Heart of Quebec
A perfect trip
(Translated by Google) Top-notch organization, a smooth trip... we strongly recommend Authentik Canada, which has always been available, despite the Covid period.

(Translated by Google) THANK YOU AUTHENTIK CANADA FOR THIS UNFORGETTABLE STAY: THE BEAUTY OF THE LANDSCAPES, THE WARM WELCOME OF QUEBECERS, THE DISCOVERY OF CITIES AND VILLAGES, SUPERB ACTIVITIES. seaplane flight over La Tuque -whale safari in Les Escoumins and more...

Nice route proposal!
(Translated by Google) We had focused our stay on nature. We visited natural parks; it was the Mont Tremblant park that seduced us the most. We were able to measure the immensity of the territories and admire the beauty of the landscapes. Attendance at La Jacques Cartier is too dense and as a result, the fauna is difficult to observe there. But it's still a very nice park too.
We really enjoyed the visit to the Cité de l'Energie as well as the guided tour of Shawinigan. This helps to understand the importance of energy in the history of industry in Quebec, a country of lakes and rivers. We regret not having had time to visit La Mauricie National Park. But we discovered a beautiful sugar shack in Saint Mathieu du Parc: welcoming people taught us everything about maple syrup and their trade and of course, all accompanied by a tasting! It was a great time!
We hiked in the Parc du Saguenay. The views over the fjord are magnificent.
We will keep wonderful memories of the Black Bear Safari at the Pic Bois outfitter: the guide is very interesting, he knows the bear perfectly, its character and its behavior. He also shares a lot about wildlife, the forest, the activities offered (hunting, fishing, ice fishing).
We took advantage of our detour to LacSaint Jean to visit the village of Valjabert: it was a magical and instructive step back in time; indeed, we discovered the functioning of a pulp mill and noted there again the role of water and energy in Quebec.
Around Tadoussac, more precisely in Les Bergeronnes, we discovered a very nice museum centered on the life of an amateur archaeologist called Petit Louis: he testifies to the installation of the ancestors of the Amerindians in the region.
During our road trip, we visited two animal parks: the omega park, very interesting because of its car route and the zoo of Saint Félicien. In the latter, we see animals evolve in an almost natural environment. These are not the points of the trip that interested us the most because there is little difference with certain French animal parks
We ended with a visit to Quebec with a guide, or rather a guide. It was very interesting to discover the history of Quebec and therefore of Quebec. We highly recommend this activity because there is nothing like visiting with a local person!
Let's talk about accommodation: all our choices were perfect and varied: from the small family inn nestled at the bottom of a cove in the fjord, to the very beautiful Hotel de Québec! A warm welcome everywhere!
Authentik Canada has allowed us to discover a magnificent country, we intend to return there in winter, a season that Quebecers are particularly fond of.

exceptional
(Translated by Google) As usual, authentik has concocted an absolutely perfect tailor-made trip for us. The places to stay were ideal. Activities at the top. Cheer
feedback
(Translated by Google) Lots of great finds. We even visited some particularly interesting unlisted sites, such as the spectacular Notre Dame du Cap sanctuary in Trois-Rivières, the eco-museum of wood carving in Saint Anne de Beaupré, the falls of the small river Bostonnais at La Tuque and others.
The accommodations were okay. The road was long.
JOURNEY TO THE AUTHOR OF OUR HOPE
(Translated by Google) Incredible trip.
The activities were just perfect with passionate people.
The hostels were very good especially our first hostel where we were welcomed as part of the family.
Magnificent country to discover absolutely
(Translated by Google) Very nice family trip! Superb landscapes always very pretty, warm welcome, very good organization (before and during the stay)
Memorable hotels (Sacacomie in particular) and top activities (bears, whales, seaplane)
Our advisor Émilie has always been very responsive and gives good advice.
We unanimously recommend Authentik Canada and the "country people" tour

