The West by RV
Stunning country absolutely loved it
Me and my family had the most wonderful time visiting the West Coast of Canada from the UK. Our route was Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Wells Grey, Whistler, Vancouver Island and Vancouver - it really is impossible to name a favourite. The service from Authentik Canada was first rate and I highly recommend them.
Great experience
Perfect trip with a very good organization from A to Z...
RV trip west Canada
We where very happy to go on our RV adventure after two years of delay due to the pandemic. unfortunately, many benefits that were planned initially during 2020 were not given , as promised , in 2022. other than that, all campgrounds and hotels were adequately reserved. things to note, reserving a shuttle to Luise lake is a must , and should be mentioned , another thing , Goldstream campground is very basic though with very nice location, and lastly , Best western sands hotel in Vancuver is basic and not very recommended. in the bottom line this was a very enjoyable adventure and i will definitely recommend it! Thomas’s Adventure
Having never done an RV tour before, was a bit apprehensive about it all coming together. I can’t thank Authentik Canada enough, especially Daphné who adjusted our route to cope with some travel arrangements that had to be changed. As for the route it was fantastic we got to see all the different landscapes, that Canada has to offer which was unbelievable. The campsites were very clean and tidy. I would not have any hesitation to recommend Authentik Canada to friends and family and would definitely use again. The communication through out our booking was great and any problems, that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally, even with the time difference with England. We can’t thank Authentik Canada for us to make so many great memories. [...]
Great company
RV From Calgary to Vancouver
Great new RV with Bike rack fitted. Better than camping as we had 3 days of rain on our trip and it was a pleasure to be dry and warm. Having the bikes with us was useful for exploring the areas and shopping. Authentik Canada where exceptional in their service and the transition from an old to new travel agent was flawless. Authentik Canada was also good to advise us of an Ironman event in Whistler during our stay and what roads to avoid. I cannot comment on Authentik Canada's crises management because everything went so smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We also compared Authentik Canada prices vs us booking direct with campsites and RV's, and the price difference was minimal. So we decided to use Authentik Canada to handle our complete bookings.
We can diffidently recommend them. Just remember to call and confirm with your airport transfers if you have any bike with you.

A very nice trip despite very capricious weather.
(Translated by Google) If we had to do it again, we would leave in June.
Many of our discoveries were spoiled by uncooperative weather.
We often couldn't see pictures like those in the Autentik Canada brochure.
But despite that, we will have fond memories of it.
Great!
(Translated by Google) We had an amazing trip! With the Authentik package, we were able to organize part of our trip ourselves, which is exactly what we wanted.
XXL Experiences
(Translated by Google) Western Canada in an RV is truly a unique and unforgettable experience. The roads and environment are perfectly suited for this type of vacation. You can share your experiences with other RVers. Enjoy very quiet places where you feel like you're alone in the world for an evening. The organization by Authentik Canada was very good and the activities respected our wishes. The only downside is that doing two activities in the same day is too stressful. [...]

The West in RV
A memorable trip!
(Translated by Google) We had a superb 14-day West Coast road trip in an RV!
Everything was well organized, easy to follow, and went smoothly. By going through Authentik, I felt safe throughout the trip.
We loved the Icefields Parkway, a road full of magnificent landscapes at every stop. We have no negatives, a big thank you to Marion for the organization!

The Rockies - Great stay.
(Translated by Google) Great trip. The Authentik app is very good. No bad surprises. For a camping and RV novice, the experience was great. 4 adults in a C25, it's very good. Only one piece of advice: book in advance to have pitches with "services"; it's still better with (but not a disaster). We left with all nights in overflow and in the end we had 2 nights with services (you have to ask for availability when you check in). [...]
Superb stay

