Amazing Roadtrip
We had a fantastic time driving through the Rockies from Vancouver to Calgary. Every aspect from booking to execution went perfectly and made a very memorable and highly recommended vacation. The sights and pictures really are as good as you get in the adverts!

Canada is an incredible country, from the scenery, to the wildlife, to the scale - all just jaw dropping! And the people — all so friendly, helpful and hospitable. Planning a visit to the west coast was — where to even start?! Alyssa at Authentik Canada was just so helpful at every stage of our planning: friendly, thoughtful, responsive, full of great suggestions and open to ideas. So much was organised for us in the background that it made our trip an absolute dream — everything was seamless, never a single issue or concern. We just turned up at the appointed time and everything was ready — travel tickets, car, accommodation, activities — everything! The practical information given was perfect, and our personalised road book was an invaluable resource.
I really could not recommend this company more highly! Thank you for helping us make such wonderful memories for our family! We’re already thinking about a return trip and would definitely use Authentik again.

A wonderful trip
We travelled from Vancouver to Calgary, via Vancouver Island, and then returned to Vancouver. We had subscribed to seven trips/events and, with one exception, they were all excellent. The exception was the museum in Victoria which had recently closed its entire First Nation floor, hardly the fault of Authentik!
All the hotels booked by Authentik were very high quality, albeit sometimes a little bit off the beaten track - fortunately we like walking so that was not a problem.
Alyssa at Authentik was always very friendly and ready to help and propose ways of enhancing the trip and we greatly valued her advice. The wildfires were of concern for us and the hotel in the area affected was cancelled promptly and without penalty.

We throughly enjoyed our time in Canada, what a beautiful place. Authentik organised everything that we could need for the road trip and we found everything had been arranged as requested. It was very easy to check in to our hotels and get the rental car. The roadbook that was sent to us contained lots of information and we found this to be very useful. Just got back from a wonderful road trip across western Canada organised by Authentik Travel.
What a great time myself and wife had starting in Calgary visiting Banff , Jasper , Whistler ,clearwater, Vancouver island anf finally fishing in the big city of Vancouver.
On the way we viewed mountains with scenery to die for , numerous wildlife including Whales , bears , Moose , elks seals , Bald Eagles . I cannot recommend Authentik travel enough organised by Daphne Gordon , the road book sent prior to the trip was well organised with maps , hotel vouchers & travel details

Super Excellent Western Conquest Trip!
A very enjoyable and nicely planned trip. The stops and route suggested was very comprehensive. Every day we saw sights and scenery that we though would not be surpassed, however each new day brought more interesting and impressive sights.
The Roadbook that was provided was very nice with lots of information and suggestions for activities. Very useful indeed.
All hotels were booked for us and matched the description provided beforehand. All accommodation was very conveniently situated, close to major attractions and sights.
Our agent, Allyson Kelly, was very helpful in planning the trip, providing lots of options and plenty of guidance.

Wonderful Western Conquest Road Trip Thr' Authentik
It was one of the great experience thr' Authentik Canada a 12 days family tour of "Western Conquest". Whatever committed by Authentik was provided by them and we are more than satisfied with their Web Services as well as prompt responses by their tour agent. I would like to appreciate Allyson Kelly, our tour agent for all the help promptly provided by her. Overall it is value for money tour thr Authentik
Only area where I would like Authentik to add (its just an improvement) are optional charges for vehicle hire. Add on Charges like airport premium services (thr' Thrifty) or additional insurance charges or car return charges etc are very expensive and if they are highlighted at booking time shall be helpful in budgeting and selection of Car rental agency.

Excellent service all round
From planning the trip to dropping off the car on our final day, the service provided by Authentik Canada was superb.
We specified where we wanted to go and how long we wanted to stay at each place and everything was sorted for us giving us options on hotels at each place and extra excursions we could do.
Arriving at our first hotel we were presented with a Road book giving us everything we needed to make our trip as stress free as possible.
We had directions to every location, information on places of interest at each location, recommended places to eat, and vouchers for all the hotels, making checking in so simple.
We opted for the cheapest option on all hotels, and they were all great, with large rooms and comfy beds. Some even had cookers and hot tubs!! We did have to change rooms in one hotel as it was a bit noisy from the traffic but the Hotel were very helpful and moved us without any problem.
The car we went for was also a basic mid-range car, and got us from A to B without any problems, normally within the estimated times.
Only downside, we did have our Orca watching trip cancelled on the day. Nobody's fault, just unlucky with the weather, and we were refunded within days.
For anyone else doing the same trip as we did, the only thing I would suggest is start in Calgary and finish in Vancouver. Having spent day after day visiting fantastic towns with beautiful mountains and lakes surrounding them, it is a bit of a come down finish in Calgary.
