Entrance fees for canadian national parks

Before planning your visit, it is a good idea to understand pricing and admission to Canada’s various national parks.

The most economical way to visit several national parks is to purchase an annual Discovery Pass.

Cost: CAD$136
Validity: 1 year from the month of purchase
Where to purchase: At the entrance to the first national park you visit
Who: The pass covers everyone in the same car as the cardholder (up to 7 people in a vehicle)

* The card is non-transferable and non-refundable. The cardholder must show ID at the entrance to each park.
* The entrance fee to a Parks Canada national park is around CAD$10 per person. An annual pass for 2 (or more) adults will therefore pay for itself in as little as 7 days (even without spending the night in the park).
* Admission to Parks Canada sites is free for youth 17 and under! Now is the time to create lasting memories with the whole family.
