Passionate by nature
Review
Alexia was just great, she continually answered all our queries and questions and put together a fantastic itinerary for us to use a RV for 4 weeks around British Columbia.
3700km around Canada
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for me and my family. The country is absolutely stunning and should be on everyone’s travel list. From start to finish, both Authentik Canada and the rental company (Four Seasons) provided outstanding service, everything was seamless, well-organized, and we received just the right amount of detail to make our trip stress-free.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the roadmap app, which occasionally gave inaccurate distance estimates between locations. A quick double-check before setting off solved this, though.
Overall, it was an incredible experience with excellent service in a beautiful country. We’ll definitely be returning!

Best family trip ever
Our first RV adventure couldn’t have gone better!
Before finding Authentik, we spent a lot of time searching for campsites and RV rentals, not really knowing where to start. A colleague recommended Authentik, sharing how satisfied he was with their service—so we decided to give it a try.
From the moment we spoke with our local advisor, everything was taken care of. She handled all the reservations, and all we had to do was follow the perfectly planned itinerary. It made the entire experience effortless and stress-free.
Western Canada was breathtaking, and this turned out to be the best family trip we’ve ever had. Thank you, Authentik, for making it so easy and unforgettable!

Unforgettable RV Journey Through BC & Alberta
Our RV adventure through British Columbia and Alberta was an incredible mix of coastal charm, mountain majesty, and peaceful wilderness. Starting in Vancouver, we explored Victoria’s seaside beauty, the wild Pacific Rim, and the remote tranquility of Port Hardy.
From there, we journeyed through Nanaimo and Squamish, then into the heart of the Rockies—Wells Gray, Jasper, Lake Louise, and Banff—each stop offering stunning landscapes and unforgettable hikes.
We wrapped up with lakeside serenity in Revelstoke, vineyard camping in the Okanagan, and a relaxing finale at Harrison Hot Springs. Traveling by RV gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace, with nature always just outside our door.
A truly epic road trip—highly recommended!

An enjoyable way to explore Canada
RV is a great way to explore Canada. It give you time to explore at your own pace, stop to see the wildlife as the opportunity arises and a chance to stay in the same bed each night
BC Road Trip
We had an amazing road trip thanks to Authentik's expert help and experience. Our RV trip took us from Vancouver Island, up through the Rockies and back to Vancouver through the Okanagan Valley.
The itinerary and campgrounds arranged for us by Authentik were absolutely perfect for our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Authentik who represent incredible value for money!

Western Canada 3 week roadtrip
Even before booking and right to then Authentik Canada and Alyssa have been great. Using the website was easy to make plans or adapt anything you wanted. The amount of information available was so helpful, the amount of knowledge from Alyssa was great, the communication from her was great and always answering my questions.
Booking the trip was super easy to have everything in one place and suggested activities you can book on.
I couldn't recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them again as so much more of Canada to see.

20 days RV road trip: Vancouver - The Rockies - Vancouver Island
Everything was excellent. In particular:
Communication with Meridian RV was easy. Collection of RV was friendly and helpful. The RV irself was slightly higer spec than expected and was less than a year old and had covered only 12,000 km. We drove 3,00 km on our trip. Return of the RV was also friendly and straightforward. Deposit refunded on the day.
The campsites were all very good too. We didn't even have to show paperwork. On arrival I just gave each one my name and our reservation was confirmed. Overall no real issues with anything. I'd be happy to provide more information on each campsite if you wish.
The advice given by Authentik Canada ahead of our holiday was accurate and timely.
OVERALL EXCELLENT

