FAQ

Summer (June to August): with average temperatures around 25°C in July‑August, it’s the perfect chance to enjoy private beaches, swimming in lakes, and water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding.

Autumn (September to end of October) brings the stunning show of fall colors. It’s my favorite season for a chalet getaway! The mild temperatures are great for hiking, while the cool evenings are perfect for cozying up by the wood stove.

Winter (December to March): even though temperatures can dip as low as −25°C, it’s a magical experience with dog sled rides, snowshoeing outings through snowy forests, and snowmobile excursions. Your chalet becomes a cozy refuge where it feels great to warm up by the fire after your adventures.
Prices vary greatly depending on the region, type of accommodation, and occupancy. Expect to pay between $150 and $400 per night for a standard chalet, while high-end chalets can reach $600 a night.
Ideally 3 to 6 months in advance. In November, and then between March and June, you can sometimes snag last-minute availability.
