O Canada
A magnificent journey thanks to; beauty of Canada and to the organization of Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Wonderful country where beauty natural and liveliness have often left us speechless. Diversity of our tour, from Montreal to Niagara Falls, via Ottawa and Toronto, then the Thousand Islands, the magical Eastern Townships of fall colors, the whales of St. Lawrence Bay to finish by the beautiful city of Quebec, kept us in suspense from surprise to surprise. We liked it very much. the impeccable organization of Authentik Canada, everything was thought out, we realized it there. Thanks to; Laurence Gibeau and at; Authentic Canada. We will not hesitate to advise this travel organization which has the best assets to do so. They are from the country and know it perfectly, moreover they are very serious and offered us a quality report. WOW price!!!! Thanks again and to; soon in your beautiful country full of energy and joie de vivre. [...]
Authentic :)
(Translated by Google) We left for our honeymoon, and we are very satisfied to have called upon; you. No problem in organizing the hotels and the road trip. We just met a problem with the activity "Niagara Falls cruise" because the lady couldn't find our reservation. But all ended well. (we didn't know what was wrong)
We are more than delighted to have discovered your magnificent country even if we could not see the colors at home. their peak ;). The wide open spaces and the welcome of Canadians is not a legend.
What we liked:
* Montreal: access to the city is very easy via the airport shuttle; the Best Western hotel is in a great location; ; the roadbook was clever, very well designed; the mont royal is grandiose (good to know-> the n°11 bus line from the Mont Royal metro station goes there directly); the poutine at the "Frite So" restaurant is excellent; the metro is very easy to reach. apprehend, perhaps planning to include a map of the transport networks in the roadbook; the multicultural atmosphere of the city; there is wifi everywhere.
*Mont Tremblant: the roads are airy, beautiful and the landscapes breathtaking; we climbed to the top of Mont Tremblant with the cable car, a guaranteed change of scenery and a superb view at the top; the Scandinavian baths are super nice after the hike; the cottage « The Traveler » received us very well (special mention to their breakfast frittata)
* Ottawa: Well-located Best Western Hotel; the restaurant “ It’s Japan at; Sushi » is very good; the aviation and space museum is truly within walking distance. see (good to know, the museum closes at 5 p.m., if you go there at 4 p.m., the entrance is free, well you have to go quickly to see everything in an hour, but it is still doable .)
* Toronto: the hotel is really well located, right in the city center; Ripley’s Aquarium is super cool to visit. do, especially since it’s open in the evening; the city is very American, we loved it, we had the impression of being at home. New York ; there was an important baseball game, suddenly big atmosphere in the city; we were able to attend; a free concert in the center; the Hard Rock Café was excellent.
* Niagara Falls: the falls are impressive, there was wifi at; aboard the boat, we were able to share the cruise live with; our friends on FB, ça has been; a real highlight of our trip; the Skylon Tower offers breathtaking views of the falls and the region; hotel always well located, with swimming pool.
* Thousand islands: we absolutely loved everything, the cruise was great, with very friendly and competent staff (one of the sailors offered everyone to take pictures of them, the captain was a very good guide); Rockport is beautiful, the hotel was super friendly and super classy.
* Magog: The Cerises marsh is really nearby; visit, especially the part on stilts; the cottage was great, the best of all the accommodations we have had, the owners Yvon and Monique are very nice and welcoming. We have been upgraded in the gît because we were the only ones. They left us the keys and for one night we lived in a property. typical Canadian. What's more, the owner is an experienced musician, musicians ourselves, so we had a lot of discussions. and sang (this is the tradition of the gîte). The breakfast is super good but very very generous (we didn’t need to eat lunch) Isabelle from Authentik Canada, whom we had the opportunity to meet at the meal on the lodge, a pleasant and colorful character, who delighted us with a thousand and one anecdotes ïŠ
Lake Memphremagog is impressive in its size; we climbed Mount Pinnacle, it’s really up to us. do, the climb is tough but the reward at the top is beyond of all
* Baie St Paul: the motel was super nice, a little too out of the way, but it allowed us to rest. We were even able to have a barbecue there! We decided to ignore this small town and treat ourselves to a day off.
* Tadoussac: the whale watching cruise was super nice, although we only saw the backs of whales, we were able to stay in the middle of a school of seals who were very sociable !! The village of Tadoussac is charming. (good to know: to join the cruise, there is a shuttle that leaves from the rue desPioneurs and goes directly to the boat)
* Canyon St Anne: the waterfalls in the middle of nature are magnificent, the path is very easy to access.
* Quebec: we loved it! the museum of civilization, we spent there a whole day and we didn’t have time to see everything; old Quebec is beautiful, the restaurant « Crazy Pig » is great, with a very warm welcome (we were treated to a cake for our honeymoon), the PUR hotel was really great, located in the heart of the city. right in the center and the pub « The Korrigan » is really an excellent bar, with good atmosphere and great music;
What we didn't like:
* Montreal: the Best Western is a very good hotel but they charged us $100 guarantee on our account, which we still have not recovered (we had this problem only with this hotel); there is a lot of work in the city.
* Mont Tremblant: the restaurant La Petite Cachée did not please us, we had taken the activity. “ Dinner at Tremblant Village » and we loved it the starter, but the rest of the meal did not convince us, moreover, we added 24$ (taking 2 cocktails) and we found; that the quality/price ratio was not great; the town at the bottom of Mont Tremblant is very « Amusement Park »
*Ottawa: We really didn’t like it. the city itself, we’ve found it; sad and bland in comparison to; Montreal; we could not visit the national museum of the history of Canada because privatized for an event.
*Toronto: we would have liked to stayed there more than one night; the Bond Place hotel is really very well located; but the hotel itself is not great. Very badly insulated, we had a lot of trouble sleep because we were located just above the bars, staff not super nice.
* Niagara Falls: we were disappointed to see that the falls were right in the middle of town, we were expecting something in nature; the Niagara village is too « Las Vegas/Giant Amusement Park »
*Thousand Islands: No negative points
* Magog: the « Pinocchio » is good but really too expensive ($92 for 2 cocktails and 2 tartars…)
* Baie St Paul: Since we didn’t do much, we liked everything; ;)
* Tadoussac: The hotel is not really very intimate. the only way to have some privacy was to draw all the curtains… It’s really not great.
* Canyon St Anne: Magnificent, nothing to worry about; to reproach.
* Quebec: we have been disappointed by the observatory on the city which is located at inside a building; the hotel DELTA did not please us too much, the rooms are too old and the breakfast is super expensive ($22 excl. tax per person)

