Brilliant trip, and right choice of RV - except for shorties!

Four of us (adults aged between 66 and 76) shared a C25 for 5 weeks, and covered almost 3000kms, taking in Victoria, Nanaimo, Tofino, Campbell River, and Telegraph Cove on Vancouver Island, then the ferry to Prince Rupert from Port Hardy. After that, we stopped at Terrace, Hazleton, McBride, Jasper, and Johnston Canyon (via the Icefield Parkway) to Calgary. Leaving Calgary, we returned to Vancouver via Banff, Lake Louise, Revelstoke, Cache Creek, Whistler, and Tsawwassen. It was a challenging route at times, especially the Icefield Parkway and the drive across to Whistler from Cache Creek) but the motorhome performed well and never let us down. Four drivers (no extra charges for extra drivers was very helpful) shared the driving. A bit spartan and tired-looking inside the RV, and the shortest person in our party (5' 4'' struggled to reach into the top level cupboards, get up the steps, and onto the bed - but a great time was had by all! We did invest in a cheap toaster and cafetiere which raised the standard of our on-board catering. Otherwise, the kitchen package we purchased was sufficient - except for the awful drying cloths/tea towels which never did dry anything properly despite being washed several times, and the much too large non-breakable glasses. Some small plates would have been useful, too. On our trip, the bedding packages were fine for most of us, but one party member was cold at night (he'd taken the precaution of bringing a sleeping bag so didn't suffer too much!). However, if the weather had been any colder, the sleeping bags would not have been adequate, and they were very obviously well used items. Staff at CC were very helpful and efficient, and the pre-departure videos and information we were able to access were excellent, as was the user manual in the RV itself. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
