Canadian treasures
An extraordinary journey
(Translated by Google) Our trip had no false note (apart from the cancellation of the ferry) and will remain in our memories forever. We loved Quebec with its majestic landscapes and especially its people. The cruise allowing us to observe the whales is one of our fondest memories.
Contact, services, contingency management: excellent
(Translated by Google) Great experience with Authentik Canada. The selection of accommodation and activities was rich and in line with our expectations (and certainly many others!). The services were up to the promises of the site. Many exchanges with our adorable advisor Marie-Pascale whose opinions have always been most judicious! The road book is a great travel tool (Remember to print the vouchers before leaving, this avoids tearing the pages of the road book!) No worries with the GPS: super practical to have all the destinations pre-programmed!
Our favorites: breakfast at the top of the Hilton hotel facing the CN Tower in Toronto, Niagara Falls, Pourvoirie Valga with beavers and marshmallows by the campfire and Quebec City.
Authentik Canada was able to find us an alternative solution to the damage to our initial ferry... everything was taken care of!
A trip that will remain in our memories for a long time... partly also thanks to Authentik Canada, we will leave with them! In a word, do not hesitate to trust them!

3 week trip to Canada
(Translated by Google) Karolane was able to listen to us during the preparation to offer us a tailor-made trip: several email/chat exchanges and several quotes before arriving at the formula that suits us. We appreciated having, for each destination, a choice of accommodation and activity proposals. Great also their downloadable travel guide on the internet, and the many documents to prepare your trip.
On site: When we arrived, at the 1st hotel, the roadbook was waiting for us. The whole stay went as planned, no booking problems. The activities chosen have all given us satisfaction. The accommodations were on the whole very well located and of good quality.
Karolane also accompanied us during our trip by answering our questions.
3 superb weeks, very beautiful country, very friendly people. To be done again in winter (and with Authentik!) :-D
3 very small possible improvements: We would have just liked that in the guide to "driving in canada", it is indicated that on the highways limited to 100km, we can drive up to 120km because we knew it the day before our departure;- )
In the roadbook, for Native Americans, indicate the route coming from Quebec.
It could also be interesting to indicate if the hotels have washer/dryer machines.

A completely successful tailor-made self-drive!
(Translated by Google) Superb 3-week journey made almost tailor-made on the basis of the "Canadian treasures" circuit thanks to the very clear and practical website and our advisor Karolane to finalize: from Montreal to Toronto via the parks of Gaspésie, Mauricie, Mont-Tremblant... but also via Ottawa, the Thousand Islands, the Saguenay Fjord... with whale and bear sightings and on the way visit the Omega Animal Park... Very complete and very practical road-book. The advice given there is important but should be supplemented by tourist guides for certain activities and restaurants. A good rhythm with some stages that are a bit long but you have to go through it:
- Notre Dame du Portage: 1 night (long drive from Montreal)
- Escoumiac (Chaleurs bay): 1 night
- Percé (Bonaventure Island cruise): 1 night
- Gaspé (Forillon Park): 1 night (step that would have deserved 2 nights)
- Gaspésie Park: 2 nights
- Les Escoumins (whale safari): 2 nights
- Baie St Paul (bear watching): 1 night (caution: bear watching can end after 4 p.m. then quite long road to Grandes Piles)
- Grandes PIles (Mauricie Park): 2 nights
- Mont Tremblant (mountain, lake and park): 2 nights
- Ottawa: 2 nights (see Omega Park on the road)
- Kingston (Thousand Islands cruise): 1 night (see Fort Henry in Kingston)
- Niagara Falls: 1 night (see Niagara on the Lake and Fort Georges)
- Toronto: 2 nights (using Signtseeing bus with 48h pass and cruise on the islands facing the city)
GPS rented with all the pre-recorded destinations (sometimes a little off the mark on arrival!? but we always found our destination by cross-checking with the vehicle's GPS...).
Round trip flights with Air Transat, hassle-free (don't forget your headphones, otherwise you will have to pay on board!).
Almost new SUV type car (Jeep Compass) rented from Thrifty with pick-up in Montreal (Convention Center) and drop-off after more than 4000 kms in Toronto (Union Station): be careful, all declared drivers must be present when picking up the vehicle. vehicle to sign the contract!? no attempt to sell unplanned benefits or insurance, however much lower abandonment fees than advertised on the site ($100 vs. 400)... good news to start the holidays! In addition, the refueling was done for free contrary to what was announced on the site (tank to be returned of course full!).
All the accommodations were of high quality, well located especially in Ottawa and Toronto, varied from the very family-friendly B&B inn to the large hotel, including a few chain establishments. Always a very warm welcome, especially in the hostels... and gargantuan breakfasts (small for us!)... The Natakam Condos are very pleasant apartments with fully equipped kitchens and a superb view of the St Laurent. The Mont Albert cottage is also a comfortable establishment ideally located within the Gaspésie park (remember to ask for picnic bags, very complete for a snack at lunchtime during hikes).
All the planned activities lived up to our expectations: whale safari, bear watching, boat cruises to Percé, the Thousand Islands and Niagara Falls.
It should be noted that the natural parks, whose entrances are payable, are very well laid out and maintained, the paths well indicated and marked out, with very clear documentation available in the discovery centres.
In short, a perfectly successful holiday!

