Excellent campervan disappointing authentik experience
The service provided by four seasons and the campervan and facilities provided were excellent and could not be faulted. When we booked authentik had an offer where mileage was free which we included but upon check out with four seasons had to pay for the milage in addition as it hadn't been included with our authentik booking documentation.

Regarding to the lack of mileage for your RV rental, we sincerely apologize for the ambiguity that has occurred and which has resulted in charges to you at the counter.
On the other hand, we are surprised by this comment, since after having re-checked our promotions which were in effect at the time of your purchase, we notice that we have never offered free kilometres with our bookings. Maybe it was a promotion with another partner or on another site? If you find the offer, we invite you to let us know.