Perfect

Splendid family trip to Western Canada in August 2026
(Translated by Google) We loved our trip from Vancouver to Calgary with our 5-year-old daughter in an RV. It was our first big family adventure trip and it was grand. The only downside is that it required much more planning than anticipated, unlike the organized trips we are used to. Yes, the roadbook helped but it wasn't detailed enough in my opinion, I had to do a lot of internet research to plan the logistics of travel and activities. Fortunately, Alyssa answered all my questions and her help was invaluable while we were traveling. [...]
Travel to Western Canada
(Translated by Google) In a journey there are always ups and downs.
Banff-Tunnel Mountain Park: good as a campsite and very clean. Helicopter tour of the Rockies, to do again, it's truly magical. Banff Gondola, interesting but crowded.
Jasper-Whistlers Park: due to the fires that occurred in 2024, very disappointing as an environment. All you see are burnt trees. However, facilities such as toilets and showers are very clean. The Maligne Lake cruise, I don't recommend, long and not much to see. (That's my opinion). As for the Jasper SkyTram, wow, wow, wow. We pushed ourselves to climb the mountain, the views are magnificent.
Wells Gray Park accommodation Wells Gray Golf resort & RV Park: ugh, I don't recommend, 1 out of 2 toilets functional, 1 out of 3 showers and the cleanliness, we'll pass. I think the campsite needs to restructure. Visits to the surrounding waterfalls are worth the trip.
Whistler, Camping Whistler RV Park and Campground: Wow, everything is there, easy and pleasant.
The ferry to get to Qualicum Beach, and oh my, not easy, do not follow your advisor's address, you will go in circles. We experienced it. You have to continue on the highway and take the exit and follow the signs. But the ferry is really good.
The Cedar Grove RV Park & Campground is magnificent, the trees are majestic, and what about the small beach. Wow.
The Ucluelet Campground on the Pacific coast. Let's say we are packed in like animals, not much space and privacy. However, facilities such as showers and toilets are very clean. Long Beach is magnificent, the water is cold, but just savor the moment.
To finish our camping trip, The Oceanside Camping & Rv Resort is very, very good, welcoming people, lots of services and very, very clean. The road to get there is a bit surprising, you wonder where you're going to end up, but no, it's a beautiful campsite. Watching orcas at sunset is good, but if the orcas want to show themselves, we barely saw any but still... What about the Butchart Gardens, if you love flowers, it's beautiful.
Ferry to get to Vancouver, very good, we even took the time to have breakfast on the ferry. Good food.
Vancouver, full of discoveries. The charming little hotel The Burrard, is magnificent, vintage but very good and very clean and very accommodating, they took care of our suitcases before our departure so that we could finish visiting the city, I recommend FlyOver, the bus tour and especially don't forget to get off at Granville Island.
Here ends our magnificent journey and we thank Véronique Blanchette who knew how to meet our expectations.

Delighted to have visited Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Advisor Tanya was attentive and available to provide advice and answer our questions. She managed to quickly modify the start of the road trip at the last minute due to our flight delay.
It's a great time-saver to go through Authentik, both for booking the motorhome and for campsites, where spots are in high demand and can go quickly. A small downside, we would have liked to have been offered 1, 2, 3 or no services at the campsites where the choice was possible. And we would have liked indications on parking areas where we could park the motorhome when we had to go into town for activities booked through Authentik.
But we remain satisfied and if we plan another road trip to Canada in the future, we will go through Authentik again.

An absolutely magical trip
(Translated by Google) We had an exceptional 15-day trip in Western Canada thanks to Authentik voyages. The choice of stops was perfect, the services excellent, the proposed activities great, and the overall organization of the trip very smooth.
Fabulous trip. Breathtaking scenery. Abundant wildlife.
(Translated by Google) We sincerely thank Tanya for organizing our trip. Adapted and personalized advice. We highly recommend.
Magnificent trip with exceptional landscapes
We had a great trip.
(Translated by Google) Our experience with Authentik Canada was very positive. Desired improvement: we would have liked a more detailed, more transparent invoice. We only have a total amount for accommodations and a total amount for activities, but it's impossible to know the costs associated with each activity and accommodation. This leaves a feeling that doesn't allow for complete trust in the process. Additionally, one of our accommodations (Wells Gray Golf Resort and RV Park) was very neglected and had a very unclean "play area" (no truly defined space for games and a few broken and dirty plastic toys on site). Otherwise, all our other accommodations were very good and their owners were very kind.
Another comment regarding the RV rental and accessories. We had rented three bedding sets. These were too small for the size of the beds. Moreover, it seemed like they were various blankets collected here and there. For the amount spent, we would expect better. Otherwise, the camper was perfect and served us well.

Fabulous discovery of the Canadian West
(Translated by Google) I am very satisfied with my trip to Western Canada and with having used Authentik Canada's services.
This organization is very professional; the advisor who helped us was great from the start.
Fortunately, we didn't encounter any problems during our road trip, but I know she would have been there otherwise.
She always answered our questions very responsively and professionally.
I recommend!

