O Canada
Extraordinary Discovery of this magnificent country
(Translated by Google) These 2 weeks have been magical, both the city and the countryside are magnificent places and must be visited.
Our favorite was in the Quebec region: the city as well as the bay of St Paul or even Mount Oford.
We had chosen the cruise to see the whales: wrap up well (we were freezing to death) but we were able to see them as well as seals!
Being able to observe bears so closely with such a passionate guide was really interesting.
The hotels were very good: clean, quality and large rooms, with a staff that was always attentive.
Small downside: the Bond Place hotel in Toronto did not have us either: The room was dirty when we arrived, the staff very unpleasant, and no parking time to check in to go to the parking lot reserved for customers (as a result, we we got a ticket)...
We also didn't like the Jardins Champêtres hostel: the welcome and the meals were magical, but we came across a room where the bed, the bathtub and the toilets were in the same room... not great.
In short, the activities like the trip itself were magical. Canadians are very nice people and their country is beautiful! We will surely come back to explore this country!

Disappointed and trip not optimized compared to travel
(Translated by Google) Places of interest are obviously good because that's where tourists go. However, the journeys between destinations are not at all optimized. Sometimes it is better around 5pm at the end of the day to already drive at least 1h-1h30 towards the next destination rather than driving 3h30-4h the next morning. With Authentik you are stuck there because they have reserved a hotel for you too far from the next destination.
In addition, the travel guide they give you is nothing exceptional for the price you pay in the end... If you buy the Routard or the Michelin book at 15 euros, it's even better because there are more stuff in it and great deals than what Authentik gives you. Moreover, in the Authentik guide, there are not always the addresses of the activities (or these are badly indicated), we had to try several times to find the internet to find out where the place is.
As for accommodation, ok they are well placed in relation to the place of interest but we were disappointed on several points. First Authentik prices are sometimes much more expensive than if you order yourself (that's why we ordered the maximum by ourselves by making a comparison). Then disappointment sometimes when arriving on site. For example: Lord Elgin: it was not the same as in the photo at the level of the room received. Bond Place Hotel: room was not washed when we arrived, floor was sticky say we were told room was ready. In addition, Authentik had not taken the option of the room with wifi. If we wanted it, we had to pay $12 ourselves. With the price we pay with Authentik it is amazing that we are not entitled to wifi.
As for our "advisor" (whose name I will not mention), also very disappointed. This one took a long time to respond to our requests, there were ALWAYS errors or "oversights" in the quotes we received. We had them without overdoing it 6-7 different quotes before getting what we requested saying everything was clear in our emails. To believe that she was in a hurry to conclude and that we pay. Again, with the price they ask us, it's crazy that there are so many errors in the reservation and that we have to check everything carefully.
To summarize, I will say that Authentik is very very expensive compared to what it really is. We expected a lot from the "travel guide" and the accommodations booked through them and we were disappointed on both counts. This is not suitable for young people up to 45 years old because it is much more efficient and cheaper to organize your trip yourself. I would say that it is more dedicated to the elderly who have no desire to organize anything at all (and even more because at each destination they will have to read the guide and decide on the activity to do) and who don't care about the budget at all.

wonderful family trip, discovery of super welcoming Canadians (in general) and very beautiful landscapes and very diverse cities
(Translated by Google) We left at 6, aged 10 months to 89 years old, in a mini bus through eastern Canada which we were all discovering for the first time.
we loved the canadians and their benevolence as well as everything we discovered in the country, the region of Montreal, the region of the thousand islands, the niagara falls of course, the mont tremblant, in short our whole journey.
I would like to thank ALLYSON KELLY who left your company and who was attentive, attentive, efficient and adorable throughout our preparation.
it is her whom we rate and not her replacement, we do not know Christina (who is certainly equally competent)

