Heart of Quebec
Pleasant stay
(Translated by Google) Stay generally well organized but some points to improve:
Too many trips between accommodations and activities (consider taking these distances into account when determining day-to-day trips)
Desired accommodation not always accessible (especially in Tadoussac)
Breakfasts vary according to the establishments
Activities generally adapted to our requests except for the whale watching
Our Marine Specialist sometimes takes a little too long to respond to our emails

almost perfect
(Translated by Google) Good morning:
Hospitality: Montreal Ibis good; Auberge le cozy: very good, very friendly welcome, excellent location, perfect room, very good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff; Auberge Vieille école: very good welcome, good breakfast, disappointed because the accommodation and the "old-fashioned" room; Seigneurie du Triton: excellent site which it would be difficult to fault for anything (good activities, exceptional site, friendliness of the staff). Perhaps a small flat on the portions of food which are "light"; Auberge Presbytere Mont Lac Vert: very warm welcome, room a bit small, good breakfast; Auberge La Fjordelaise: one of the best moments, very friendly welcome, beautiful bedroom and bathroom, excellent cuisine; Auberge La Muse: warm welcome, beautiful bedroom and bathroom; Hotel C3: disappointed by the service: difficult to meet in the dilapidated room, bathroom in the hallway, very narrow parking space despite the high cost of this parking lot, really succinct breakfast. About Avis, vehicle taken with the tank 3/4 full!
Overall, good service but some points to improve or change

Long-awaited stay in Quebec.
(Translated by Google) A wonderful stay in Quebec, with accommodation offered by Authentik, in a hostel or small hotel, in beautiful, very quiet locations, with very friendly owners, charming and very clean rooms.
Authentik's staff has always been friendly, responsive and helpful, ready to answer our questions and requests. The airport transfer organized by Authentik with a luxury XXL car! A big thank you to the Authentik Canada team, we will be back in Quebec!

Splendid trip to Canada, thank you Véronique
(Translated by Google) To Véronique Blanquette: I would like to thank you for the excellent road book and the quality of the accommodation. One downside, however, in Tadoussac: do not send more customers to the motel La Croisière au Bergeronnes because, despite the kindness of the owners, the level is well below expectations and the bedding is uncomfortable.
We hoped to see whales during our excursion with the Escoumins cruise, but a mist came in the St. end decided it was too late!!! Too much haze!!
Overall we were very happy with the trip. Your country is magnificent and so are the people you met: kindness and good humor throughout the trip!
I recommend an excellent restaurant in Quebec: the leaning bell tower not far from the hotel in the garden where we were staying: very decent prices in view of the quality of the dishes!!

Exceptional trip
(Translated by Google) 15-day trip mainly in Quebec. If I had to do it again I would add a week to be able to enjoy these magnificent places even better. Only one hostel not up to par but all the others were on top. The activity proposals are adapted and everything is very well organized on site. I recommend the seaplane flight and of course the zodiac whale safari
Locals: space and change of scenery
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with our trip to Quebec. We were well advised by Maryse Mayer. Good advice given by the owner of the "Le Bôme" inn in Mauricie who recommended the Mauricie park to us (advice not to hesitate to ask at the entrance to the park for points of interest because you can cross the park by car: the road is 63 km long....). Small flat: the chalet and spa condo at Lac St Jean: very just for 4 people (just a stove for cooking), we were on the ground floor, luckily there was no "François Pignon" above because we might have got it all.
Dirty Montreal and poverty on every street corner, even in the tourist area (old Montreal) where homeless people walk around and ask for money (sad reality).

Wonderful trip, truly unforgettable!
(Translated by Google) Tailor-made trip, rich and varied, very well organized. Two of the best memories? Rafting on the Rouge River, the Cozy Inn at Mont Tremblant, …

A great discovery
(Translated by Google) For a first trip to Canada, we are very satisfied with your organization and the choice of accommodation.
Adeline our interlocutor was responsive to our requests and targeted our desires.
The roadbook is a good support throughout the trip.
A special mention to the Canadians for their hospitality.
If we return to Canada, we will certainly choose to be accompanied by Authentik.

A dream come true
(Translated by Google) "Authentic" trip, choice of judicious and typical accommodation.
In Canada, the friendliness of hosts is a way of life.