Perfect organization
(Translated by Google) The whole organization has been perfect from start to finish the end. From the preparation where Marion has been to listening to our desires until the end. The choices of hotels, inns and bed and breakfasts have been made. impeccable at; each step. Thank you again for all.
Thanks
(Translated by Google) We discovered a fabulous country where we discovered a mentality; exceptional (Quebec region), people are always there; to give you the help you need. Regarding our trip, it will remain engraved; in our memories. Despite the little hiccup with the hotel Toronto, we spent excellent holidays and Karine has always been; to listening to us if we needed her. The only regret we have is perhaps the number of kilometers covered, and next time we will listen to our adviser by only doing the QUEBEC part but you know, we French people are stubborn.
We will come back to re-discover your country in the years to come.
Richard & Nadia

a perfect trip
(Translated by Google) Sophie Andrée is always available. unmatched. The trip took place; like a dream, all I had to do was let myself carry. I had no bad surprises.
Wonderful voyage of discovery of Canada and Quebec
(Translated by Google) We came back delighted with this beautiful trip (despite the initial disappointment of not finding the GPS in the vehicle in Montreal and the somewhat dry response from our interlocutor from at Authentik Canada ) The choice of hotels and lodges was very good, we liked our choice of activities, the weather was nice. beautiful (except for a little rain in Gananoque, to cool us off!) to background of this experience, and we want to come back to visit Quebec (Saguenay, Lac St Jean, the Laurentians, Mauricie, see again the park of Mont Tremblant which amazed us! and push further North Escoumins!!) A nice trip
(Translated by Google) We liked everything. It was a discovery of a magnificent country populated by fabulous people.
What we missed it's time. 3 weeks would have been; the ideal.
Canada, we would come back.
UNFORGETTABLE !!!
(Translated by Google) This trip was truly unforgettable!!
Canadians are so welcoming, smiling and kind :)
This tour can feel heavy on some days, such as the times when we drove 5 hours during the day. We would have preferred spend one more day at the bay of Saint Paul and one day less at; Magog.
Nevertheless, the hotels are very well chosen, the distances remain feasible, everything has been taken care of. very well organised. Activities like whale watching, saint anne canyon, visiting the stadium in toronto, the history museum, and of course niagara falls, are really unmissable.
Thanks again to; authentik Canada who took care of of all ! All we had left to do was to profit from ;)