Superb trip both in terms of organization, landscape, people and wildlife encountered
(Translated by Google) This 3 week trip through Quebec and part of Ontario was superb. Everything went very well from start to finish. We preferred stopovers in small towns and inns on a human scale with superb, very attentive hosts who gave us by far the best breakfasts compared to the "chain" hotels in the big cities. If we had to redo such a course, we will specify it in advance. We also think that it is necessary to privilege circuits minimizing the passages through
or close to big cities (Toronto, Montreal) to get from one place to another if you don't stop in these big cities. Indeed, it would avoid traffic jams, because in August there is a LOT of work on Canadian roads, especially in town ... with their consequent traffic jams.

perfect first "discovery" trip
(Translated by Google) very good organization
the perfect and multiple accommodation and often very well placed
very useful and perfect road book
pay attention to the distances, we always want to see more but over a short period, the connection routes are substantial and intersect on certain circuits
good advice on the place,
A great experience and a very well prepared stay
(Translated by Google) We spent two weeks in Ontario and Quebec and we are delighted (with a real crush on Baie Saint Paul :) . The accommodations and activities booked were even beyond our expectations!!! As for the preparation of the trip, everything was very well taken care of by our advisor, a real pleasure. We will definitely go back with Authentik for a next trip to America! [...]
An unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) Magical discovery of Canada both in big cities and in parks
Head full of memories
(Translated by Google) Perfectly organized trip (small flat on the car, a little too small but it was)
Discovery of a sumptuous country, breathtaking scenery and very smiling and welcoming people.
A change of scenery at the rendezvous
(Translated by Google) Canada makes us French dream, so we tried the experiment. The support provided to us by AUTHENTIKCANADA was invaluable, everything is thought out to allow us to have a good stay. The relationship with the advisor is excellent, she is always present to answer our questions. We liked the absence of surprises in the organization, everything is well-oiled, and each step was ready. The Roadbook is really very well done. What about the landscapes, breathtaking. We found the people of Quebec very friendly and welcoming, this province is huge. The SAINT LAURENT is majestic. I recommend everyone to check it out, and don't hesitate to travel with AUTHENTIKCANADA, it's serious and competent. Be careful though, during the spring and summer a lot of work is done in Canada, on roads and buildings, this makes travel difficult....... [...]
An unforgettable experience, Wonderful Family Road Trip!
(Translated by Google) We had wanted to make this trip to Canada for 20 years and now it's done and we don't regret it at all. It was a wonderful family adventure and we had the chance to discover beautiful places with very friendly people.
We traveled about 3,000 km by car which took us from Montreal to Quebec via Ottawa, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Mille-Iles, Canton-de-l'Est, Charlevoix, Tadoussac. A fabulous road trip that we recommend with eyes closed. The choice of hotels was perfect and they were very well located. There was so much to visit and it was difficult to choose but in the end, we loved the red bus tours in Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec, the fly boat on the St-Laurent in Montreal, the museum Canadian in Ottawa, the grandiose Niagara Falls, the boat cruise to discover a thousand islands, Tadoussac to see the whales and to finish Quebec with an excellent tour of old Quebec with a guide "Nicolas" full of enthusiasm and good humor .
If we had to find a negative point to our trip and if we can call it "negative point" well it would be, for our taste, the city of Toronto. This city is huge, full of buildings and it seemed to us more "cold" than the other big cities of Canada that we visited. Well, we only got to do one day in Toronto. That said, we had a great day there and have no regrets.
Thanks to Authentik for the excellent organization of our trip (excellent choice and locations of hotels, perfect booking of activities) and for all the support during our stay in Canada. You were at the Top and thank you to our advisor Emilie Boivin, for the responsiveness to all my requests.
We will be sure to share our excellent experience with Authentik and our wonderful trip to Canada with our friends and others.
In any case, a big thank you, this trip will remain etched in our memories forever.