very nice trip
(Translated by Google) exceptional trip, sound advice, very friendly and very responsive advisor. We will gladly leave with Authentik Canada
Wonderful trip to a wonderful country helped by wonderful people!!!!!
(Translated by Google) We visited all the main major cities in Eastern Canada Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec as well as Niagara Falls completed by an immersion in nature in an Outfitter
This represents a fairly complete panorama of landscapes and way of life. From urban life with its modern tall buildings like Toronto, the city of finance, and going up to the North little by little, the cities are transformed with a mixture of modernity and history to arrive in the North of Quebec at the life of large natural spaces with all the fauna and flora that make the richness of this country.
For this we had the chance to make this journey with Authentik Canada who helped us from the beginning of the study of our trip until the end of the realization of this one and who showed availability and advice. copies!!! A big thank you to them who allowed us to realize one of our travel dreams!!! Thank you Sophie!!!!

Unforgettable
(Translated by Google) 3 weeks of pure happiness on Canadian soil. From Montreal, Charlevoix, Tadoussac, La Gaspésie, Quebec, Thousand Islands, Toronto and Niagara. We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay thanks to Marie Eve, our advisor, who prepared everything for us. Fabulous places, amazing people, a warm welcome. Gaspésie is really to be discovered. We are not disappointed with this trip and we highly recommend it. [...]
3 wonderful weeks!
(Translated by Google) We spent our honeymoon on the roads of Quebec for 3 weeks! It was just beautiful, magical! We lived exceptional moments and made very good encounters!
We will be back but in winter this time!
Unforgettable family trip
(Translated by Google) We liked the diversity of landscapes and the mix of city and countryside activities. Canada is an exceptional country with an extraordinary sense of hospitality.
We particularly liked the hostels, the hotel formula in Montreal was disappointing.
The activities offered during our stay were of high quality, Authentik Canada's commitments were kept, we will leave without hesitation even if it is necessary to plan a substantial budget for daily expenses (food, etc.).

Really great trip!!!!
(Translated by Google) Truly superb trip, the services are of very good quality. I would start new circuits with Authentik Canada in the very near future...
The personalization of the circuit is a major asset, as is the contact with a single, very responsive adviser!
very well organized
SENSATIONAL
(Translated by Google) AUTHENTIK CANADA IS A VERY SERIOUS AND SAFE COMPANY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE AT YOUR SERVICE AND ARE VERY COMPETENT. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK WITH THEM AND THIS DESPITE THAT IT IS A TRAVEL AGENCY ONLY ON THE INTERNET. DIRECT LINE FROM SWITZERLAND VERY EFFICIENT AND AUTHENTIK CANADA REMAINS REACHABLE AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR TRIP TO CANADA. THE BOOK IS VERY WELL DONE. FOR THE NIGHTS IN THE GITES, INNS OR B & B PROPOSED THAT THE AGENCY OFFERED US NOTHING TO COMPLAINT, ON THE CONTRARY IT IS WHERE WE WERE BEST RECEIVED AND AS FOR THEM, NO EXCURSIONS WERE DISPLEASED. SO VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR TRIP. BUT WE PREFERED WHEN WE LEFT THE BIG CITIES. [...]

