A very good two-week stay in Canada
(Translated by Google) We just got back from our two-week stay in Canada organized by Authentik and it was really well organized. Most of the campsites were very good (a bit less for Val Jalbert where there is no privacy (all the RVs are lined up), in the other campsites we were isolated from the neighbors by trees and it was very pleasant. Camping Val Jalbert also does not have a grill plate on its fire pits… a pity. All the activities were very good (we saw whales, bears). Usually, I organize road trips myself but due to lack of time, I didn’t do it and Authentik had it very well prepared. We went canoeing in Mauricie – a very nice day trip with the canoe-hike to Waber Falls – highly recommend to your clients. Thank you for everything. [...]
A very beautiful trip, with varied activities
(Translated by Google) We just got back and are thrilled with our experience, we had an RV which allowed us to do a big tour of Quebec. The national parks are magnificent, with many possible activities.
Wonderful trip
(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful stay in Canada. Authentic Canada, and particularly our contact person Susyane, did a remarkable job. Each step was carefully organized, leaving nothing to chance. All our wishes were taken into consideration, with exceptional availability and responsiveness every time. We can only recommend Authentic Canada without any hesitation. We plan to return to Canada to visit the west of the country and will not hesitate to contact Authentic Canada again to organize the trip.

Unforgettable travel experience
(Translated by Google) Original discovery of Quebec thanks to the camper van.
A very good organization of the campsites.
A very beautiful way to discover part of this beautiful country that is Canada.
Very beautiful trip
(Translated by Google) Authentik had organized everything. It was perfect. The choice of activities was very judicious.
The road book is really useful.
We loved the whale safari, a memorable experience. The visit to the Val Jalbert village is also a must.
Fantastic trip in the parks of Quebec
(Translated by Google) We were fortunate to take a magnificent trip to Quebec. The organization by Authentik Canada was simply perfect. Absolutely all the reservations were made.
Have a very good trip!
(Translated by Google) A magnificent trip, nothing negative to say!
Very beautiful motorhome trip.
(Translated by Google) Canada is a very beautiful destination. The trip went very well. Canadians are very friendly, a real breath of fresh air. The motorhome is an excellent alternative for visiting this country. No worries about driving it. The chosen itinerary allowed us to visit very beautiful parks. The campgrounds are very clean. I recommend the paper road book option; you just have to follow the travel instructions and recommendations for options. Upon arrival, you just have to present the vouchers. Very simple and better than using phone and internet. Our main contact, Véronique Blanchette, was always ready to answer our questions before departure. Thank you for your responses. Wonderful trip!!! [...]

Disconnection and wonder
(Translated by Google) Hello,
This trip was my most beautiful experience to date. I have already made 14 trips around the world, so I am not a professional, but it gives me a good comparison.
The proposed road trip is really a good route, the suggested places are really must-sees. The activities that are suggested are really very nice and very high quality. If you are interested in history, I particularly recommend the activities with a guide, a small plus for the visit of Montreal with a Montrealer.
The Saint-Félicien zoo is also truly beautiful.
If I were to improve my experience, I would have added an extra day in Tadoussac, 1 more in Quebec City, 1 more in Jacques Cartier Park and one more in Oka Park to enjoy the beach. It must be taken into account that we had very good weather.
I would also say to listen to the advice of your advisor, which is very accurate.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Very satisfactory except RV rental
(Translated by Google) We did Quebec with 2 days in Montreal and 12 days in VR.
We were satisfied with the preparation of the trip, the advice given to us, the campsites always well located and the roadbook which is very well done and was very useful to us. A small downside: information on this roadbook is incorrect (opening hours of the ghost village of Val-Jalbert, presence or not of washing machines in the campsite, paid showers or not). However, we will not recommend this trip due to relations with the manager of Cruise Canada Montreal which went very badly, on the way out and back. We had an appointment at 11:30 a.m. to collect the vehicle. We expressed our astonishment because we had seen that this took place from 1 p.m. The person on the line confirmed the schedule, saying that a lot of people were expected that day. So we arrived in the morning and we had not even finished unloading the taxi from our suitcases when the manager was yelling at us, telling us that it was not good for us to come in the morning, that we were going to wait until 1 p.m. (we were with our three young children) and slammed the door in our faces. This gentleman continued to yell at us while telling us that we were going to get the RV (which was ready to go...). It ruined our day.
On the way back, we had not turned off the engine and he was already accusing us of a bump (which was not our fault), when I told him that it was not going to start again and cut me off yelling (this gentleman's only means of communication) to "shut up" otherwise he was going to "charge us". He took our keys even though we didn't even have time to get our children out of the vehicle even though it was very hot. We were only able to open the door when this gentleman deigned to give us the keys. He made his turn and then left without a word.
Second day wasted because of this gentleman.
We do not recommend the Cruise Canada branch in Montreal.

