Outstanding service

Authentik were faultless in their arrangements and were supportive from first contact through to the end of our trip. Their experience and guidance in planning an appropriate itinerary for the time we had available was invaluable. One or two of Authentik’s service providers, however, did not live up to their own high standards. We experienced several problems with the RV and the campsite at Tunnel Mountain, Village 2 was a definite lowlight although Fraserway did deal with our issues with the RV to our satisfaction.
We should also mention that, despite COVID meaning our trip was two years in the making and involved two trip specialists, the continuity of service at Authentik was of the same high standard
