Once I need you, i called the hot line number provided, however there was no answer

It would have been important to send an email to your Roadtrip Sepcialist so that they could assist you as soon as they got your message. It would be greatly appreciated if you could let them know which post code was wrongly given so that we can rectify that information.
Again we are very sorry we couldn't assist you on the spot when you called. It seems your called never made it to our offices.
