Wilderness trail
An unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) We loved our trip. Montreal, the Mauricie, the bay of Saint Paul, Anse Saint Jean, Tadoussac, Quebec, we liked everything. We fell in love with Quebec. We had entrusted the organization of our trip to Authentik Canada and Marie Pascale Pelletier met all our expectations. The accommodations were authentic and comfortable. We had magical encounters. And now we dream of the next trip....We enjoyed the colors of the Indian summer, we would like to see Quebec under the snow. [...]
Excellent first discovery of Quebec
(Translated by Google) After several comparisons with travel agencies, we trusted Authentik Canada and our advisor Tiffany. Only good places to stay, and extra activities!!! Top notch follow-up. For Canada or the United States we will definitely go back to Authentik!!

A great experience
(Translated by Google) Welcome and quality advice. Accurate roadbook. We are very happy with the advice and follow-up
very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Excellent organization.
We found the people of Quebec very friendly, Quebec is a very beautiful country. Tadoussac particularly pleased us with its magnificent bay and colorful houses. Old Quebec is also very beautiful. But we liked the country as a whole.
Nice trip
(Translated by Google) A very nice trip to a beautiful country, which fulfilled my expectations. The agency was able to respond to my initial requests, quickly, by taking initiatives and finding solutions, fewer kilometers, well-chosen and particularly well-placed stages, with friendly and comfortable reception areas. Attentions, such as the programming of places on the GPS. Excellent services and friendly encounters. I hope to return to Canada, to another region, and I will contact the agency again, without hesitation. [...]
Magical moments...
(Translated by Google) This is our second stay with Authentik Canada and as for the first time everything was perfect, welcome, attentiveness, choice of accommodation... we fell in love with the coast between Tadoussac and Les Escoumins, and the Sacacomie and Canitchez lakes in Mauricie. .. as we never say 2 without 3...

an unforgettable stay
(Translated by Google) A beautiful family road trip in Eastern Canada, with unforgettable memories for each of us, adults and children (14 and 9 years old). Canada as we imagined it: vast lakes and forests; friendly, warm and very welcoming people; top activities to discover a small part of this country: on foot (various hikes), in the air (seaplane flight) or even on the water (kayak on the fjord and safari amazing whale)…. We took full eyes. We promised ourselves to come back to visit other regions! I organized part of the stay alone then another part with the precious help of my adviser Marie Andrée! [...]
Flawless organization but.....
(Translated by Google) The roadbook is perfect, full of guides and useful information, present when we arrive at the hotel. The route is perfectly organized, our lovely adviser, however, the rental of the GPS useless since the type of vehicle rented has a navigator, and above all we do not choose our room, and obviously, those reserved for Authentik are not the best
Hotel Chrome: Stunning view of a brick wall
Auberge Le Bôme: small attic room without view, located on the 2nd floor, with access by stairs which are slightly climbing....
Auberge des Battures: Room with a view of the transformer and a smoking area.

Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) Magnificent country, very beautiful landscapes, very friendly and very welcoming people.
A special mention to Marie-Pascale who advised us in the preparation of our trip and was very attentive. Thanks to her!
Superb road trip that allowed me to discover a beautiful country.
(Translated by Google) With Authenti Canada, no worries, everything is very well organized while leaving the traveler freedom of action.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) We are very happy with our trip both in terms of accommodation and activities.
We have benefited from sound advice and very good responsiveness from our adviser.
This experience fully met our expectations.
3 days canoe camping
(Translated by Google) We went 3 days in canoe camping thanks to authentic Canada and we found the experience extraordinary. We were very well taken care of and we really had a great adventure. Night under the tent, brazier and meal trapper, the guides were really super nice.
Excellent value
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Authentik Canada I was able to complete my trip in 4 days by visiting what interested me over 9 days: Montreal Toronto Thousand Islands Ottawa Niagara Falls Mont Tremblant Mauricie Sacacomie and Quebec
I missed Tadoussac. We would have had time thanks to the recently established tourist train in Montmorency which I recommend with the zip line and opposite wine tasting on Île d'Orléans
You win to go through this agency for the activities. For the seaplane price divided by 4
Thanks

A superb stay
(Translated by Google) The stay was superb, the activities also we were very lucky with sea kayaking in particular.
Route 362 is really a must, it's just wow.
Excellent stay
(Translated by Google) Excellent stay, very good choice of activities. Excellent responsiveness in the event of program modification.
2 flats:
- the mess with the GPS available at the first hotel... So between the airport and the hotel we navigate on sight or else we take another one with the car and we have one too many.
- the modification of accommodation must be studied carefully. It would be better to upgrade to avoid disappointment.

Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) Very well organized trip, Authentik Canada enjoys an excellent reputation with service providers and we are always very well received without the slightest problem. The GPS programming was perfect and a very valuable help, especially in the thousand and one ring roads around Quebec.
What we did not like: the Hotel Place d'Armes is ideally located in Montreal, but our room, which overlooked the square, was really very noisy and should have been much more isolated from street noise.
What we really liked: the very warm welcome of the Auberge de la Châtelaine in La Malbaie with hosts who always gave good advice and the exceptional environment on the Saint Laurent of the Natakam condos in Les Escoumins.
In conclusion, very good work from Authentik Canada, congratulations, maintain this level of quality!

Discovery of a fascinating country
(Translated by Google) Step by step, we discovered superb landscapes: Lac Saint Jean, the Saguenay Fjord... Montreal was a real favorite for us...
The organization of our road trip was perfect. This allowed us to meet Quebecers who are so welcoming and very open. We recommend Authentik Canada 200%.

Simple, efficient and successful
(Translated by Google) Everything is easy, just start from a proposed circuit and everything can be modified. In the event of a problem, we will assist you. The pre-selected hostels and lodges are top notch and I don't think you can get a better price on your own.. I highly recommend (not just in winter)
Moments forts.
(Translated by Google) We took full advantage of our 9 days in Quebec.
It all starts with a great second-hand car service: thrifty (on vehicle classification at no additional cost).
We took two additional days (excluding Authentik Canada) which allowed us to enjoy Montreal a little more.
Regarding the road trip.... INCREDIBLE.
However, some points for improvement are possible (see details as you go)
Hotel St Denis: good welcome, decent room, shower room too small and poorly laid out (narrow).
Auberge St Mathieu du lac: Magnificent setting, very pleasant and attentive owner and staff, incredible meal.
Gite l'écureuil: Very warm welcome, a very pleasant person with lots of advice; view of the rooms on the property very nice.
Chalet on the Fjord: Small apartment for 4 people very comfortable with its fireplace that we did not hesitate to use. The restaurant was unfortunately closed for the season.
The Natakam Condos: Lack of authenticity in the cultural setting of the Innu, the accommodation is pleasant. The view of the belugas in the morning when you wake up MAGNIFICENT.
Ready to camp: Major difficulties in contacting the staff on site (telephone number not suitable: telephone reservation platform). The site totally corresponds to the principle of our wild trail, however we would have liked Authentik Canada to offer us an alternative to accommodation. We had opted for tents, the cabins will have been better suited for the season (coldness and humidity present).
For activities:
The Montreal Observatory is open until 6:00 p.m., we arrived at 5:00 p.m. with the doors closed (without being told) however we were able to do it "in VIP mode": IMPRESSIVE, 360° view.
The AML Cruise (Whale) We were able to take advantage of this cruise to see cetaceans, unfortunately few in number given the season. We would have appreciated that Authentik tells us that the season has not started, observation is therefore difficult (a replacement activity could have been proposed).
The Canyon Ste Anne: Very touristy setting, worth the detour anyway.
Overall we had a great time and we recommend Authentik Canada for your future trips.
PS: Do not hesitate to use "le routard" for your activities and overtaking (routes 381 and 362 to see and do).

