Family vacation in Canada
Wonderful Experience
Had a great time in Eastern Canada, everyone we met at the Hotels, Auberges and Self Catering Accommodation were very friendly and helpful. It was useful having recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Particularly enjoyed the Auberges and would stay in these more next time. Found driving around Montreal very stressful, as the road conditions and traffic is very confusing, otherwise main roads are easy to drive on. We were a bit worried about using the hire car on the unmade up roads which we had to use to get to a number of the properties. We went to some very memorable locations in the Haute Maurice and Saguenay areas and experienced wild life and nature at its best. [...]
Very comprehensive and well-organized road trip
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well.
The only problem encountered was in Quebec City where the room only had 2 beds instead of 4, but the hotel corrected their mistake and assigned us another room.
Big crush for the Triton outfitter and the canoe camping.
If we had to change things, it would be to allow more time around the fjord to stroll and hike more.

Wonderful family trip very well organized
(Translated by Google) We had an excellent trip, very well organized by Marion from Authentik Canada.
We were able to adjust the length of the trip by adding two nights, choose the accommodations and activities. Marion advised us well on the itinerary, the length of the stages, the family activities (favorites were kayaking on the fjord and the seaplane flight, but all were top notch!).
We loved the Seigneurie du Triton and the chalet at Anse à Jos. Everything went well.
And when we encountered a small problem, Marion was very responsive and professional. We are delighted with our trip and the organization.
Thanks for everything!

a beautiful tour with quality accommodations
(Translated by Google) Good advice on choosing the route, even if the Lac Saint Jean stage was less interesting for us.
The family has unforgettable memories of the Triton outfitter and the 5-star farm.
The road trip itinerary and the detailed guide on activities to do at each stop were extremely useful.
We thank the Authentik team, and especially Alyssa, for their kindness and availability.
Our favorite was the Tadoussac region, which may one day inspire us to visit Gaspésie.

An unforgettable stay in Quebec!
(Translated by Google) A tour allowing you to discover Quebec and its main attractions!
We loved the Seigneurie du Triton and the 5-star farm.
A bit of frustration because it’s just an overview of Quebec and we had to make choices about outings.
That said, we keep exceptional memories of the landscapes, being in touch with nature and the locals.
We would have preferred a package including breakfast each morning, that would have been simpler for us!
A big thank you to Andréanne, who was available, responsive, and charming!
We recommend Authentik Canada.

Value for money of housing
(Translated by Google) Very disappointed with the accommodations offered. (e.g., small room, no air conditioning, broken window, no room service, not necessarily a warm welcome...)
The activities offered were appreciated, but given the total price of the trip, which required a lot of sacrifices, I return with a bitter taste...
Exceptional trip
(Translated by Google) Authentik was just the perfect travel assistant. The hotels and activities offered were exactly what we needed. We can only recommend Authentik… We will definitely use them again for our next trip to Canada! Thanks for everything!
Beautiful country
(Translated by Google) Very nice stay in Quebec, magnificent landscapes, very kind people, accommodation very well recommended by Authentik.

The ideal family road trip
(Translated by Google) We are all delighted with this wonderful trip, from which we will keep unforgettable memories. A lovely mix of both worlds, to discover the cities and also fully reconnect with nature. A big thank you to Marika for her support in creating this tour. We highly recommend this experience.
Website not up to par
(Translated by Google) After booking our trip on your site, 4 hotels were ultimately unavailable. 3 out of the 4 really did not meet our expectations: the rooms were the worst in the hotels: not renovated, etc. This leads me to ask the following question: was the price paid fair? Quebec was great, fortunately, but your service leaves me with a bitter taste.
A wonderful experience with Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Throughout my trip I was accompanied, listened to, and advised by Authentik Canada. The hotels and activities were selected with taste and perfectly met our expectations. They were there for us when we encountered difficulties (cancelled flight or lost passport). I would particularly like to thank Susyane for her kindness and availability. All the hoteliers and service providers also highlighted their professionalism and kindness. An extraordinary trip largely thanks to Authentik Canada, I recommend them 200%.