Perfect organization but the smog...
(Translated by Google) The organization was perfect! No problems encountered in the various reservations.
Our only regret, but Authentik had nothing to do with it: difficult weather conditions (frequent rain and 2 days of storm making visits very difficult or even impossible)...
Closer to nature
(Translated by Google) Wonderful experience in the heart of Quebec. The activities allowed us to enhance the trip and contemplate the landscape and the cultural richness of Quebec. Thanks again Authentik.
Marvellous
(Translated by Google) The trip was absolutely amazing.
I liked being able to slightly modify the routes already proposed so that it could stick perfectly to what I wanted.
Tanya was present and responsive and I am very grateful to her.
I'm already thinking about my future visit, so that I can visit the places we haven't had time to explore.
The accommodations chosen were absolutely perfect (small flat for the last hotel, but that has nothing to do with the agency), and the choice between being cut off from the world or close to the city allows for a balanced trip.
I am more than happy. Thank you from the heart.

Very happy
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip during the Indian summer ;-)
The colors of Indian summer were at the rv. Just beautiful
Perfect organization and trip
(Translated by Google) Organization and staff at the top.
Personalized assistance adapted to the wishes of travelers.
Daphné is very friendly, very responsive and very good advice.
A perfect trip
(Translated by Google) Top-notch organization, a smooth trip... we strongly recommend Authentik Canada, which has always been available, despite the Covid period.
MAGIC JOURNEY
(Translated by Google) THANK YOU AUTHENTIK CANADA FOR THIS UNFORGETTABLE STAY: THE BEAUTY OF THE LANDSCAPES, THE WARM WELCOME OF QUEBECERS, THE DISCOVERY OF CITIES AND VILLAGES, SUPERB ACTIVITIES. seaplane flight over La Tuque -whale safari in Les Escoumins and more...
Thanks to Caroline for her professionalism; The organization and planning of our road trip was at the TOP.
Looking forward to leaving with you for your next adventure.

Nice route proposal!
(Translated by Google) We had focused our stay on nature. We visited natural parks; it was the Mont Tremblant park that seduced us the most. We were able to measure the immensity of the territories and admire the beauty of the landscapes. Attendance at La Jacques Cartier is too dense and as a result, the fauna is difficult to observe there. But it's still a very nice park too.
We really enjoyed the visit to the Cité de l'Energie as well as the guided tour of Shawinigan. This helps to understand the importance of energy in the history of industry in Quebec, a country of lakes and rivers. We regret not having had time to visit La Mauricie National Park. But we discovered a beautiful sugar shack in Saint Mathieu du Parc: welcoming people taught us everything about maple syrup and their trade and of course, all accompanied by a tasting! It was a great time!
We hiked in the Parc du Saguenay. The views over the fjord are magnificent.
We will keep wonderful memories of the Black Bear Safari at the Pic Bois outfitter: the guide is very interesting, he knows the bear perfectly, its character and its behavior. He also shares a lot about wildlife, the forest, the activities offered (hunting, fishing, ice fishing).
We took advantage of our detour to LacSaint Jean to visit the village of Valjabert: it was a magical and instructive step back in time; indeed, we discovered the functioning of a pulp mill and noted there again the role of water and energy in Quebec.
Around Tadoussac, more precisely in Les Bergeronnes, we discovered a very nice museum centered on the life of an amateur archaeologist called Petit Louis: he testifies to the installation of the ancestors of the Amerindians in the region.
During our road trip, we visited two animal parks: the omega park, very interesting because of its car route and the zoo of Saint Félicien. In the latter, we see animals evolve in an almost natural environment. These are not the points of the trip that interested us the most because there is little difference with certain French animal parks
We ended with a visit to Quebec with a guide, or rather a guide. It was very interesting to discover the history of Quebec and therefore of Quebec. We highly recommend this activity because there is nothing like visiting with a local person!
Let's talk about accommodation: all our choices were perfect and varied: from the small family inn nestled at the bottom of a cove in the fjord, to the very beautiful Hotel de Québec! A warm welcome everywhere!
Authentik Canada has allowed us to discover a magnificent country, we intend to return there in winter, a season that Quebecers are particularly fond of.