An unforgettable and perfectly organized road trip
(Translated by Google) We returned enchanted by our road trip in Western Canada organized with Authentik Canada. The advance organization allowed us to fully enjoy the trip without having to worry about all the logistics: hotel in Calgary, campsite reservations, voucher system... everything was clear and very practical.
The itinerary allowed us to discover absolutely magnificent landscapes and experience a superb family adventure. The roadbook and the application are also useful for guiding us throughout the stay.
However, a few avenues could allow for even further personalization of the experience: notably asking for the desired time slot before booking shuttles for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and offering more choices regarding campsites, for example the desired level of services or, when possible, the type of pitch.
Despite all this, it remains an excellent experience and we would not hesitate to travel with Authentik Canada again.

Notice of our trip
(Translated by Google) We loved our trip. Very little impacted by fires/smoke, superb weather and camping in general very good
The Canadian West by RV
(Translated by Google) It was a very nice trip with magnificent stops: Banff, Jasper, Wells Gray, Whistler, Ucluelet, and Victoria. Our campsites were well located, and we also appreciated the proximity of amenities. Only the Whistler one was 25 minutes from Whistler in an old Olympic village, and furthermore, the toilets and showers were not accessible; we had to go to the main building far from our camper van. The pace suited us well, and we were able to enjoy all the sites. Although our shuttle for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake was scheduled for 12 pm, we were able to take the 11 am shuttle on site, which allowed us to enjoy and picnic at Moraine Lake and do the Little Beehive hike at Lake Louise.
It was a very nice and well-organized trip.

Intense
(Translated by Google) Canada is a magnificent country, and we were blown away from the moment we landed in Vancouver. The organization of the different stages was perfect, the hotels in Vancouver and Calgary were luxurious, and we were very well received at the campsites (vouchers were not essential) because we were expected and noted in their computer system. For the 2 nights in Jasper without services, we negotiated and for the 2nd night, we got a full-service site with an authorized fire, for a small supplement of $23 CAD. We were super well received at Fraserway for the RV pickup and were able to benefit, by asking, from shuttle transport in Vancouver as well as Calgary, at no extra cost. Our trip to Jasper was rather calm, but after Jasper, descending via Highway 93, the Icefield Parkway was a different story; there was a huge crowd at the lake and glacier sites. Tourists simply came to take a selfie in front of these magnificent lakes, and the parking lots were often full. I had started my journey with Andréanne and subsequently asked to stop at the Lake Louise campground rather than 3 nights in Banff, but I should have been advised to book the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttle in the morning around 8 am because in the afternoon it's hell, even just to get an RV spot at the Lake Louise ski resort's park&ride. Tourists flock from Banff by entire busloads for the visit and were not equipped to hike on the steep and winding trails that circle the lakes, and if you want to take a photo without having everyone in front, you have to be patient. Apart from that, we were lucky enough to see a black bear and her cubs, a grizzly and her cubs, a herd of elk in the middle of the Jasper camp, a moose at Maligne Lake, and groups of ibex in the middle of the road next to Medicine Lake. Squirrels and ground squirrels. We had trails closed because there was a bear that had visited a tent at a campsite... Overall, the organization was perfect except for the schedule for Lake Louise. The beauty of the landscapes was somewhat spoiled by the smoke from the forest fires ravaging Canada at the moment. Thanks to Susyane for her work. I am part of a Facebook group "Parents whose children live in Canada," I posted a photo of my return Road Trip with my son and his girlfriend, and many people questioned how I had prepared and how much it cost me, I only gave good reviews about Authentik Canada, I hope you will get some feedback. When we left the campsites, we gave personal stars, and Revelstoke Snowforest won the gold medal with 5 stars. Only one service, electricity, but an amazing, large, and clean washroom block. The least good was the one at Lake Louise; the showers and toilets were separate, few, and very far away.
Personally, I preferred the time spent on Vancouver Island, between Ucluelet and Tofino. Susyane is lucky to live there.
Thank you again, with this Road Trip, I was able to make a future daughter-in-law happy to have discovered a part of her country that she didn't know.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU
Vincent NOÉ

Incredible
(Translated by Google) Wow, superb trip to Western Canada organized with Authentik Canada. Marika was very attentive to our needs and adapted the itinerary to our requirements and constraints. Everything went smoothly, from picking up the RV to settling into the different campsites.
