Place of birth: Saint-Jérôme (Laurentides), Quebec

Introduction: Adventurous, passionate, and creative are the best words to describe me. Having earned a DEC in Visual Arts, another in Multimedia Integration, and finally the last one in Tourism, I realized that my place was truly in the field of Tourism. My two one-month trips in Western Canada made me realize that I am not someone who can live and work every day in a big city so following this realization I followed my heart and left my condo in Montreal to live in a trailer and travel across North America.

What is my favorite destination in Canada?  Adventurous, passionate, and creative are the best words to describe me.

A tip for your trip here  I would say that even if it takes up a lot of space in your suitcase, be prepared in terms of clothing. The temperature can vary so much that you have to be ready for any eventuality. Also, take your time, there is so much to see!

What is my favorite season in Canada?  Without a doubt, autumn. The temperature, the colors, the rainy days, the different smell of nature, everything is perfect during this season!

What souvenir to bring back from your trip here?  The best souvenirs we can bring back from Canada are the pictures. The landscapes are so varied across the different provinces and territories that having them in memory forever is the best souvenir, in my opinion.

Don't forget to pack in your luggage:  The travel journal is always an item I bring on every trip. It allows me to note the kilometers traveled, the special stops, and to affix stickers of the destinations and small souvenirs (e.g., the BC Ferries ticket). I love coming back to it after my trips and reminiscing about the memories recorded.

What is my dream trip?  After going to the Yukon, I got the bug for northern landscapes. My dream trip would be to return to the Yukon, then go to the Northwest Territories and see the midnight sun and the Arctic Ocean. Of course, making a stop in Alaska!
