both my partner and I were attracted by Canada as a summer holidays destination for our family (2 children; 9 and 11 y old). We decided then to look around and see if we should arrange the trip by ourselves or trust local expert that would arrange it for us. We took the 2nd option for once. We probably paid a bit more than arranging it by ourselves but the quality, the punctuality, the professionalism and the easiness that Authentik Canada managed all this confiirmed us that we took the right decision,
the campings were very good, alterning some isolated camps (natural parks) and some more equipped ones that allowed us to use washing machine when it was necessary. The road book provided before the trip was a precious source of information that completed the information we found on site once we arrived on the place to visit.
the beauty of the landscape, the people, the food made us totally fall under admiration. We went 13 days with teh camping car. There is so much to discover that it sounds very few but well....we also combined it with a WE to NYC by bus. Was also a good option.
we were particularly impressed by La MAuricie. We could have spent our all holidays there: trekking, water sports, peaceful environment, great camping...everything was there.
children were also very happy with the experience...we could please everyone´s interests easily...from the canoe, to Zoo St Felicien, to Village Val Quartier in Quebec. We combined everything with geo-caching as well, which made it more entertaining and more interesting to discover a town or a new place.
what can be improved? the transfer back to our hotel in Montreal got delayed by 2hours. Pity when we have only few more hours left in town, but well...this is a detail compared to all the exceptional experience we had over 3 weeks.

We were so well informed that everything was exactly in line with our expectations, at a minimum, and even better. Campsites in Canada are best chosen in national parks. It's an experience to be had, in a profusion of space, with ultra-clean facilities and always such nice people. Camping in France will have a different flavor now (no disco atmosphere here, and that's for the best). We will return to this beautiful country. I can only recommend Authentik Canada and thank Danika who was able to answer our questions at the right time.

We loved the campsites in the nature reserves, it was exactly what we were looking for in this trip. The Jacques Cartier park campsite was our favorite, along with Bon Désir with the sea view, fabulous.
At the Joie campsite, there was a lot of closeness, but to make up for it, it was well equipped with a pool and a great game room.
The only downside: we weren't able to enjoy the local wine producer on the first day as they close at 5:30 p.m., which is too early given the prior grocery stop and the drive, and the next day they open at 10:30 a.m., a bit late, it's a pity.
Most of the activities selected were very good – St. Felicien zoo, Saguenay fjord, Val Jalbert, zodiac tour for whale watching, black bear observation safari, water slides, really great.
We liked the kayaking activity in the Saguenay fjords a bit less, the place is absolutely beautiful but it really doesn't last long, we were a bit frustrated, it was missing an hour to explore the bay a little further.
The camper van (Cruise Canada) was comfortable, easy to drive and the team welcomed us very well, everything went smoothly.
Two remarks:
- The 1500km package was a bit tight for the trip, we went well over it.
- The fridge did not work very well, it froze all the food.
In any case, it made us want to do this type of camper van trip again, and we liked Authentik's professionalism, we will very likely go through them again and will recommend them to our friends and family.