An unforgettable trip!
(Translated by Google) It was my first romantic vacation, it was my first plane flight, it won't be the last trip I'll make to Canada! It's just magic. For lovers of nature, good humor and maple syrup, this country is made for you.
The people there are so welcoming, open-minded, and pleasant. I love Canada, and I recommend all the people who will look at this notice not to have any doubts about the destination of their next trip.

Superb discovery of Quebec
(Translated by Google) We had a great trip that will remain engraved; in our memory at never. Sophie gave us great advice. and our journey was as we wanted. We recommend this travel agency.
wonderful honeymoon
(Translated by Google) Magnificent experience and trip with a very warm welcome from the population, superb colors and activities, magnificent landscapes.
DISCOVERING CANADA
(Translated by Google) This is our first trip to Canada. Above all, we remember the Canadians from this trip: very welcoming, who don` come before us. Then we discovered an immense country covered with many forests, lakes, small villages, the St. Montreal is a few hundred meters wide, appears like an inland sea the further we go towards the Gaspé. Even if we were not able to see all the animals, the discovery of the fauna is also wonderful: the gannets on Bonaventure Island near Percé, the seals near Gaspé , the whales at Escoumins, the beavers at Rimouski, unfortunately we could also have seen moose and caribou at Mont Saint Albert, ... This trip will leave us with lasting memories and this country invites us to explore; come back. [...]
trésors canadiens
(Translated by Google) very beautiful and rewarding circuit, review some accommodations including: auberge le roupillon and la seigneurie des Monts
a dream must come true
(Translated by Google) Thanks to; you for allowing us to make this wonderful trip. we only had to follow the prepared Roadbook; with care and let us guide you to see the wonderful Canadian Treasures
A wonderful trip, a total change of scenery
Road Trip
(Translated by Google) Pay attention to; read carefully between the lines the explanations given and some different terms between Canadians and French! Time incorrectly calculated between the duration of the journey by car and the time of the activities. Be careful to read the comments on the places of accommodation carefully when there is a change of places. Stephanie is everything charming but I think she did not always take our requests into account: always 2 beds and that we liked a certain comfort but necessarily luxury but a lower example of the birdhouse.
Also, the GPS let us down.

flawless organization
(Translated by Google) St&;phanie Hotte prepared us; a very varied trip and thoughtful, a very, very helpful and pleasant lady
Everything was perfect
(Translated by Google) a top advisor
nothing to do to repeat as well for the accommodations as the sites
thank you christelle
Canada is a magnificent country, a country of wide open spaces and a country with unparalleled hospitality.
(Translated by Google) We appreciated the magnificent landscapes and the autumnal colors and we particularly appreciated the the welcome and courtesy of Canadians. Apart from a few exceptions, the accommodations were well located and pleasant. We liked the way of life of Canadians which seems cooler than at home and especially in terms of driving!
We liked less city streets and dimly lit restaurant interiors which seems to be common here. Some accommodation away from areas of interest.
We did not like it. our room at the Days Inn by Falls whose window was 1 meter from a blind wall....too bad

Nice trip to Eastern Canada
(Translated by Google) Interesting trip, which allowed us to visit beautiful and pleasant places.
Good choice of hotels and really good road book.
No worries about renting the car, in good condition and comfortable for the long trip of 5 passengers and luggage too.
The programming of the GPS with all our destinations has been done. really helpful and allowed us to travel without problems.
We can only advise to choose à; Ottawa and the Milles Iles a hotel with a more central location.

A very exotic mix of city and nature
Overall satisfied but some very noisy hotels still annoyed us a lot
Nice trip
(Translated by Google) Everything was well organized: the documentation, the vouchers, the journeys to the airport. to do, the explanations, the service, the hotels are of a good middle class. The car is in good working order. It is too high; we were stuck in a garage which, at the entrance, did not have the bar for the height and the piping at the entrance. inside was not high enough. The supports on the roof of the car lightly touched the piping on the ceiling (pipes, electrics, etc.). To get out we had the kindness of a Brazilian tourist who had sat down together with Mr. Angiulli in the back of the car to put some weight on to get out of the garage. The Ste Anne canyon is worth a stop; the seafood dinner is excellent; the ferry from Matane to Godbout is well organized; Marineland could be expanded and the whale safari is great. What is cruel and infernal is the Canadian parking system. Too many signs, too many different parking rules, hence 2 unjustified PV!!! [...]
Great family trip!