Great family RV experience in the western part of Canada
Thanks to the team (Alyssa) we had a truly great RV experience. It all started with the easy to use trip configuration that allows adjustments to the tour, selection of different campground and planning of activities, so that we got a first positive impression what to expect. The booking process afterwards was transparent including a nice to read and useful roadblock. All campgrounds booked by Alyssa had been at wonderful locations with many activities to do. The RV was great and the activities recommended and pre booked had been great as well. The country is just to big to see everything, so we will need to come back. [...]
Fantastic trip!! Thank you Authentik
Marine and Authentik made our trip of a lifetime so easy. All I did was select the trip I wanted, the excursions I wanted and Marine then booked and arranged every single thing. The communication and help received was fantastic. The support during trip was so appreciated; there were wild fires at one destination, so Authentik contacted me immediately and re-routed us to a different destination. All excursions were superb; loved walking the Athabasca Glacier, the Seaplane in Whistler, River Safari (managed to see a bear), the white water rafting (gentle version) and then Orca watching in Victoria. I wouldn't hesitate to use Authentik again. [...]
Our west Adventure
Our trip was fantastic,The itinary showed the most scenic routes, All reservations were in order, the guide book proved to be very helpful in planning .Everything went off well. Michelle was helpful in streaming out vacation.I have recommend your services to others. For us it has been strip of a lifetime Thanks
Fantastic holiday
We had a wonderful time during our 3-weeks trip in Canada. Everything was well organised, communication was clear and any questions were quickly resolved. The roadbook was very useful and nicely put together. Although some of the practical information was somewhat outdated (2019) so an update would be recommended.
Nice but too much driving
We were off for over 3 weeks but the driving was punishingly long. With the RV, we had to add about 1/3 to the travelling time. The campsites were lovely but sometimes quite out of the tracks so it added extra journey time. Also, most times, even if we stayed in the same area, we had to change campsite, which was sometimes inconvenient.
Activity wise there are two we didn’t enjoy that much, the hat creek park and the river safari: both really added very little to our experience and were over priced. The travel book we received was out of date, telling us details of festivals that took place in 2019 or businesses that were no longer in operation.
All in all, it was convenient to use Authentik Canada, but we feel it was not always what we were expecting. Of course we should have paid more attention at those details once we received the itinerary and we will make sure we review those next time.

Canada 2022
It’s was a great four weeks. Everyday as good as the previous. BC and Alberta are so different from Australia and so very scenic. The Canadian people are so friendly and helpful. The history of the areas we visited was so so interesting
The CanaDream van was exactly what we wanted and the trip book provided by Authentik was a great help
Amazing Experience
We were doing a 3 week customized round trip starting from Vancouver based on one of the standard Authentik trips. We were late with the planning but Casandra from Authentik made sure we still got great locations on short notice.
We liked most the Okanagan for its stunning nature and the area around Banff for all the visible wildlife.
Such a long round trip comes with a trade off, you get to see a lot, but you have usually not enough time to enjoy each place. Even if you stay 2 nights, you will be constantly unpacking and packing within the RV to be ready to move.
You need to consider if you want to spend more and go one way (Vancouver-Calgary or vice versa) or do a round trip. For us, that would have been around 10% higher cost.
Small tip, especially if you travel with smaller kids: If you have a log travel day (5hrs+) get up very early, pack the kids sleeping in their seats and cover the first 2hrs, then make a breakfast break.
It would have been very difficult for us to manage this trip on our own with all these stops within reasonable travel distances. The trip included the RV rental with Canadreams, which worked very well as well.
Casandra responded to any request in a timely and professional manner.
We as a family of 5 highly recommend Authentik to cater for your travel needs.