Magnificent trip superbly and efficiently organized
(Translated by Google) Taken in hand since our first contact, our positive impression and our satisfaction have only increased over time before and during the trip. Thanks to laurence for the follow-up of the file and the wise advice.
Wonderful road trip
(Translated by Google) Everything has been perfect: the proposed itinerary, the hotels, the activities, the kindness and humor of the people around you (from the taxi driver to the bartender, including the cleaning lady and to anyone in the street). It changed us. from some European countries !!!
Standard rooms. Are dark noisy and air freshener fragrance used. is terrible
Very good organization. Thank you for everything Nathalie....
(Translated by Google) The road book supplied with the GPS is a masterpiece of precision and clarity. Congratulations to; Authentic....
very good organization of the road trip,
(Translated by Google) THE Road book was very well done and the proposals for visits were very interesting
the choice of hotels was very good just a downside for that of Toronto where the breakfast was not very generous
globally satisfied
(Translated by Google) we have been very satisfied with the following 3 hotels: Auberge des couleurs de France, Auberge le Lupin, Auberge le Bôme
we have been moderately satisfied with the chains: Days Inn & Suites by the Falls, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites at; Gananoque which are chains without any charm with a fairly average welcome
we have been very very dissatisfied with the following hotels: Comfort Inn Toronto City Center (no breakfast room, noisy air conditioning that prevents you from sleeping, poor neighborhood), Gite de l'écureuil ( rooms not done on 2nd day, drastic house rules (ex: you have to take off your shoes in the entrance! uninteresting location, tiny swimming pool)...
In short, the choice of hotels did not satisfy us overall.

A good programming of accommodations i
Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) the organization of the circuit is perfect, no negative surprises
despite the number of kilometers traveled, the route is worth doing
very satisfied with my trip, diversified between cities, culture and nature
(Translated by Google) A good balance, I already want to come back...
Very pleasant trip
(Translated by Google) We did this trip over 20 days instead of the 15 proposed. This allowed us to take more time on the stages and to make the kilometers covered by car less burdensome (3500 km in all). the stages offered are pleasant and the hotels friendly. Mention very very well to the cottage "les jardins champêtres" with an excellent table d’hôtes (the word is not too strong!).
This is our second experience with autentik Canada and we are always delighted with their services.

Nice vacation in Canada
(Translated by Google) For our 3rd trip with Authentik everything went very well. The accommodations are of high quality. (even the economy ones), great view of Lake Ontario from the Delta Toronto hotel.
Authentik seems well known to hotels, some of which have upgraded us (Montréal, Toronto)
Niagara Falls remains the city that we liked the least (even if we were treated to the fireworks over the falls - on Sunday evening).
We recommend renting a "standard" car at least because the price difference with a small car is not huge and the comfort is much better, fuel consumption has improved over the past few years ;es but given the price of gasoline it is almost anecdotal (from 60 to 70 euro cents per liter between USA and Canada).
Attention for those like us who cross the American border by road: integrate a waiting time which can be long (queue + detention for visa: about 1h30)

The trip was fantastic going from Niagara Falls to whale watching or from Omega Park to; Quebec
(Translated by Google) The stay was fantastic and allowed us to discover in 15 days a panorama of Canada - Ontario and Quebec.
The hotels are of good quality and always very welcoming even in economy class. We have been pleasantly surprised.
The vehicle at all times made suitable to the very long journeys we have made. The places visited largely fulfilled our expectations of Canada and we left with a thousand images in our heads.
Two flats, we did 2 stages too long Ottawa - Toronto (4h) and especially Kingston - La Mauricie (4h) where it would have been necessary to stay 2 days to be able to appreciate the Mauricie Park.
The essentials +++: Oméga Park, Niagara Falls, Mauricie Park, whale watching. Tadoussac and Quebec
The ++: Toronto, the Thousand Islands and the Saguenay Fjords.
The +: Charlevoix and Ottawa
Cons: Montreal
Thanks again to; Laurence for this advice and her kindness in planning our trip.
An unforgettable trip !!!!!!!