Magnificent trip with breathtaking scenery
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip with family and friends. Beautiful discovery of a country we didn't know. The people are lovely and all very welcoming. The landscapes are magnificent and the roads very easy to access. Be careful with tips and taxes which are mandatory and not included in the displayed prices.
Superb journey of discovery
Unforgettable
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful trip, varied accommodations, all very well located along the route, not too many kilometers traveled, which allowed us to enjoy the passing time and enriching encounters. Thank you to Marion for her follow-up, efficiency, responses to our questions, and kindness.
Superb experience
(Translated by Google) Caroline made herself very available both by phone and email. We planned 50% of the trip ourselves and 50% with Authentik Canada. Very attractive prices, Caroline made suggestions based on our desires and respecting our budget. We just had one very old-fashioned accommodation but it was quickly forgotten. The roadbook is very practical. I recommend without hesitation. I will contact them again for a new trip because there are so many things to see!!

A very beautiful discovery and a return to nature!
(Translated by Google) A magnificent country where nature remains intact. Quebecers are friendly people always ready to help you. Thank you Authenttik for this very successful trip (no problems!) and thank you to Danika for her advice.

Very beautiful trip
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful tour and very well planned. We really enjoyed "la Seigneurie du Triton" and "Val Jabert" at Lac St Jean, the meals were delicious.
Nature and freedom
(Translated by Google) This trip to Quebec was very pleasant even though the weather was not always on our side.
We left Montreal to go to the Presbytery B&B at Lac St. Edouard.
The road is superb between lakes and forests. Nathalie and Louis welcomed us very well where we also had dinner. One night is enough (as you advised). It is worth passing through St. Edouard as one can sense the immensity of the country and the life of these isolated villages that exist due to the passage of the train crossing Quebec.
The stay at Lac St. Jean was very pleasant. I recommend going to Trou de la Fée for hiking and also rafting on the Métabetchouane River. The waterfalls are superb. The village of Val Jalbert is a must-visit. We revisited life in Quebec in 1920 where the pulp mills provided jobs and a good quality of life.
We enjoyed the facilities at Auberge des Iles a bit where the restaurant offers a very nice view of the lake.
The zoo is also worth visiting, with a safari allowing us to see bears in particular.
We then went to L’Anse St. Jean. Charming village by the fjord. The sailing trip was fantastic. I recommend it even for beginners. Superb landscapes.
I recommend the hike to the statue.
We could not visit the New France site the next day because it is closed on Mondays. So be sure to specify this.
I also recommend La Baie de la Marguerite to get in contact with the belugas.
Near Tadoussac, we were a bit disappointed with the camping. No water and no electricity in the tent. Only two showers for the entire campsite. Not the best experience (it was cold too).
Tadoussac and the whales are must-sees.
The next day on the road to Malbaie, the outing to see brown bears is top-notch. In an observatory in the middle of the forest, we are in front of the spectacle of nature. To do.
The visit to Manoir Richelieu is worth a look.
La Malbaie is very pretty with its cafes and galleries. It’s good to be able to stop for a night.
I also recommend the guided tour of Quebec to start exploring the city.
We would have liked to visit the Frontenac Hotel but there were no more places. I don’t remember if it was proposed but I think it should be insisted to offer this visit.
I also recommend visiting the Chaudière Falls in Levis where we stayed. Beautiful trails and the explanation of how a hydroelectric power plant works.
Maybe a bit more authentic than the Montmorency Falls, which are much more touristy. The zip line is top-notch. You can get the video.
For Montreal, even though we booked it ourselves, 3 days is enough (we stayed 5 days). From mid-August, the fair and the outdoor pool at St. Helen’s Island are closed during the week. We would also have liked to do a guided bike tour but everything was booked.
To conclude, a superb trip with very welcoming and caring Quebecers.
Also, warn about climatic variations as it dropped to 11 degrees on August 20.
Thank you for organizing this trip.

Beautiful discovery of Quebec
(Translated by Google) Québec is a very beautiful destination. For a first family trip, we all enjoyed it.
Superb trip, it felt like we were gone for 2 months.
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Authentik for organizing this trip.
The distances in Canada are longer but so is the time, the diversity of our itinerary and what we were able to do thanks to Authentik allowed us to unwind and discover Eastern Canada in a privileged way.
The app is a real plus with offline guidance. There's really nothing to complain about regarding the planning, the activities, and the accommodations. Thank you very much, it was perfect!

