Nice organization - but need to doublecheck everything in advance
All in all, the service provided from Authentik is great. The road trip was well organized in general. The problem is that as a European without internet not telephone network, "in general" is not enough, because even small mistakes can't be corrected if you can't reach out to anyone.
There were 2 activities that we were not able to attend because of scheduling mistakes (over 100€ gone), and these kind of things are extremely annoying. Also, one of the camping grounds was by far not were it was expected to be - our campsite was chosen for our stop at Thousand Islands, but is was over 130km away from there, and from our boat tour activity which we then did not attend. And these 130km were added to the next daily trip, making it 530km instead of 400km.
If I were to organize a roadtrip via Authentik once more, I would control every single distance they tell me in advance, and every single address to make sure to sort problems out before you get cut off the internet.
On top of that, their new application needs further improvement. The navigation system leads you strictly via the shortest distance - finding yourself back in the middle of Queen-Street in Toronto with an 8.5m RV, instead of taking the longer but much quicker highway around, is not very funny.
Nevertheless, we had a great honeymoon and loved the canadian nature - we just feel that it could have been even better and less stressful with an even better organisation.

(Translated by Google) The motorhome experience to discover Canada met our wishes. We felt free and serene as a family. The activities were varied and the hikes in the wilderness were magnificent.

(Translated by Google) We loved this country and fully enjoyed the possibilities offered by the camper van to discover the national parks of Quebec: the hikes allow us to discover this truly majestic nature. People are charming, naturally helpful, and love to chat. It was a magnificent experience and an old dream come true! I add that the organization by Authentik Canada is excellent, very efficient, and very professional, the contact is simple and excellent (email and phone), and the road book is a very welcome bonus. I am very happy to have used your services, it greatly simplified the organization of the stay and allowed me to travel in peace without worrying about reservations: a big thank you!!!!
Just one point: crossing the Saint Lawrence by ferry during the tourist high season may require advance reservations, depending on the point of departure, it should be specified so that one is not caught off guard.
Thanks again to Authentik Canada for the provided service, which is worthwhile: I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and acquaintances.
A special thanks to Susyane Koschinsky who took care of us :-)))!

(Translated by Google) Everything was very clear, simple, efficient, and the journey was exceptional. A big thanks to Danika, who was our advisor and knew how to stay attentive and responsive to all our questions before and during the trip.
(Translated by Google) We had a memorable family experience, from Niagara Falls to Tadoussac. Everything had been very well planned in advance with the help of Danika and her excellent advice. No issues on site. A diverse circuit allowing us to cross large cities and then find ourselves in the heart of a national park. Even whale watching was on the agenda!

(Translated by Google) A huge thank you to Marie-Michèle and Authentik Canada for this fabulous trip!! Everything was perfect from start to finish: the telephone reception, the composition of our trip, the quality of the Roadbook, the variety of activities and stops.
We will keep a fond memory of our first motorhome road trip.
Lack of optimization in steps and small service issues
(Translated by Google) We are absolutely delighted with our road trip. No issues with the reservations, whether it was the vehicle or the accommodations. The road book was our travel bible.
The only point to possibly review is the travel times between each stage (probably calculated for a car rather than a camper). Toronto is a bottleneck when it comes to traffic jams; we lost more than 2 hours there on the way out and a little less on the way back.
Our travel advisor was also excellent during the preparation of our trip. Not that we needed her services much, but when we did, she was very responsive and able to find quick and effective solutions.
Don't forget the mosquito repellent!!!

An unforgettable stay
(Translated by Google) From booking the stay to our arrival and discoveries of Canada through the various reserved stages, everything was perfect. We lived these 15 days serenely. The planned visits were top-notch.

