However, I booked quite late, in April, which left few choices for RVs. We finally rented a 30-foot model, the largest available. Despite its size, it was surprisingly easy to drive, and it wasn't difficult to find places to park.

Our adventure began in Calgary and took us to Canmore, Banff, Jasper, Wells Gray Provincial Park, Whistler, and finally Vancouver. All reservations were already organized, and the driving days were well-balanced, without being too long.

RV life was a real favorite. Being able to cook and eat wherever you want offers incredible freedom. Honestly, I don't think the trip would have been as enjoyable if we had stayed in a hotel.

We were lucky enough to observe elk upon waking, as well as brown bears with their cubs. These are unforgettable memories.

However, a good budget for gas is necessary: the RV is equipped with a V10 engine and consumption is quite high. The only small drawback concerns the provided kitchen utensil kit. The knives cut very poorly, and generally, the utensils are of rather poor quality. If you plan to cook regularly, I recommend bringing some good knives or buying some there. It will make a big difference.

I unreservedly recommend Authentik for organizing a trip. The provided Roadbook is extremely complete, and the visiting suggestions offer a host of options to adapt according to the weather and available time.

- Jasper Raft tour was perfect with a child, we were unlucky because it had rained a lot the days before so it was foggy, but having seen it before, the Athabasca River is magnificent.

Activities that we did on our own that I recommend;
- Drumheller; very interesting for both adults and children!
- Badlands and Dinosaur Provincial Park; impressive.
- Waterton; it's beautiful!! Nice little village.
- We went up Sulphur Mountain, I would recommend this gondola even more, the view is amazing at the top!! However, everyone was very nice at the Skytram and the short hike was cool for the view.
- Johnston Canyon was very beautiful but overcrowded even at the end of the day.
- Wilder Institute Calgary Zoo is worth going to!!

- Jasper everything was very smooth everywhere. It was a mixed feeling, it must have been beautiful before the fire, the community remains positive!! It was rainy for a good part, but we enjoyed it!
- Banff was crowded everywhere. The weather probably helped, because the sky was clear the whole time we were there but wow!!!
Important info, Banff is only by bus!! It's very simple and efficient, but let's just say that when we arrived it was unpleasant before realizing that we had to drop off the camper and take the bus.