A wonderful carefree trip
(Translated by Google) Everything went as planned. We had a great time and look forward to using them again in the future.

Great trip, very satisfied with Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) We did a 12-day road trip in Quebec, accompanied by Authentik Canada, we had a great vacation.
We are very satisfied with our support by Authentik Canada, both during the preparation before the trip and on site with the Road book and the Vouchers.
A big thank-you.
Almost perfect except the first day
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied overall with Authentik Canada, the roadbook is a mine of information that was very useful to us and Maxim was very responsive and accompanied us very well.
Small problems with Canadream:
- car seat not suitable for the age of my 8 year old son, so we left without it, therefore illegally, but it was still charged
- foldable chairs were not in the RV, had to claim them and a faucet came loose, had to call a technician, which delayed our departure
- the slides weren't working, we realized that on our first stop, but there was no assurance that repairs and taxi costs would be well taken care of, so we took the risk of "tweaking" the cables ourselves- even and fortunately we did not have any problem
Campsite reception hours are often not good. The first day we were very stressed to arrive at La Mauricie Park because we were going to arrive late (8 p.m. was announced as the deadline), and the number indicated did not allow us to reach anyone. In fact, we could arrive until 11 p.m.
The whale safari activity has been canceled due to a breakdown and we are still awaiting reimbursement.
Overall, therefore, a very stressful first day, with Canadream worries and the wrong schedule, but the rest went very well.

Motorhome road trip.
(Translated by Google) An extraordinary trip, which took place without any worries, which was made for us by Caroline with great professionalism.
We return to France with memories full of our heads. All the activities were perfect and our 2 daughters (9 and 5 years old) had a blast.
We strongly recommend Authentik Canada.
Great experience!
(Translated by Google) We have just returned from a 15-day road trip in a motorhome with our children aged 14, 10 and 1. We highly recommend Authentik Canada and Tanya in particular who advised us on the trip, takes care of all the reservations and provides very good advice for the activities on site.
Stunning
(Translated by Google) Fantastic trip very well organized thanks to your help
Extra!
(Translated by Google) A big thank you to you,
the circuit was perfect,
the travel times, the choice of campsites, the activities offered, your availability, your attentiveness... was incredible.
we are very happy with your services and we will not fail to contact you again for our travel project
Thank you for the support
(Translated by Google) Véronique really helped us select a trip in our image.
The hotels as well as the reserved campsites were very pleasant and well placed.
The activities were very well planned. The schedules proposed corresponded well to the logistics of the field.
We had no problems with reservations.
A downside to the safety of the zodiak outing for the whales in Les Escoumins. Given the weather, the captain of the boat cut short the outing by one hour, just after seeing a whale. The children did not have life jackets or clothes that fit them.

Fantastic self-guided trip
(Translated by Google) We traveled in the Quebec region for 14 days as a family with 2 children aged 3 and 4 and we loved this roadtrip. The rented vehicle was spacious and comfortable and allowed us to have a very good autonomy.
The campsites chosen and the pitches were perfect and we really enjoyed this stay.
Great family road trip
(Translated by Google) Everything was easy thanks to Marine.
The route is well thought out, very good advice and well-chosen campsites.
2 weeks of real vacation, thank you for everything!
Our family trip
(Translated by Google) The organization was impeccable: our motorhome was spacious and clean. He was very well equipped.
Arriving at the campsites was quick and easy.
The activities in the roadbook are not always compatible with the route: for example, the Saguenay Fjord campsite does not allow you to do the activities proposed in the roadbook (more than 200 km away).

Very well organized trip
(Translated by Google) A great trip that will leave the whole family with fond memories for a long time.
The remote organization is going very well: the proposed basic circuit is already very well designed but everything can be modified very easily. For example, we added a stop at the Parc des Hautes Gorges which was really worth the detour and we reduced the stop in Quebec to just one night: for our project that was more nature than city/museum, it was perfect.
The service providers offered for the various activities were excellent: all very motivated by the idea of ??showing us their area, both to see the black bear (thank you Antoine), the whales (thank you Cyril) or even for kayaking on the fjord .
The roadbook on paper and on the app are very useful and you could do without a typical backpacker guide.
There was still a little hiccup concerning the whale excursion: the service provider very badly managed the weather forecast and I would have liked Authentik to find a solution: I had to take care of it myself: no one is not perfect, it is a point to improve for the next time!