Satisfied by Canada
(Translated by Google) I really liked discovering this wonderful country I was quite disappointed by the accommodation and the lack of authentic follow-up
A second with Authentik Canada and certainly not the last!
(Translated by Google) Very good support, listening and availability. Just top on the choice of providers
TOO MANY HOTELS, NO "LOCALS" OR SO LITTLE
(Translated by Google) In Canada, we have collected many documents including those concerning accommodations that allow you to meet Quebecois or nature. The hotel in Montreal was perfect, it was the jazz festival, you didn't seem to know about it, the one in Quebec between two FEQ podiums was really a bad choice. You should be aware of the events in the cities where your tourists are booking, that's why we are calling on you. During the trip, apart from two accommodations we went to hotels, none of which was very extraordinary. Your photos on the local program even show the Tadoussac one that you didn't offer us. When two nights are necessary in a place, it must be specified when creating the itinerary so that we can make a choice. In short, with regard to the activity of the local tourist offices, your service seemed poor to us. That's a shame. I don't know if it's Tanya's fault or the orders she receives. His contact was very kind. [...]
Nice journey but disappointing response from Authentik in the event of a hazard
(Translated by Google) Nice trip to discover Quebec nature. We chose short stages to limit car times and we stayed 2 nights at each location, which allows us to take our time and be able to manage the hazards (weather or other) without stress.
Regarding Authentik, on the other hand, we did not have the expected service. We are used to traveling by ourselves, but this time we were with our children and did not want to have to deal with the usual vagaries of travel; so we went through an agency. After my parents' very successful experience at Authentik 10 years ago, we chose them, but weren't as happy.
The Authentik reception and telephone contacts are perfect. The choice of accommodation and excursions offered are of high quality. On the other hand, their response in case of difficulty is not up to par.
First of all, on the choice of accommodation: when those offered are full, Authentik does not offer a similar alternative to meet our criteria. So we had to look for accommodation on our own to get what we wanted.
Regarding the car rented through Authentik, the rental company did not have a car available even though our reservation was correct. We lost 1 day in Montreal to finally leave with an electric car! (which does not correspond at all to what we rented and is not at all suitable for a road trip !!) Again, Authentik was unable to offer a solution (for example with another renter), in contenting themselves with looking for a non-existent solution with their failing service provider. Finally, we were the ones who found a car with another rental company, and Authentik reimbursed us for our faulty rental with them.
In conclusion, we are fully satisfied with our trip, but not with Authentik's service to help us in case of difficulty.

Great
(Translated by Google) The trip was perfect, the accommodations great and the explanations in the roadbook perfect.
The only big downside concerns the car rental: 4 hours of waiting because overbooking and dirty car.
Beautiful country, destination to do once in a lifetime!
(Translated by Google) Very well organized trip thanks to Authentik Canada (advice and flexibility), 15-day road trip in Quebec from Montreal to the Laurentians, Mauricie, Charlevoix, the North Coast and Quebec.
Things to do with the family:
OMEGA Park
Seaplane flight (Hydravion Aventure Inc)
Whale watching cruise (ESSIPIT)
Not to do :
Frankly nothing!
Discovery of a superb region
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful region, correct accommodation with very often excellent meals
Just a pity that Wifi was not present in some accommodations (although it was indicated as available in the description)
Enriching landscapes and encounters
(Translated by Google) Thank you to Authentik Canada for this diversifying course where we had time to enjoy each step.
We discovered the parks, the lakes, the cities, the countryside etc. We came across some American animals at the bend of the paths for our greatest pleasure.
The stay was also very enriching by the culture and the exchanges with the natives, generous and benevolent.
The history of Quebec was very present during our visits and gives us a new look at this region.
Regarding accommodation (inn, lodge, hotel, ready-to-camp), we have always been well received and found good services.

Great discoveries
(Translated by Google) We greatly enjoyed our trip, beautiful landscapes and beautiful human discoveries with our B&B.
With the storm that hit Parc du Tremblant in particular, we had to readjust our journey and adapt to the problems of electricity loss. However, being in search of authenticity, we enjoyed the entire stay.
We have noticed that it is still early for the tourist season and therefore it has sometimes been complicated to eat because no restaurant is open in certain municipalities and especially at the beginning of the week....even the places proposed in the road book were closed ... maybe warn other travelers who would be less resourceful.

Satisfactory road trip but could have been more pleasant
(Translated by Google) Overall very interesting tour
Lots of great memories!

