Back-country roads
Great Canada experience
It was amazing trip. We have seen so many beautiful places. Everything was perfectly planned. RV was very conienient. If I could change sth - propably a bit less driving. Pick up p?ace a bit far away from downtown Vancouver so No activities should be planned on pick up Day . But overally great trip!
Calgary to calgary rv
Excellent service from Marie-Michele.we booked our Canada trip four times due to covid cancellations and recieved first class service every time. Although we could get the RV fir 10days we only had short stays at most sites, but was still a great holiday. We will be back to canada soon. 5 star service.

Every thing was going, until you provide me with wrong post code
Once I need you, i called the hot line number provided, however there was no answer
West Canada
Our trip was amazing! We enjoyed the comfort of our RV, the many places we visited and the fantastic views. Due tu the fires out west, there were a lot of uncertainties. We had a lot of stress and anxiety but our agent did a fantastic job at assisting us, answering all of our questions and concerns. Even while on the trip, our agent was always available for us. Our authentik Canada agent played a huge part in making this a memorable trip for our family! [...]

Excellent and amazing
Authentic Canada created an excellent itinerary for us from Calgary to Vancouver and back. They made all the reservations in great campsites and had everything booked and waiting for us.
The road trip book was exceptional and had all the directions and details we could need.
Thoroughly recommend.
Calgary and Back - Vacation through the Rockies
The trip was excellent and the planning and organization that Authentik provided was excellent. The road trip book helped keep us on track and in the know at each stop. I have a few notes though on the trip guide
1) you know that you are required to purchase a park pass for the nights you stay in Banff. We didn't know this and where very confused when entering Banff. The number of nights and the cost could be noted in the day by day guide (I didn't' see it in there?)
2) Authentik guide suggested we stop in Vancouver (yes with our RV) and park at Vanier park. That's not recommend as when we did this we did get a $60 ticket for parking (taking up more than one parking space). So the road tip book should be updated to NOT recommend this. I would suggest you need to stay out of the city with the RV and park some place else.
The rest was just grand!

(Translated by Google) Our advisor was very available and answered all our questions. The experience with Karma campervan was very positive.
A very beautiful trip to the west
(Translated by Google) Organization faithful to our requests. Quick readjustment of the itinerary in connection with the fires in Jasper. Quick responses to our questions from our specialist Adeline.
In short, a very beautiful trip, a great organization, magnificent landscapes and memories.
Already want to go back :D

(Translated by Google) We are satisfied with our experience with Authentik Canada for this trip. Thank you for your responsiveness regarding Jasper and the wildfires.
Regarding the stay in Banff, the voucher for the shuttles to Lake Placide and Moraine could be replaced by a voucher for the bus from Banff that goes directly to the lakes. This would avoid having to take the camper to the Park and Ride, which is 120 km round trip.
The distances between the various lodging locations were balanced, allowing us to make visits during the journey.

(Translated by Google) The Tunnel Mountain campgrounds in Banff were sold to us as site 2 being a nature camping area and RV site (3) as an RV parking lot, but it's the opposite. For campsite 2, we were parked on the roadway, little space. The initial distance of our road trip (the loop with Revelstoke and everything) with a baby would have been impossible, it was our friends who advised shortening it and we really did the right thing. (Translated by Google) Authentik Canada responded quickly to our request for a quote for a tour synchronized with another family, from Calgary to Vancouver Island. Our adjustment requests and various questions were answered promptly. Our 6-person RV was relatively new and very well equipped. We completed all stages of the route without any difficulties, as the campground and activity reservations had been made in advance by Authentik Canada. We appreciated the beauty of the landscapes throughout our tour. A small downside was the stop at Wells Gray Park, with complicated access and an unwelcoming campground. Overall, a very beautiful trip, thanks to Emilie, our road trip specialist! [...]
(Translated by Google) Perfect stay thanks to Authentik Canada, from the RV pickup to the campsite booking.
A big thank you to the whole team.
(Translated by Google) This is the third time I've gone through Authentik Canada (winter trip - car rental and now a West road trip in a motorhome) and everything always goes wonderfully! I recommend it 1000 times.
The service for the motorhome was top-notch and the motorhome itself brand new!
The organization with the road book for the campsites was great, and we always had little extras, surprises of good spots, and VIP entries for activities.
We had a blast! And even when we had a hiccup with the hotel, my trip manager was immediately responsive and resolved it within 48 hours.
Thank you again for this dream!

The western experience
(Translated by Google) The experience was great, we loved the trip. It is an experience to do absolutely if you are a fan of nature. The only thing we would have liked is to have had the ikampervan with the tent from you, as it was booked while waiting for confirmation from our specialist. But it's out of our control, so the trip was just unforgettable :)

Beloved my destiny
(Translated by Google) I recommend Authentik Canada for its customer service and expertise.