(Translated by Google) Perfect, we were perfectly advised and helped by Véronique,
The trip went perfectly, the campsites were all very beautiful and clean.
Great vacation
(Translated by Google) We really had a great stay in Quebec. The places were beautiful and we were warmly welcomed at each of our stops. Thank you for the organization, we just had to follow the roadmap, which is appreciated with 2 children. We'll be back!
Julie
Superb experience
(Translated by Google) 100% accompanied and confident on the Road trip.
Alyssa is very responsive and friendly in responding to our requests.
Wonderful trip
(Translated by Google) Perfectly orchestrated trip. The campsites were great for the kids. The tickets and/reservation were well taken into account. We were able to spend our holidays enjoying what we had dreamed of
Family trips with great encounters and discoveries
(Translated by Google) 3 week trip with family, what we enjoyed the most: national parks, animals, night with wolves, Niagara falls, encounter with whales, seaplane flight, the lordship of the Triton, the camping car
What we liked least, the hotel at Niagara Falls, the car in Toronto, the fact that we had a lot of different contacts at the agency even if we always had answers to our questions and a great service from Authentik Canada

Excellent Experience
(Translated by Google) We were able to achieve the trip of our dreams thanks to Authentik Canada and their partner RVandB (to whom we also give five stars).
Everything was perfectly organized at every stage.
Trip too long
(Translated by Google) Trip too long and therefore boring. Not enough diversity. No real historical sites to visit apart from the very pretty city of Quebec and Val Jalbert. Too many journeys for too few sensations.
New motorhome but of average quality. Engine so noisy it was impossible to listen to the radio.
Interior of the motorhome correct despite the refrigerator part which did not cool well and the mattress of the double bed which was too thin which caused us back pain...
Finally in our trip was included the shuttle between the Canada Dream agency and the airport.
Unfortunately it was useless because we were in Montreal the first 2 days and the last day of our trip! So we were forced to take a Taxi: very expensive content of the distance .... because the shuttle does not go to the center of Montreal.

5th trip with Authentik ... still perfect !!
(Translated by Google) This is my 5th trip with Authentik (USA and Canada), and it's once again a success!! Whether during the preparation or the finalization of the trip, or during the process, everything is managed to perfection. During our stay in the Motorhome, there was a problem on the Camping du Fjord du Saguenay (Landslide) making it impossible to access it. Authentik took care of the reservation of another campsite near the Saguenay in advance, contacted me by email and telephone, and automatically reimbursed me for the initial overpayment! In summary 3 superb weeks, full of good memories and a desire to leave as soon as possible with Authentik! [...]
Very happy with our stay and ready to call on them again
(Translated by Google) Good organization from Authentik Canada.
Their performance exceeded our expectations.
A very nice trip
(Translated by Google) We made a very nice family trip that allowed us to discover a part of Quebec by taking steps at our own pace. We loved the landscapes and the hikes in the national parks, we enjoyed discovering the important cities of our journey despite the sometimes wet weather.
/>
Reservations by AuthentikCanada greatly facilitated the trip, the availability of advisors also especially at the beginning of our trip because we wanted to add a night and a day of vehicle rental at the last minute. The pitches in the campsites were always close to the services and that we greatly appreciated.
Only one regret, we could not go to Toronto from Niagara Falls by public transport (too long: more than 1h30 one way) and it seemed difficult to park the motorhome in this city.
The "Road Book" guide guided us well and helped us a lot, but it would be good if he gave advice on parking the vehicle, especially near major cities.

just awesome
A wonderful and unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) The motorhome road trip formula is great for discovering the great Canadian spaces and magnificent landscapes, a perfect organization where you were expected everywhere in the hotels, campsites, parks and activities, without having big time constraints.
Good telephone responsiveness from Authentik at the slightest concern.
The only downside to our great trip was the dilapidation of our motorhome for the number of kilometers traveled
(very average cleanliness, driving that pulls to the right and vibrations of the steering wheel, humidity in the alcove, very noisy interior due to the vibration of the microwave and gas stove while driving) given the share of the budget devoted to the rental of the vehicle
Shame