Magnificent stay, very good organization, exceptional landscapes
(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect, unforgettable circuit. Everything was done and prepared for the success of this trip.
Thanks to Authentick Canada we discovered Quebec, its lakes, rivers, waterfalls and forests.
We returned to France with lots of unforgettable memories, the highlight being the whale safari, because there were dozens of them.
A big thank you to Tiffany for her advice in order to best prepare this stay. A big thank you to all the hosts who welcomed us with exceptional kindness,
always helpful, smiling and good advice.
See you soon for another stay in this beautiful country.

Change of scenery and simplicity
(Translated by Google) This Road Trip was a real experience and the discovery of magnificent landscapes. I met a new culture and people who were always available, accessible and always willing to share their experiences. The activities (whales, black bear, village of val Jalabert) were top.
Blazing Journey
(Translated by Google) We spent two weeks in the land of unique fall colors. No problem, waited and welcomed every step of the way, everything was wonderfully well organized. The accommodations at the top, always well located, we had chosen to alternate hotel and lodging to vary the experiences and we met great people. The carefully pre-programmed GPS was a big help. Very safe trip knowing that you can ask the agency for help at any time, but no need since everything was so well organized beforehand. [...]
Very good organization of our trip
(Translated by Google) Thanks to AUTHENTIK CANADA, and in particular to Alexandre Parent, for organizing our trip. Good advice, very well done and practical roadbook, etc. Everything was perfect.
Formidable
(Translated by Google) My advisor was able to create the course and adapt it to our desires.
A road-book with small onions and very well thought out.
I recommend Authentik with my eyes closed, and all the partners are serious and so pleasant!
We plan to return to Canada soon ?????????????????????
unforgettable experience
(Translated by Google) Only happiness, organization at the top, beautiful meeting, magnificent landscapes
Magnificent Quebec in the fall!
(Translated by Google) Our honeymoon in Quebec was an absolutely superb adventure.
The wide open spaces of Quebec are breathtaking as they are majestic. The reputation of friendly and welcoming locals was largely checked throughout our trip.
If there was a negative point to note, it is that two and a half weeks is a bit short to really enjoy the region. But hey, now is the time to come back! The AC agency is to be recommended, they know their partners very well, and are available during the trip also for possible modifications.

RoadTrip in Quebec (Montreal, Montremblant, Mauricie, Haute Mauricie, Lac St Jean, Saguenay Fjord, Tadussac, Charlevoix, Quebec, Montreal)
(Translated by Google) Beauty of the landscapes.
Extra hiking.
Very nice accommodations.
Very warm contacts with Quebecers.
Very good preparation and proposal made by Authentik Canada
Result: Great trip
We will return
(Translated by Google) We had a great time. The people are incredibly friendly. The landscapes are so beautiful. The stay is very well prepared with a perfect road book. A special mention for Tadoussac, its whales and for the observation of black bears. A lot of emotions. We are already thinking of coming back….. Thank you.
Super organisation
(Translated by Google) We left for 15 days and everything was great! You have to love nature and the great outdoors!
In any case it was exotic and we will come back without hesitation ;-)
A lot of very good things......and a few "less"
(Translated by Google) For the positives:
-Our welcome and all the information we could have.
-Most of the accommodations during our stay, with a ++ for the Shipek chalet (very well equipped, and in addition: "seeing whales from our terrace" magnificent).
-L'Erabliére du Cap....Very fun, and instructive, moreover, super nice owners....a must do.
For the negatives:
- Seats on the plane, not at all suitable for people over 1.70 meters tall! (moreover, on the way 1 of our 4 seats had the backrest broken! which was reported to the hostess without anything changing.)
-The rental of a GPS, which we have never used!!! because the rental vehicle was already equipped as standard!
-Auberge le Florès, 1 of the 2 rooms with HS air conditioning....despite my request, nothing has changed.
-The treehouse at the Cap Jaseux adventure park, not at all suitable for our family. (toilet, mezzanine bed....)
At the reception, knowing that we were releasing this cabin, a family offered to reimburse us and take our place. The receptionist did not agree with this principle!, but nevertheless "collected" twice the rental of this cabin. (the good Voucher + the family who replaced us)
We returned to Chicoutimi at the La Saganéenne hotel (150 dollars).

Quebec with family
(Translated by Google) A journey between city and nature to discover Quebec through rich and varied experiences and encounters.
The exchanges, advice and availability of our advisor have greatly contributed to this.