Nice course/Good run/Beautiful journey
(Translated by Google) Beautiful route with diverse itineraries: mountains, lakes, waterfalls.
Accommodation mostly close to sites of interest (except for the Okanagan Valley)
very nice trip
(Translated by Google) A well-organized beautiful trip that allowed us to discover western Canada.
Trip largely successful
(Translated by Google) We went on an RV trip for about two weeks in the Canadian Rockies. The organization of the trip was careful and was largely satisfactory. We can list the great hotel room and RV campsite reservations. The RV rental went very well too. Nothing to complain about the flights either. Authentik had planned a horseback ride in our program which was very nice.
Just two small hiccups, a canoe trip on the Bow River that was canceled without us being notified, which caused us to lose half a day. This activity looked very nice; if it hadn't been canceled, we would certainly have had a good time. The operator told us he had notified Authentik (we only have his word of course) but the information didn't get through. The other small hiccup was the reservation of a campsite at Lake Louise campground for two nights at the end of our stay. This campground is anything but pleasant because of the very noisy passing train nearby, the very narrow sites, and the unsatisfactory sanitary facilities. The shuttle that connected the campground to Lake Louise was also discontinued two months before our trip, hence difficulties in reaching Lake Louise (either a 5 km walk to get there from the campground, or the need to go there by RV before 6 am or after 7 pm). We gave up and preferred to go to Banff. Despite these two disappointments, we returned home with very good memories and wonderful photos of our trip! So, the trip was largely successful!

An exceptional trip.

Beautiful landscapes & places to visit, a wonderful experience to have
(Translated by Google) Our manager responded well to our personalized request, which was to have a few days with our daughter to go sightseeing! Overall, the campgrounds were nice but we were disappointed with Sibbald Lake campground, which was primitive camping with no services, located an hour from Canmore, including thirty minutes driving through the woods, partly on gravel! Lake Louise campground was also 16 km from the village of Lake Louise! We recognize that it was last minute, but we would have liked to be informed! I also find that there is a lack of transparency regarding costs because we had our own vehicle and only needed help with reservations. It’s normal to pay for this service, but we don’t know if we paid $500, $1000... In the Roadbook, there are some errors: for example, it shows a distance of 63 km between Cedar Falls Campground and Vignoble Eau Vive Okanagan when it’s actually 163 km. [...]
Magnificent landscapes
(Translated by Google) The road trip was generally well organized; however, some stops need to be improved and certain activities suggested in the road book could be further developed and updated (for example, reducing the number of restaurants in favor of additional activities as well as suggesting new stops along the route). This would help avoid long distances by incorporating intermediate breaks rather than spending two consecutive days without a change.
Information about booking ferries in advance was not clearly communicated to us nor sufficiently emphasized. It would be helpful if you handled these reservations directly. We only booked the day before the crossing to Victoria, which resulted in extra costs as well as inconveniences due to late waiting times during peak tourist season!!!
Some of the selected campgrounds are not located in a quiet environment (near airports, railways, aging campgrounds...), and their size is sometimes overwhelming. By traveling just a few more kilometers, it would be possible to select more peaceful campgrounds, closer to nature and more in line with our theme.
The hot spring campground is an excellent example to follow.
Overall, this year we did not find the added value or the level of quality that we had enjoyed during our previous trip with you (Quebec loop).
Furthermore, we did not have access to a television in the RV and were not informed about the possibilities of accessing wifi or shuttle services...
We especially appreciate Canada for its wealth of hiking opportunities and the many activities it offers, and despite these areas for improvement, we still had an excellent family vacation.

A very natural experience!
(Translated by Google) I highly recommend this road trip organized by Autentik Canada. The motorhome was very comfortable and very well equipped, and the pick-up service was very professional. I just wish a bear spray had been provided, with the option to pay only if you use it.
The itinerary was very comprehensive and the campsites were well equipped, spacious, and very well located. I might have skipped one stop to have a bit more time in the heart of the Rockies, but that's the only criticism I have. Apart from that, the landscapes we were able to see were beautiful and sometimes even exceptional!
Finally, I would like to thank Tanya, who took great care of our file—she was very friendly and very responsive to each of my questions and requests.
Thank you, Autentik Canada, for this wonderful journey through Western Canada!

