-discover your country in the years to come.