Wonderful country as yours. Very good general welcome.
(Translated by Google) We send you all our thanks for the organization.
Wonderful country as yours. Very warm welcome from all sides.
Some places would require you to land a little longer (Mont Tremblant, Baie St Paul, Tadoussac...).
An excellent stay!
(Translated by Google) A very well prepared trip; with good advice. We were able to discover magnificent cities like wide open spaces. It all happened exactly as expected, without any problems during the stay.
A trip to; remake !
(Translated by Google) a truly perfect trip, each destination is incredible and would be worth spending at least 10 days there, but a Road trip like this allows you to begin discover the places.
The given Road Book with travel is very useful for addresses and things to do. do even if it is always easy to find info in hotels. Everything is perfectly organized, the hotels are perfect, all of them.
I am extremely happy with this trip with Authentik Canada, for the trip itself but also the advice and follow-up by Ms. Legault, I had some date constraints, and everything went well. organized perfectly.

Excellent stay.
(Translated by Google) Hotels judiciously chosen in particular for their location, very useful suggestions for visits.
(Translated by Google) The road book is very well detailed, the road maps are drawn to be able to follow our journey, the hotels very well located in relation to the city center or the pole of activities, very good organization of pr& reservations.
The least good hotel is that of baie st paul: dated room, badly smelling but despite everything clean and a little cold reception you could perhaps offer more lodgings or reception in places like the gardens of the yarrow for its welcome, the warmth of the couple who received us, the little organic lunch like at home the House. The place is soothing and allows meetings and exchanges with local people in a corner of paradise; we loved it!!
[...]
(Translated by Google) We liked Mrs. Beaudin's reports and explanations. She suggested to us; hotels in good locations most of the time, especially in big cities. She offered us a bottle of iced cider. for our wedding anniversary, a little attention that made us happy. Please note that the hotel at Toronto not so good, except; advise against
We also liked the particularly welcoming staff of the Marriott Hotel at; Kingston. We have been particularly well received in this hotel. In addition we found in our room a bottle of rosé with a congratulations card for our 40 years of marriage, which made our hearts warm.
[...]
(Translated by Google) Everything is so simple with Authentik Canada, it allows us to make the most of the trip. The hotels offered are very comfortable, some offer a splendid view!! We also liked it very much. the activities reserved, the guides are nice and make us discover their activity; in good spirits!
The location of the hotel confort inn at Toronto is not the best, we would have preferred to be in another neighborhood...
[...]
(Translated by Google) Thank you for choosing the accommodations that exactly matched your needs. our expectation, the availability and Caroline's patience in putting this trip together, Caroline's advice on specifics of life in Canada that were given to us. very useful, the road maps as well as the travel document that we consulted. daily. What a good idea to have one per car.
Failure for the car rental company: there was no more gas in one of the air conditioning units of the car and it did not work. Fortunately, you expressly told us not to leave the GPS on the way back to the rental company otherwise they would have gladly recovered it; assuring us that they would give them to you.
We would like to thank Caroline DION, our advisor, for her availability, the quality of his advice, the adaptations of the program in the smallest details that we had requested.

(Translated by Google) I enjoyed professionalism and friendliness; de anouk, also the guides were very well done, we were able to carry out our trip serenely. But the Toronto hotel!!! too badly placed.
(Translated by Google) Very good organization of the route, good choice and location of hotels. The best choice of hotel is the St Germain à Grave. Toronto. And the worst, the one in Baie St Paul on the national! We would have preferred in the village itself.
The travel time was often underestimated between kilometers to to do and the speed limit at respect.
Thanks to; Pierre, who is the owner with his wife of the Lupin inn. They made us exceptional breakfasts. Their hospitality allowed us to spend a pleasant time.