Very nice first experience in Quebec
(Translated by Google) The trip was a real success and we are very happy with the organization by Véronique. The accommodations, as well as the excursions, were very high quality. The roadbook is very well done and very useful.
Authentik Canada, an agency for a customized trip!
(Translated by Google) I sincerely recommend Authentik Canada's services, everything was perfect, both the suggested self-drive tour and the accommodations and activities offered... We had an excellent stay in Canada, everything was perfectly organized. If we were to go again, we would definitely use Authentik Canada's services... A big thank you especially to Véronique, for her attentiveness, valuable advice, and professionalism. A top-notch travel agency!

Superb trip to Quebec with a few misadventures
(Translated by Google) We traveled with your company from August 3rd to 24th, 2024. Our road trip went well overall, good quality hotels, not too long drives, good quality tours. We had some problems with the rental car; it had numerous dents on the body and over 75,000 km. On the road, we got a chip in the windshield, which we had repaired, and a flat tire, which isn't very serious in itself, but according to the two garages we saw, the vehicle's tires were very worn, which caused the flat. The garage wanted to change the tires because there was a risk for us on the road. We tried to contact Avis to have the tires changed, but it was impossible, so we continued to drive with our smooth tires. It is still deplorable to rent a vehicle that is not well maintained.

Trip to Quebec
(Translated by Google) The proposed itinerary is suitable for a family. However, the boat trip to Anse St Jean was a bit disappointing.
Our favorite was the Seigneurie du Triton, an extra day there would have been much appreciated.
An extra day in Tadoussac would also have allowed us to visit a bit more. The zodiac trip in this region is a success. Only downside was the motel sofa bed which was really not comfortable.
The other accommodations were much appreciated.
The reserved vehicle was not available, a vehicle of a lower category was provided. This caused some inconvenience, particularly with the trunk volume.
This trip is a success and we will keep great memories like the great landscapes we crossed.

Very good organization, great!
(Translated by Google) 14-day trip with a series of accommodations, activities, and everything went perfectly. We were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about the organization. Great experience.
A very beautiful well-organized trip
(Translated by Google) A very beautiful road trip, we particularly enjoyed the Triton Outfitter, where you can easily stay for 3 days. The children really enjoyed swimming and paddleboarding on the lake. Quebec is a very beautiful stop. Be careful of the journey between the Saguenay stop and the one for whale watching, depending on the location of your accommodation, you may have to backtrack to cross the fjord by car since there is no option between Tadoussac and Chicoutimi. Very good support from Authentik Canada throughout the stay. [...]
Grandiose!!!
(Translated by Google) Perfectly organized trip! Unforgettable places and experiences. App with integrated steps. Only downside: the reservations are often made on the forest side (ask for the fjord/bay side) and some are aging (the Concorde and Quebec / Auberge des Battures in the fjord) but otherwise great!
Road trip July 2024
(Translated by Google) Very good organization. During my trip, I had to call Authentik Canada and they were very responsive.
Wonderful trip, perfect organization
(Translated by Google) We left for 2 weeks to tour Quebec, Montreal-Quebec City-Saguenay Fjords-Tadoussac-Mauricie and we came back delighted and with lots of memories.
Authentik Canada was able to listen to us to concoct the trip and was able to organize the tour perfectly.
It's all the more a pleasure to travel when you don't have to think about the logistics of hotels, booking activities, car rental, especially when you have 2 children.
I can only recommend AC for the quality of its services and especially for the kindness and availability of its advisors.
Thanks again to Marine and Caroline

A magnificent experience
(Translated by Google) For a first time in Canada, it was a real success and largely thanks to the very good management of Authentik Canada. The selection of stages and accommodations is high quality, and greatly facilitates the organization of this trip. The contact with our specialist Susyane is a real plus for refining and obtaining valuable advice to finalize everything, and she is also very professional and extremely kind (like many Quebecers, by the way). The price is worth it, thank you!
