Best you could ask for
The Handy-lady (yes an extreemly capable lady: Mary Ann Molina) put my Rollator back together for me when the Airline severly damanged it during to-there travel.(The trip could have ended right there) The Manager personally chatted with us daily and helped us when we didn't know what we were doing, plus recommending local fare. The Whole Desk staff ( but especially Napoleon) aided us in some way or manner daily, and were just super friendly . (We almost weren't able to leave Nova Scotia without their help find places to get newlly required Covid-19 tests) Just everything was better than one could have expected.