exceptional
(Translated by Google) As usual, authentik has concocted an absolutely perfect tailor-made trip for us. The places to stay were ideal. Activities at the top. Cheer
feedback
(Translated by Google) Lots of great finds. We even visited some particularly interesting unlisted sites, such as the spectacular Notre Dame du Cap sanctuary in Trois-Rivières, the eco-museum of wood carving in Saint Anne de Beaupré, the falls of the small river Bostonnais at La Tuque and others.
The accommodations were okay. The road was long.
JOURNEY TO THE AUTHOR OF OUR HOPE
(Translated by Google) Incredible trip.
The activities were just perfect with passionate people.
The hostels were very good especially our first hostel where we were welcomed as part of the family.
Magnificent country to discover absolutely
(Translated by Google) Very nice family trip! Superb landscapes always very pretty, warm welcome, very good organization (before and during the stay)
Memorable hotels (Sacacomie in particular) and top activities (bears, whales, seaplane)
Our advisor Émilie has always been very responsive and gives good advice.
We unanimously recommend Authentik Canada and the "country people" tour

Satisfied by Canada
(Translated by Google) I really liked discovering this wonderful country I was quite disappointed by the accommodation and the lack of authentic follow-up
A second with Authentik Canada and certainly not the last!
(Translated by Google) Very good support, listening and availability. Just top on the choice of providers
TOO MANY HOTELS, NO "LOCALS" OR SO LITTLE
(Translated by Google) In Canada, we have collected many documents including those concerning accommodations that allow you to meet Quebecois or nature. The hotel in Montreal was perfect, it was the jazz festival, you didn't seem to know about it, the one in Quebec between two FEQ podiums was really a bad choice. You should be aware of the events in the cities where your tourists are booking, that's why we are calling on you. During the trip, apart from two accommodations we went to hotels, none of which was very extraordinary. Your photos on the local program even show the Tadoussac one that you didn't offer us. When two nights are necessary in a place, it must be specified when creating the itinerary so that we can make a choice. In short, with regard to the activity of the local tourist offices, your service seemed poor to us. That's a shame. I don't know if it's Tanya's fault or the orders she receives. His contact was very kind. [...]
Nice journey but disappointing response from Authentik in the event of a hazard
(Translated by Google) Nice trip to discover Quebec nature. We chose short stages to limit car times and we stayed 2 nights at each location, which allows us to take our time and be able to manage the hazards (weather or other) without stress.
Regarding Authentik, on the other hand, we did not have the expected service. We are used to traveling by ourselves, but this time we were with our children and did not want to have to deal with the usual vagaries of travel; so we went through an agency. After my parents' very successful experience at Authentik 10 years ago, we chose them, but weren't as happy.
The Authentik reception and telephone contacts are perfect. The choice of accommodation and excursions offered are of high quality. On the other hand, their response in case of difficulty is not up to par.
First of all, on the choice of accommodation: when those offered are full, Authentik does not offer a similar alternative to meet our criteria. So we had to look for accommodation on our own to get what we wanted.
Regarding the car rented through Authentik, the rental company did not have a car available even though our reservation was correct. We lost 1 day in Montreal to finally leave with an electric car! (which does not correspond at all to what we rented and is not at all suitable for a road trip !!) Again, Authentik was unable to offer a solution (for example with another renter), in contenting themselves with looking for a non-existent solution with their failing service provider. Finally, we were the ones who found a car with another rental company, and Authentik reimbursed us for our faulty rental with them.
In conclusion, we are fully satisfied with our trip, but not with Authentik's service to help us in case of difficulty.

Great
(Translated by Google) The trip was perfect, the accommodations great and the explanations in the roadbook perfect.
The only big downside concerns the car rental: 4 hours of waiting because overbooking and dirty car.
Beautiful country, destination to do once in a lifetime!
(Translated by Google) Very well organized trip thanks to Authentik Canada (advice and flexibility), 15-day road trip in Quebec from Montreal to the Laurentians, Mauricie, Charlevoix, the North Coast and Quebec.
Things to do with the family:
OMEGA Park
Seaplane flight (Hydravion Aventure Inc)
Whale watching cruise (ESSIPIT)
Not to do :
Frankly nothing!

Discovery of a superb region
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful region, correct accommodation with very often excellent meals
Just a pity that Wifi was not present in some accommodations (although it was indicated as available in the description)
Enriching landscapes and encounters
(Translated by Google) Thank you to Authentik Canada for this diversifying course where we had time to enjoy each step.
We discovered the parks, the lakes, the cities, the countryside etc. We came across some American animals at the bend of the paths for our greatest pleasure.
The stay was also very enriching by the culture and the exchanges with the natives, generous and benevolent.
The history of Quebec was very present during our visits and gives us a new look at this region.
Regarding accommodation (inn, lodge, hotel, ready-to-camp), we have always been well received and found good services.
