Fantastic Trip
We customized out trip, starting from Toronto, we drove to Niagara Falls (Boat tour), Kingston (Thousand Islands boat tour), Ottawa, Montreal, Mount Tremblant, Notre Dame Basilica light show, Quebec City, Montmorency Falls, and flew back home from Montreal. We did this trip in 7 nights and 8 days. All went very smoothly including picking up the rental car in Toronto airport and dropping off at Montreal airport, all of us were extremely happy with Authentik.
Niagara Falls boat tour was booked at the specific time, but in reality you can show up anytime on the day. But for the Thousand Island boat tour, you have to show up 30min before the booked time.
Thanks very much Authentik staff. You made our travel planning very easy, and also assisted us via a phone when we had a question when we arrived in Toronto in the late night. Merci!!

1. I was really well prepared to this trip. The most important information which I found critical to have in advance was
the driving in canada session (it is a must to get famillar with before trip) and the use of google maps offline as there are really a lot areas without network connections.
2. The Eastern coast of Canada is exceptional. The views of the indian summer are great, great great.
3. It was easy to plan the trip with your website, I really enjoyed it.
4. All prebooked hotels and activities were ready and when arriving, everything was arranged.
5. The only activity, which I did not do was the IMAX theatre at Niagara falls. You updated me on the change of location but not for change of operating hours (from 2030 to 1630), so I missed it
6. I suggest to add to your preplanned trips visit to Montmorency falls near quebeck. I found it as one of the highlights in my trip
7. Regarding activities, the most suprising one and really a unique experience was the Ziptrec an Mont Treblant
8. Regarding Rented Car, I did receive an upgraded car, and really enjoyed this.
8. Regarding the rented car, Insurance costed almost cimillar to the rental itself. This was disapointing

Amazing road trip
We loved our road trip it cover many different places and experiences from city fun to nature adventures. the Road trip book provided was super helpful throughout and we tried many of the recommended eat in places. Loved the bagels in Montreal and the Burguers in Kingston. Hotels had great location and the car was fab.
We had the freedom to choose the adventures along the way whilst still being guided by Authentik Canada expertise.
Thank you to Allyson for assisting us on preparing a great trip. We will definitely recommend it and hopefully come back to other areas in Canada.

Coming from the UK I had never heard of Authentik before, compared to other UK North American travel specialists they were so much cheaper that I was sceptical. Especially as there weren't many English reviews.
I needn't have been. Every part of the journey was made so easy by using their website. I could book hotels, cars and activities, and all much cheaper than using UK sites. It made so much more sense to use them then instead of going through the hassle of making individual bookings.
Planning a Canada road trip can be daunting due to the size of the country and lack of familiarity buy using them was as "plug and play" as it can get, all I had to do was drive to the location or turn up to the activity. I wish I had found them earlier! So thanks Authentik, je me souviens!

This trip was well planned, the coordinator was on top of everything! We saw everything we wanted to see, and then some. Niagara was amazing and if you like animals we highly recommend the Parc Omega wildlife visit! Hotels were all great.