An indelible stay
(Translated by Google) This first trip to three will remain marked forever at least in the memory of the parents.
This tour was truly exceptional and the sites offered by Tanya were simply excellent.
Thank you again for having made this stay a real break in our daily lives.
See you soon on the North American continent.
Very nice trip unfortunately disrupted by bad weather
(Translated by Google) Nice journey, unfortunately disrupted by bad weather. Authentik Canada had planned everything well, we note 3 negative points:
-In the Saguenay Fjord, Ste Marguerite Bay is badly indicated, the tour of the fjord from the south shore to the north shore is long to go, it would have been wise to be warned.
-Camping in the Parc du Bic is not to be recommended, the very busy road 132 passes right next to it and the train as well. The campsite has no charm.
-The Portneuf region is not worth a stop and is too far from Montreal for a last stop.

2 successful weeks of Camping car in Quebec
(Translated by Google) We made a route from Montreal to the Mauricie, Saguenay, Tadoussac, Jacques Cartier Park. We really enjoyed the Waber falls, the St Félicien zoo, the sight of the whales. The hardest part was getting around Montreal in VR because the children dreamed of going to La Ronde. The location of Camping le Jardin de Mon Père in the fjord allowed us to do the Eucher trail and the show The fabulous history of the kingdom thanks to the indications of our neighboring campers. Experience at the top!
(Translated by Google) We had a great motorhome road trip in Quebec! The route proposal allowed us to take full advantage of the experience (I am thinking in particular of the choice to stay at the Escoumins campsite, which allowed us to observe the whales as an aperitif and at breakfast). Thanks to Authentik Canada for their professionalism and proactivity throughout the stay and its preparation :)
Pleasant Road TRIP
(Translated by Google) Regarding our planned trip ... just 2 flats to correct:
- The first night on arrival in Montreal is in a completely relocated hotel in the city of Montreal in an industrial area where there is nothing to do :(
After this obligation to sleep one night on the spot; we picked up our Camping CAr from Cite Caravanes with a scheduled pick-up time of 1:00 p.m. ......
We left only at 4:30 p.m. for a trip of 320 km!!!!! planning a stop to buy our food and various products but impossible to stop given the timing...
We arrived at the entrance to the Park: CLOSED and had to do everything to buy food locally and sleep in the wild!!!
Peripety to forget
- the addresses of the accesses to the natural parks are not precise enough because by renting a motorhome with a GPS: impossible to find the right entry point (example like the SAGUENAY park where we had to make a detour of 250 Kms because the campsite was on the other side of the lake!!!
therefore imperatively used WAZE with Canadian phone SIM card package
apart from these 2 points the rest of the stay went well with a roadbook and reservations of compliant camping places

road trip organization
(Translated by Google) Good morning,
We went through Authentik Canada to organize a trip in 3 RVs to Lac Saint-Jean, in order to save time that is dear to us.
Several points did not meet our expectations:
- price: the Authentik margin is indicated on the site. Regarding RVs, we found the prices particularly high compared to what we found on the market on our side (with equal insurance).
- payment: being 3 families, we wanted to share the costs in 3 accounts. The payment was claimed from a single family and it was not possible for Authentik Canada to indicate the distribution between the families...
- we finally wanted to book an RV through Authentik. Authentik had given us a deadline for the reservation which we respected. Despite this, more VR available... without our having been notified beforehand. We had to find an RV in a hurry on our own. The support did not seem satisfactory to us.
- the dates: we realized when we received the summary of the road trip that the first day was in Montreal, the city where we live! We have modified the roadtrip accordingly following numerous discussions with our advisor. The advice service did not seem up to par.
- Zodiac Tadoussac: the reservation for the whale safari was wrong. There was a baby (3 years old). it was not without its difficulties.
- Quebec: the visit of Quebec planned at the end of our raodtrip was not possible. Indeed, arriving in Quebec is almost impossible without paying the parking fee of $70, or $210 for our 3 RVs. No indication appeared on this subject in the raodtrip, nor any advice on the points to observe in the surroundings of Quebec; this while we had two nights at the campsite to visit Quebec.

The whole family is happy
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip, after 3 years of waiting
Top road trip
Just a little hiccup on a change of campsite following bad weather.
All the delighted are delighted with our trip to Canada and its organization by Authentik Canada
THANKS

Nature in a big way
(Translated by Google) Very well organized. Magnificent landscapes, very present wildlife, very welcoming Quebecers.
VR comfort.
Brief unforgettable trip for young and old
