What is my favorite destination in Canada?

It's Gaspésie, of course. I must admit my choice is somewhat biased as I am myself from this region of Québec =) However, the hospitality of the people, the landscapes between sea and mountains, and the local gastronomy based on seafood are all arguments that justify my choice.

What is my favorite season in Canada?

Autumn, without a doubt! Nothing compares to a walk in the forest in the full season of colors, whether in Outaouais or in the Laurentians. A breathtaking spectacle!

What souvenir to bring back from your trip here?

The best souvenirs for me are those related to food that one can enjoy upon returning from a trip while recalling the good times and our discoveries. There is no shortage of local products in Canada.

A gift for your specialist =) No joke, in Canada the weather is very changeable and varies greatly depending on the regions visited. So, I suggest you bring various types of clothing that you can wear in layers, thus being prepared for any eventuality. A good waterproof windbreaker is also a MUST!

What is my dream trip?

I would love to go away for several months and wander around Asia. Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia are dream destinations for me. It's also the desire to completely immerse myself in a totally different culture from North American culture that makes Asia my dream destination! As a food enthusiast, the cuisine also plays a part with all the exotic flavors this destination offers to its visitors...