EXCEPTIONAL
(Translated by Google) We come back at the moment to put our suitcases that already the desire to leave with AUTHENTIK takes us back. The reservation a few months ago was clear and without bad surprises. Emilie very kindly responded to all our concerns. The trip took place without any problem and serenely because we knew that we could count on the whole team in case of unforeseen events. Our adventure could not have been framed better. A big thank you to you ! [...]
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) It lacks the tadoussac microbrewery next to the pickup restaurant, which is worth a detour.
Pleasant beer and there is the possibility of playing board games.
Very good, but...
(Translated by Google) We generally enjoyed our trip which was a unique experience with our 3 teenagers. But with a downside on some accommodations...
We started with a seaplane flight over Mauricie which left us wanting more because it is really very short but very nice. It allows you to realize the immensity of natural spaces with a very friendly pilot.
The Sacacomie hotel is surprising but it could use some updating, it is rather dilapidated. Like a big cabin in the woods full of hunting trophies. Good restaurant and very nice staff.
We followed the advice of the road book and went kayaking to see Waber Falls where we had an unforgettable time. The landscape is splendid and possibility of bathing.
Bear watching in Charlevoix is a bit of a tourist trap with bears that are fed at a regular time to bait them, and from the top of our watchtower, built for observation, we are a good 20 tourists observe them. The guide is passionate and exciting.
The sailboat trip on the Saguenay Fjord from Anse St Jean is very nice. It's huge and so quiet. Our skipper was a lovely and passionate young marine biology student.
I will not recommend to anyone the accommodation La maison de Vebron not far from Anse St Jean which is sordid with horrible bedding regarding the extra bed and very bad for the rest, a poor breakfast, an environment not maintained and the restaurant next door is strongly discouraged (it too is sordid for a very poor value for money). Get there early to get a room at the charming La Fjordelaise inn, seen from the outside, where we were able to dine one evening. Expensive but quite good restaurant.
Hotel Le Germain in Charlevoix is modern and very original. The restaurant is excellent (the best of our entire stay) as is the bedding. Our best breakfast, which is gargantuan and of very good quality. The small village of Baie Saint Paul is worth the detour, a marvel.
The zodiac whale outing in Les Escoumins is a unique experience. Too bad they keep the exit even in the fog, because there was little visibility so difficult to see whales. Fortunately, a humpback whale came to meet us...
The location of the Natakam condos is simply exceptional. With a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. When we woke up we saw small whales wandering offshore. To recommend! On the other hand, the restaurant in the surrounding area is disappointing. On the road we had a good breakfast in the mythical Tadoussac hotel in Tadoussac where the chapel is worth the detour with the projection of a short film which tells the story of this charming village. The guardian of the chapel is quite a character with whom it is good to exchange a few words.
The Clarendon hotel in Quebec has very comfortable and cozy rooms with exceptional bedding. The location is ideal for visiting the city which is beautiful. The city is very lively day and night with street performances everywhere.
We went to see the reconstituted Indian village of the Hurons Wendake in the suburbs of Quebec. It may seem like a tourist trap at first glance, but if we choose the guided tour option, we learn fascinating things about the daily life of Indians in the past.
Montreal's Hotel 10 is uninspiring, charmless but with spacious rooms. On the other hand, air conditioning would make a polar bear cold! The rooms overlook a petrol station and a very busy and noisy street. During our stay (2 nights) the restaurant was reserved for a private party for a company (with very loud music) and the staff was preparing a scene for another company which was going to arrive after our departure. We found ourselves having to dine at the bar, tasteless salads! After asking the question, they regularly organize this type of evenings and the residents do not have access to the terrace or the restaurant. It's disappointing.
The walk on Mount Royal in Montreal is very pleasant, and the view of the city from the belvedere is spectacular. City with a very heterogeneous architecture which mixes building and old buildings.
Our teenagers loved the trip, maybe less the city of Montreal.

A wonderful road trip
(Translated by Google) We changed the course a bit but it was a great experience and a sublime trip. The advice was very good and the road book ultra useful and very well done!
A memorable trip
(Translated by Google) We loved our road trip in Quebec!
Authentik Canada's organization and responsiveness is exemplary.
I will go back with them without any hesitation!
Super
(Translated by Google) I had a great stay with my family in very good conditions. The hostels we went to were sometimes atypical but very original and the welcome was always very pleasant and warm. Organizing the accommodations taken care of by my advisor was a source of less hassle. And I really appreciated the little roadbook that was provided to us and which was really useful.
I strongly recommend, if you want to go to Canada, to go through Authentik Canada.

A very nice discovery of Quebec!!
(Translated by Google) We were very satisfied with the course proposed by Sophie-Andrée! She knew how to listen to our requests and remained available during the duration of our stay to answer our questions.
We would have liked to stay more than one night at each place, but there is so much to visit in this country that it is difficult..
Wonderful
(Translated by Google) Exceptional trip, perfect supervision, high quality proposals, flawless organization. Everything was top notch!
Very good experience
(Translated by Google) Very good experience both for the choice of the program and for the selected hotels
Great responsiveness in the preparation of the stay and even on site for last minute adjustments!
Very professional and responsive agency
(Translated by Google) The follow-up is individualized and possibility of modification.
The activities offered are of good quality.
It's a pity that the quotes are not reliable because the agency does not offer options with accommodation and motorhomes until we have validated their proposal.
magical
(Translated by Google) perfect organization
