Driver Responsibilities
The driver remain liable for:
- Damage due to negligence (e.g. impaired driving, traffic violations, wrong fuel)
- Glass breakage or flat tires
- Road surface damage (e.g. rocks, potholes)
- Lost or damaged keys/key fob

Restricted Areas
Driving the vehicle is prohibited in the following areas:
- Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest-Territories
- Mexico
- St-Pierre & Miquelon
- Unpaved roads
Driving restrictions must be respected at all times. Violating these conditions may void insurance coverage.
In Case of an Accident
- A police report is required to assess fault
- For towing or assistance, contact the rental company directlyly.
Security deposit
- Amount: minimum $350, up to full estimated charges + 20%
- Card accepted: credit card only, in the main driver's name
- Card not accepted: Debit cards (or immediat debit cards), prepaid, virtual, or reloadable cards, checks or cash
- Refund: Released after the vehicle is returned
