Basically the car was okay but the customer service was bad

Well landing in Toronto and having to wait outside in a parking garage at terminal 3 in 85 degrees was very unpleasant, there was a line and the office was very tiny and slow in handling customers, so we had to wait in very hot Garage, Terminal 1 is very different, has a large office and modern. It was so unpleasant I forgot to ask about crossing into U.S. So I tried to call them the next day, No one would answer the Airport number, so I called the Main Avis number, The woman said I needed to get a sticker to drive into the U.S. and had to drive back to Avis at the airport, This was very inconvenient and turned out to be the wrong information. When I drove back the said i did not need anything to cross into the U.S. So I drove over 65 kilometers there and back and waisted over two hours of my time for nothing. There customer service information was horrible, I have filed a complaint and asking for a reimbursement for gas money and my time. They are reviewing my case. Otherwise the car was fine.