Have a good trip, it's a long way.
(Translated by Google) Very nice discovery, but about 4000km in 3 weeks in an RV.
Unfortunately, an activity that wasn't suitable for our son's age, who was terribly scared. No solution or compensation was found. (Our son is 6 years old, a teenager of about 14 was at least as scared as him and had to stop the activity as well)
An authentic partner
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful road trip in the heart of the Canadian Rockies nature.
Truck camper perfectly matching our expectations with very present assistance and follow-up.
We would have appreciated a more complete service with water and electricity in Banff, which would have allowed us to be on a more isolated site. No shower available in the camp due to renovations! This is a real shame.
We highly recommend the small national parks, Kootenay, Yoho, and the very pretty Wells Gray Provincial Park for their tranquility and the beauty of the landscapes and nature. The Jasper fires led us to go down to Okanagan Lake with its absolutely magical colors.
We highly recommend Autenthik Canada's advice. It is just a shame that they do not offer campground reservations in the small parks, but we booked ourselves quite easily.

Super great experience with Authentik - Canadian West August 2024

Canadian Rockies and West
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful experience and very well organized trip.
We loved this beautiful trip in western Canada.
(Translated by Google) Thank you for organizing this incredible adventure. We loved the various campgrounds we were able to stay in. We only have 2 small negative points:
-the handover of the RV keys, the agency was not up to par and did not take the time to clearly explain how the RV worked. A regret that we reported directly to the agency.
-on the last day, we went back up to Coquihalla, making us drive 1.5 hours to the campground, passing within 1km of the RV return location the next day. We think this step could have been avoided, even if it meant returning the RV a day early and finishing our stay in a Vancouver hotel.

Excellent experience
(Translated by Google) We used Authentik Canada to organize our road trip in August 2024 and everything went very well. Despite a very tight timeframe (we contacted Authentik Canada 2 weeks before departure), our contact Véronique Blanchette was responsive and efficient in securing the reservations for the campervan and campsites. Furthermore, she had to deal with program changes due to the events in Jasper and she managed this last-minute unforeseen event quickly.
This trip in Western Canada was excellent, we were able to see magnificent landscapes and take beautiful walks. We also got close to the local wildlife, to the delight of the children. Certainly we covered a lot of kilometers, but even the journeys are an activity in themselves as the landscapes are so magnificent.
This will remain a wonderful memory.

Unforgettable Family Trip to the Canadian Great West!
(Translated by Google) Left Calgary to reach Vancouver, passing by the must-see stops through the Rocky Mountains until Vancouver Island... almost 3000 km in an RV and as many incredible landscapes. Western Canada is truly a region rich in diversity and "postcard" scenery.
A trip we awaited with impatience, and which leaves us with an unforgettable memory. Canada is truly an immense country, where each stop dazzles with its panorama, the lakes are countless each with their own personality... Special mention for Lake Moraine's pure natural beauty.
The alternation between half-days of road trips, days of walks, hikes, restaurants, discoveries, and activities was ideal. Even if the pace was still sustained over these 3 weeks, we were so awestruck every day that we didn't even feel tired. Not to mention the many animal species we encountered up close and in their natural environment: black bears, wapitis, deer, bald eagles, prairie dogs, squirrels by the dozen... The children keep rewatching the videos over and over ;)
A big THANK YOU to Veronique for her listening, support, and availability throughout the preparation of our trip. Everything went smoothly, the reserved spots in the campgrounds were great, we were able to fully enjoy our trip without worrying about anything on site!
An excellent experience with Authentik Canada!

Nice trip but some disappointments
(Translated by Google) Western Canada undeniably offers breathtaking landscapes. No regrets about the destination. The accommodations are generally decent, but we often found ourselves in noisy environments (chalet by the roadside, room above a pedestrian street in Banff...). The proposed activities were very good, with an exceptional mention for the bear safari at Pacific Rim. Nevertheless, I think the planning was largely improvable, and some choices are questionable (choice of certain stages, duration). Furthermore, it is regrettable that Authentik Canada does not handle the ferry reservations in Vancouver, given that nothing is mentioned on this subject in the roadbook. [...]