Exceptional trip
(Translated by Google) A beautiful road trip in a sublime country, landscapes that took your breath away!!!
Thanks again to our advisor Emilie Boivin who met all our expectations and who made this trip a great success, we had no problems during our road trip. If I ever go back to Canada one day, it will be with the Authentik Canada team!
Perfect family trip!
(Translated by Google) A perfect little family road trip in October where we mixed moments in nature and in the cities. The accommodations were perfect for children. Noted, however, a mixed reception due to an arrival at 6 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. at the sleepy hollow lodge in Gananoque which is also not very suitable for children...
Amazing trip!!!
(Translated by Google) We went for the 2nd time to Canada through Authentikcanada and once again we were not disappointed, our advisor very available and attentive to our desires, good organization, an exceptional trip !!!

Exceptional!
(Translated by Google) We spent 10 wonderful days to be amazed! The trip includes a first "cities" part and then more "nature" stages, which allowed us to discover different landscapes and marvel at the must-see places of Eastern Canada!
The guide offered by the agency is very useful and gives us lots of advice on places and restaurants.
Thanks to Marie-Eve our advisor! :)

Very nice discovery
(Translated by Google) Perfect organization and attentive service...a very nice team who are at our side to share their love of this beautiful country with us. congratulations continue like this .... and see you soon because we will be back.
cool
(Translated by Google) Everything is thought through. The hotels are not offered at random, there were plenty of activities near them.
The activities offered are all very beautiful. You have to know what you want to do. (sports or not)...
The must for us was the guest rooms which are much friendlier than the building hotels.
A fun trip...
Excellent!! Perfect down to the smallest detail, an unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) Easy organization and preparation of the trip, impeccable follow-up and quality services. A birthday trip for his wife that will remain etched in our memory. Thank you again Authentik, and I hope to see you very soon ;)
Very pleasant experience
(Translated by Google) We enjoyed the trip very much. The hotels and hostels were very good and the activities met our expectations.
Only one small minor point: some hotels did not seem to know when breakfast was included but it was always well resolved.
The landscapes and the weather were magnificent at the beginning of September.
Mark and Flo
Canada Multicultural country with multiple landscapes and ubiquitous history
(Translated by Google) Visit big cities and learn about their culture and history. Discover natural sites and enter their interior.
The choices offered by Authentik include all these points of interest. It takes time to make the most of these wonders. The organization of trips is excellent and the sites on offer are worth the detour. Rich trip from all points of view with special mention for the welcome we received from the Canadians. This trip will remain etched in our memories.

Want to go back!
(Translated by Google) What can I say...there is so much to say!
It is a beautiful country so our journey will remain in our memories and those of the children for a long time. The only downside is the Ottawa-Niagara Falls stage which is long and takes much longer than expected due to traffic jams. We also less appreciated the camping stages.
If we had to give any advice to future travelers, it would be to leave early in the morning to be able to take advantage of each of the stages, otherwise you feel like you are always on the road.
But everything was perfect!

Well organized trip
(Translated by Google) Authentik Canada took very good care of us, whether it was for the reservation or when we had questions during our road trip.
No bad surprises on our trip.
The road book provided is very practical on the spot, in order to know the main things to do, to eat... and lots of practical information.
A road trip that lived up to our expectations to discover the different facets of Canada!
(Translated by Google) If you are looking to see as much as possible without rushing, the "O Canada" road trip is perfectly suited! It's then up to you to modulate the number of hotel nights, where you are, if you want to stay longer or shorter... In the majority of cases the "economic" segment of the hotels was very satisfactory.
Very good organization
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip which allowed us to see a maximum of things while always being ideally accommodated for the visits.
Wonderful trip to discover a good part of the Quebec region with a detour to Niagara Falls
(Translated by Google) Beautiful organization, judicious choice of hotels, quality services: everything was there for us to keep wonderful memories of this journey.
We did 3000 km in 14 days but it's done well
Feedback: for Niagara Falls, it is better to stay nearby because Toronto is not a very interesting city
Nice to meet you
(Translated by Google) 1st experience with Authentik Canada and delighted with the result
No hitch to this stay everything went as planned
The organization was perfect, especially in the timing of the excursions in relation to the travel times between each stage.
/>
Congratulations also for the very impressive road book, it is really an important and very functional tool.
It was received on time during the 1st stage and I appreciated being informed of its dispatch and reception at the hotel by Authentik Canada
In short, congratulations for your professionalism and thank you also for these little details such as the river view for the Montebello and Tadoussac hotels, it's true that it's better!!!
Note, however, that the Victoria Falls hotel in Niagara Falls is really not great, you should direct your customers to Niagara on the Lake for a charming stay
Thank you again, I hope to ask you again for a future trip.
Mrs. Orlane Chartier

