RV rental
Excellent first experience
(Translated by Google) For a first experience, we are very satisfied with Canadream's service.
Friendly staff, available when needed.
It made us want to repeat the experience.
An unforgettable VR roadtrip!!
(Translated by Google) A great trip to Gaspésie in a converted van. No problem. The Discout Quebec staff is very professional and friendly.
dilapidated
(Translated by Google) Very old vehicle not comfortable and more dirty at the pick-up. Lots of extra costs.
Tours of Quebec and Niagara Falls
(Translated by Google) Great trip in a beautiful setting and very friendly locals
Perfect
Very well
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well. The motorhome was new, in good condition and very well equipped. We had a good stay.
enthusiastic
(Translated by Google) We had a problem with a leak in the kitchen sink faucet and the help from Canada cruise was great, but the number to call in the states was of no interest;
consumes a lot for us who pay attention to our ecological footprint
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Comfortable and functional motorhome.
TB welcome, very courteous and considerate staff.
(Translated by Google) Our RV was a 5 seater with a nice interior space. Nevertheless, we found the bedding ordered for 2 people basic (a duvet and a kind of rather light duvet with rubber bands, a flat sheet each, a pillow each and towels (in good quantity) + 2 hand towels) because we encountered abnormally low temperatures for the month of May (with frosts at -1°C at the start of our stay). A few faults with the vehicle's gauges, but the staff was very understanding. Another thing, the cabin is very noisy when driving, especially since the roads are REALLY very rough, with potholes that look more like ostrich nests... and it's a sounding board .
Another thing: we did not expect a consumption of 25 liters per 100 km: to anticipate well in the budget. The full tank of our vehicle was 205 liters (i.e. 650 to 700 km for a full tank), which is surprising. Canada is very large and the km accumulate quickly...

Pleasant stay despite the lack of information
(Translated by Google) We rented at the beginning of the season with 2 young children.
We would have liked the lessor to tell us more expressly that 95% of the campsites would be closed, and provide us with the official brochure of the list of Quebec campsites (instead of a vague advertising brochure listing a few campsites, American ones at that). Know that an official and complete brochure exists, a campsite gave it to us (including the very useful opening dates in May!)
Another criticism, lack of explanation on the autonomy duration of the heating in autonomy, indicated for 2 hours while at a reasonable temperature it lasts the whole night. Which was pretty good news but caused a lot of concern when wild camping in zero degrees...
A little light therefore but for travelers a little better prepared than us I recommend 100%. And the children, foreign to all this stress, loved it of course!