(Translated by Google) A trip very well followed in the preparation and reliable in the realization.
Some small errors in the indications of the roadbook: telephone number not indicated for certain campsites, false information on the malignant lake.
Otherwise the rest was perfectly done.
We loved the trip to the national parks.

Eye-catching landscapes.
(Translated by Google) Many thanks to Tanya for her professionalism in organizing and monitoring our trip.
The choice of route and stopover campsites enchanted us.
A great trip!
(Translated by Google) We made a great discovery with Authentik as an agency and Caroline as a road trip specialist! Very good service and advice for organizing our trip to Western Canada.
A big thank you to Caroline :)
rocky journey
(Translated by Google) dream trip
Nice discovery of the western and mountainous region of Canada.
(Translated by Google) Interesting and spectacular circuit to Banff. The natural sites and the leagues of hikes are varied and give the impression of the grandiose nature of western Canada. Chain of lakes and glaciers. Frequent encounter with wild animals (bear, elk, eagle...). We were able to swim almost every day in different lakes. Wonderful!
The end of the circuit after Revestoke / Okanagan, did not impress us and rather disappointed. Hope's stage was unnecessary and far from Harisson Hot Springs. In addition, the public hot springs are no longer open and the private SPA center only accepts hotel residents.
Overall the campsites weren't wild, the pitches very close together and often noisy not very rejuvenating!
In such a beautiful environment we hoped for more contact with the serenity of nature. We were unlucky because due to the drought we couldn't have a campfire.
Nevertheless, all the steps went well. The motorhome supplier (Frazerway) is very efficient, very friendly and the equipment rented is of very good quality.

Road trip in the marvelous rockies
First VR experience
(Translated by Google) Very well organized road trip. We were very happy with our decision to have done business with Authentik for the reservation of campgrounds, because several indicated full. Obviously, with an RV you should not expect very intimate grounds, but the goal was to have a place close to the places to visit. Jasper's gondola was our favorite, to be so high up and see the vastness of the rockies, for everything else the road passing by was like an IMAX movie. of possession took about an hour, the time to have the explanations on the functioning of this one. We can say that it was a very enriching first experience without bad surprises. [...]
One of the best trips of our life!
(Translated by Google) It's crazy how Western Canada is full of breathtaking landscapes. We were dazzled every day by what our itinerary made us discover. We had an amazing trip with great peace of mind knowing that the course and reservations were taken care of by Tanya from Authentik. Whether before we left or even during our vacation, Tanya was always available and very quick to answer our questions. Her help was invaluable and she contributed to the success of this most memorable trip! A huge thank you, Tanya! Since our return, we have been telling all our friends and family members that they must one day afford the same experience! [...]

Turnkey travel. Very professional service.
Ordinary travel agency
(Translated by Google) We used the services of Authentik Canada for an RV trip from Calgary to do a ride in the Rockies (to Vancouver). We loved our trip BUT, some campsites (2) booked by the agency were in places where there is nothing to do, where the bathrooms were dirty and the staff practically absent. We were very disappointed, especially since we had been scheduled for two nights at these places. So we decided to leave after one night and had to sleep in Costco parking lots. In addition, several pieces of information were missing that it would have been easy to give us before departure. For example, the fact that the shuttle to lakes Louise and Moraine must be reserved in advance, that reservations (free) are mandatory in the parks of British Columbia (BC Parks), etc. We obviously organized ourselves, but when you pay to do business with an agency, it's because you don't have enough time to plan your trip and you want to be sure not to make mistakes and not to miss anything. We therefore expect better service. We expect them to give us tips to help us optimize our trip as much as possible and to send us to interesting and, above all, clean places. I would add that there were errors in the reservations and also that often, although our court numbers followed each other, on site we were on either side of the road rather than side by side (we were two families and booked together). Normally the agency should, in my opinion, have known the layout of the pitches. We were disappointed with the service. [...]
Alberta summer 2021
Travel BC - July-August 2021
(Translated by Google) All in all it was a very nice trip. Just a few more things would have been nicer.
1) in the RV there was no block to place under the wheels to level the RV. In 2020, we had this kind of block.
2) No contour sheet for one of the two beds.
3) In a campground, the registration office (the Office) was not open and we had to have our field # because reservation by an agency. And we got a voicemail. lucky that a nice lady from the campsite helped us. The Agency should provide us with the camping # on the Vouchers.
4) Camping in Ucluelet: very very average location. We asked for a change and we got a pitch with only one service (next to the garbage cans) when we had paid for a 3-service pitch.

Experience
(Translated by Google) The trip was perfect. The duration, the places visited, the beauty of the places. Only the cleanliness of the bathrooms on a few campsites left something to be desired. The Canada Park campgrounds were the nicest and cleanest.