experience not to be missed
(Translated by Google) the 3 best moments:
- 1: the stay at Algonquin Park, for the whole (catering, sleeping arrangements, open-access activities, reception and setting); one more day there would have been desirable
-2: rafting on the red river
-3: Gaspesie Park
/>
Of course the welcome and moments of conviviality at the Valga estate, at the Auberge de France and at the gite au perchoir were also remarkable.
the worst:
- 1: by far, and it was a very big disappointment: LE PARC DU BIC; It looks more like an amusement park, with cars, bikes, camping, than a national park!!!
We went there after the Algonquin and Gaspesie Parks ....
- 2: accommodation in the Thousand Islands
A regret, but we had been warned: we did not have the courage and the energy to go on the cruise to the Hautes Gorges (arrival a little late and activity more than 50 km from the place of accommodation, while we had already done 250 km). One more day on the canton of Charlevois would have been desirable
For the organization of families, the laundry services could be better highlighted (accommodation with laundry at the end of the 1st and end of the 2nd week would be desirable)
When finalizing the stay, note the mileage between the place of accommodation and the activity

not disappointed! Exceptional stay!
(Translated by Google) We discovered Authentik Canada by chance on the internet while planning our trip. Finally we chose to organize our trip with this agency. And we do not regret!
The RoadBook that our advisor prepared for us was our Bible throughout our stay. Ultra complete we did not even use the tourist guides or the road map that we had put in our suitcases.
Great advice, very good addresses and unfailing availability.
It is certain that we will leave to continue the discovery of Canada and that we will contact Authentik Canada without hesitation!

Road trip in Canada with visit to Quebec
(Translated by Google) Very good stay with flawless organization in terms of hotels, activities and vehicle rental.
The Roadbook enhanced our evenings for the next day's excursions. The main thing is there.
Thanks to Virginie who was efficient
an unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) what we liked:
- Tadoussac and meeting the whales in a zodiac
- Quebec, a fantastic city, staying in a hotel at the Château Laurier
- Village of Magog and the country inn where we spent 2 nights
- the Niagara falls
- OMEGA park and tent accommodation
- the welcome of Tiffany from authentic canada and her advice
What we disliked:
- the hotel "Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls" to avoid because of the smell of closing with the swimming pool located in the middle of the lobby and the breakfast not good at all, however very well located 10 minutes walk from the falls with free parking.
- Be careful not to rent a vehicle too high because it will not fit in the underground car parks of the hotels and the surface car parks which are private are excessively expensive. Be careful because only one driver is included, you have to pay to add another.
- The "5-star farm" near Tadoussac: which is not 5 stars, only in their name since the farm is 2 stars. No air conditioning, expensive breakfast, their website offers a lot of activities which are unfortunately all paying (not indicated on the site).

A great trip
(Translated by Google) A simply incredible trip with landscapes as far as the eye can see.
The Authentik Canada travel guide is very well done and allows you to fully enjoy the trip without worrying about the rest (vouchers, routes, etc.)
In addition, a big thank you to Laurine St-André, our advisor who took care of absolutely everything :-)!
Finally, if there was something to complain about, I would say that an extra day was possibly missing in Torronto as well as in Quebec in order to be able to visit well.
Indeed, we chose the "O Canada" trip and modified it to our liking without really realizing the time that the journeys would take us. A total of 3208km for 48h54 of travel in 15 days.