We are very satisfied to have gone through Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Our road trip went very well, everything is very clear, very well explained, nothing is left to chance.
If we have questions, it is always with pleasure that we bring you the answer.
We can only recommend Authentik Canada.
An unforgettable experience
(Translated by Google) A trip that alternated with magnificent landscapes, cities, museums and wildlife observations.... we were not bored
Superbe Road Trip 2022
(Translated by Google) After 2 years of postponement due to Covid 19, we finally left for Canada for 18 days (including the plane trip)
The 2 days at the hotel at the start of the stay allow you to visit the beautiful city of Montreal and recover from jet lag. For trips between the airport and the center of Montreal as well as trips in Montreal are very good by bus and metro, no need to take the taxi which is much more expensive. The receipt of the motorhome with CanaDream went well. Small disappointment all the same because the interior of the motorhome was a little "old" compared to the (non-contractual) photos that we had seen. But the overall experience was still good.
We did nearly 4000 km with our 2 children aged 15 and 11. It is strongly advised to take a capacity of 2 people above the capacity of the motorhome to have an optimal experience. So we had a 6 person motorhome for the 4 of us, so we didn't have to turn the dining area into a bed in the evening at bedtime.
Do not hesitate to spend 2 nights or 3 nights in certain parks, it allows you to land during important journeys. You should know that the authorized speed is 100 km/h, so the journeys are sometimes long.
Important: do not forget to bring a washing line to dry it. Most campsites have washing machines and dryers.
The restaurants suggested in the roadbook are very correct.
We have discovered that it is possible to make fires in the evening on our pitches inside parks or campsites. Just buy logs and kindling on sale in each establishment at the reception.
Be careful to look carefully on the vouchers for camping equipment because there is sometimes only electricity. It is therefore necessary to anticipate water and the evacuation of black and gray water.
Some points of sharing below not necessarily in the chronological order of our trip.
We had the chance to see whales, belugas, porpoises near the town of Tadoussac. The parks reserved by Authentik Canada were very good, some with swimming pools. Small disappointment with Jacques Cartier Park (dark and humid), not of great interest after spending 3 nights in Mauricie Park which was superb. The kayak trip + hike to Waber Falls is a must, then you can swim there. We also flew over Mauricie Park in a seaplane, which was also a very nice experience.
The campsite next to Niagara Falls was also very good. A visit to Niagara Falls by boat is also a must.
We really liked the city of Quebec which is very different from the city of Montreal.
The penultimate day (before handing over the motorhome) in Oka Park allows you to rest with swimming in the Saint Laurent and lazing on a real beach, it's like being on the seaside
In summary, we had a superb stay which gave us ideas for next time.

Great stay
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip with a superb first experience of the circuit in a motorhome. Nice to have your house always with you. Tour very well organized by Authentik Canada. Small flat, we were 2 Camoing Cars between friends and Authentik Canada must have forgotten to specify it when booking campsites because we were never close! Thanks.
Fabulous !
(Translated by Google) Very professional we were delighted with this trip very very well organized no problem during the whole trip! An organization to the millimeter a great roadbook that will make a great memory. The only downside was the last night in a hotel that was really disappointing for the last night, very unpleasant at the reception and dirty. ("Bestwestern" aeroport montreal) which is not really the fault of authentic canada. Might consider working with another hotel near the airport. So other than that everything was fabulous. [...]
Great help from Authentik
(Translated by Google) It's a very nice trip, the country is nice with beautiful landscapes, pleasant and smiling inhabitants.
The campsites selected were well located, they had spacious pitches and not on top of each other.
Very useful to have pre-registered campsites in the GPS
The booklet that you have provided allows us to prepare the journey and the visits to be made.
Great, thank you !

Great road trip in Quebec! Thanks
(Translated by Google) What a pleasure to have visited this very beautiful country.
Thank you again Emilie (Authentik Canada) for your perfect organization, it was flawless.
We loved your national parks (Mauricie, Jacques Cartier, Charlevoix, Hautes Gorges) as well as the landscapes, beautiful hikes and family canoeing.
The whole family returned to France tired but amazed! What more can I say.... Even when camping because everything is simple in Quebec.... And the whales were there!
I repeat... Great experience, Thank you.

A fantastic family trip
(Translated by Google) These two weeks have been exceptional! The preparation and support of the authentic canada team was perfect and everything was planned with great care. We really appreciated the roadbook provided at the start of our stay, which was very useful to us during our journey. The motorhome was comfortable, very spacious and above all easy to drive. Having the opportunity to live surrounded by nature is a real luxury and Canada is the ideal country. Looking forward to the next trip. [...]