Excellent organization.
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well both before and during our trip.
Super !!!
(Translated by Google) We are delighted with our stay. We must deplore, alas that in this period from October 9 to 29, for our part, many sites to visit or of interest are closed, it is a pity. Anyway it was a nice stay. We were able to appreciate the kindness, the availability of Quebecers as well as their civic-mindedness. We fell in love with this charming country.
Correct
(Translated by Google) We would have enjoyed our trip even more if it had been for another period, we did not know Canada so we did not know that in October all the campsites were closed! It would have been nice if we had been warned so that we could organize things differently. Otherwise the motorhome was fine.
great trip
(Translated by Google) It was our first motorhome trip and everything went wonderfully well, whether it was with Julie setting up the project or getting to grips with the vehicle with the person from Cruise Canada who put us on the road. We visited this beautiful country for 12 days and enjoyed these magnificent fall colors. For those who would be tempted by such an experience... beware the parks and campsites close on October 15th. But don't hesitate, everything is so beautiful here and the people are so nice. [...]
Very good service
(Translated by Google) Delighted to have gone through Authentik Canada for the reservation of our van (recreational vehicle) for our honeymoon. Our advisor was always available for our questions, reminded us of important steps and ensured that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Thanks Emily!
1 week in an ''unforgettable'' motorhome
(Translated by Google) We were 4 adults and we had a great stay in the Canadream motorhome, we crossed the Canadian Rockies (end of September) everything went well, an unforgettable experience and one to repeat. The motorhomes are very well equipped and comfortable. The Canadream staff is very nice and professional, (for Calgary) it picks you up at the airport and brings you back to the airport. Thanks a lot [...]
trip to the yukon
Very good service
(Translated by Google) The recovery and return of the motorhome was done without any problem.
The information provided by Authentici Canada was precise and clear.
The motorhome corresponded perfectly to the description provided.
Very good service.
I recommend Authentic Canada for the rental of a Camping Car.
Our RV rental with Cruise Canada from Sep. to Oct 4, 2018
(Translated by Google) Excellent stay overall. Perfect follow-up of the reservation file by Tiffany and very useful itinerary suggestions on the Authentik Canada site. We completed in 27 days a circuit planned for 21 days "(Passionate of Nature"), not to rush, by adding some variants (sometimes constrained by the weather - heavy snowfall in Alberta mid-September and early October! ). We particularly appreciated the National Parks (Banff, Jasper, Mt. Robson), Vancouver, Victoria and the valley (and the wines!) of the Okanagan.
Concerning the Cruise Canada rental vehicle (C-25, registration CEHL-204): Recent RV (23,000 km) and in very good condition (except for the toilet door which opened unexpectedly on the way), but rather reserved design to a summer rental (insufficient insulation for near-winter conditions, loose side door seals allowing drafts to pass!). Likewise, the duvets/bed blankets offered for hire are much too light for autumn temperatures often below 10ºC at night.
We could also suggest that the rental company provide in the equipment kit: wine glasses, larger coffee mugs, a basin or bucket and a mop (useful for the final cleaning). The SIRIUS radio subscription expired during our stay... Is this normal? Or was it up to the customer to extend the subscription? Nothing about this in the rental agreement. A radio with the possibility of Bluetooth connection and speakers / loudspeakers in the rear of the vehicle would also be welcome!
Have traveled 3500 km, average consumption: 22 l/100 km (ordinary "regular" petrol).

A pure moment of pleasure
(Translated by Google) A superb motorhome..very easy to empty. We were very comfortable (there were two of us). Easy to park at campsites. As soon as we can leave, it's 100% sure We're going to Authentik Canada or Usa and with Canadream...Thank you for everything
Ps: just check that the gps is updated.
Perfect...
(Translated by Google) This is the second time we have rented a motorhome with Authentik Canada, the services are perfect. To advice ;-)
Efficient
(Translated by Google) Good advice for the choice. A lot of waiting at canadream because it was impossible to reach them before our arrival.
Clean vehicle in good condition and comfortable.
Good overall - but technical assistance with a non-existent French correspondent
(Translated by Google) Too bad that some explanations were missing before leaving on the operation of the heating, hot water on board the motorhome.
Despite this, we had a Great Stay in Western Canada, having the freedom to stop where and when we want. Sleep in campsites in the middle of nature without being on top of each other. I advise you to go and visit this country in this way.

wonderful trip
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well during our trip. Cruise Canada are very friendly and accommodating, speak both French and English.
Our motorhome drove well and we had no problems.
I recommend them without hesitation.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) For a first camping car experience, we are satisfied overall with the rental, everything is clear when you pick up the vehicle. We regret that the campsites are generally quite expensive, which increases the budget for 3 weeks of travel
A good welcome to start well
Everything was perfect !
Circuit and Vr
(Translated by Google) Superb trip to Canada in VR. Freedom stopped in magical places.
First experience in VR. I recommend this beautiful adventure.
The RV was spacious and very well equipped. Own.
Many thanks to JOANNIE for her professionalism and support.
6 weeks in a motorhome
(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful trip of more than 6350 km and everything went well with the vehicle. For the rest of the organization, it was a personal investment.
Very good stay in a well equipped vehicle.
(Translated by Google) All went well. Good welcome. Just a pity to have to return the vehicle before 10:00 a.m.
