At least it allowed us to observe the mountains in both directions. The excursion to Maligne Lake was beautiful. The waterfalls in Wells Gray Park are breathtaking. I recommend rafting on the Clearwater River, memorable. For Vancouver Island, book one or two days in advance, otherwise it's 3-4 hours before boarding. The city of Victoria and the campground were really great. Vancouver is a really beautiful city with a lot of people. We weren't upset to leave the RV with all that traffic. The Stanley Park bike tour is a must.

Magnificent trip in western Canada from Vancouver to Calgary

We also think that staying, as we did, two nights in Victoria on Vancouver Island wasn't very worthwhile, and if we were to do it again, we would add a few days to the road trip to see the Pacific coast and Pacific Rim on Vancouver Island instead. Furthermore, we searched for points of interest to visit between each destination ourselves, but it would be a plus if Authentik Canada could offer some suggestions of this kind for the days we're on the road. Otherwise, our Authentik Canada specialist was very responsive during the road trip when we had a question or two needing clarification regarding the trip.
