RV hire

Well equipped van with no issues. Authentik Canada very responsive to queries. Only annoyance was that Fraserway would not pick us up from our accommodation as it was an Airbnb not a hotel . Also it took ages to actually pick up the van .

Amazing experience

Renting with four seasons was super easy, Abbotsford is a quite far from Vancouver but we knew this when we booked. They do offer shuttles to airport hotels but these cost, we found it cheaper just to use Uber and saw other renters doing the same.
The RV itself was good, we rented the run of fleet which was a good size and generally good condition. It was 3 years old with about 51k km on the clock (it has the wear and tear you would expect for being lived in a driven for 3 years). We enjoyed that it didn’t have loads of four seasons branding across the exterior unlike many other hire companies. The heating didn’t work our whole trip, the on road support were really good at getting it looked at quickly while we were out and about, but unfortunately they couldn’t fix it. They reimbursed us for an electric heater and waived our excess KM charge at the end due to the inconvenience.
Pick-up and drop-off were super easy, they have a good system going.
It was a fantastic way to see Canada and would recommend this to everyone. Just be sure to book your campsites well in advance! [...]

Camp the Rockies

The whole booking process was easy and the service was very good. Only issue we had was our camper wasn't ready when we arrived. Had to wait 2 hours to prepare a camper for us.

Excellent RV

Great trip, very clear instructions from the staff (although we forgot to ask about the hose which would have been useful!) and a vehicle in excellent condition.

All in all, really good!

We had an amazing time with our RV and everything went Smoothly.
I would have wished for more communication between Authentic Canada and the Rv rental company, since we had to take insurance twice etc.
But overall we were really happy!

Taking an RV around multiple stops in Ontario, but especially the national parks was an unforgettable experience.

Decent camper, but not as fresh as expected

We rented a camper through the same company as last year, and while the service was good and the RV was completely functional, the vehicle itself felt noticeably older than expected. It showed clear signs of wear and tear, including rust on the side mirrors and rust stains on the floor. It got the job done for our trip, but the camper definitely needed to be updated compared to the model we received on our previous trip. [...]

Wow - Simply amazing

We hired the RV for 21 nights and did a circular tour from Vancouver to: Whistler, Cache Creek, Clearwater, Jasper, Banff, Lake Louise, Revelstoke, Summerland, Hope and back. Our RV was top quality and everything was well explained when we picked it up - exceptional service. We booked it via Authentik and our contact was exceptional from start to finish. Good Trip but Worn-out RV

Had a C25 RV for 8 days, decent experience overall. Drove from Vancouver to Toronto, amazing drive well worth doing. Vehicle was OK but a few issues. Supplied water hose had a huge leak so had to buy a new one from a Canadian Tire. Waste hose also holed, fixed with duct tape, come on guys, hoses are cheap and easy to replace. Had a leak inside the waste dump assembly so fluid leaking whenever we parked, reported on drop-off. Wiper blades were crappy, had some rain and had to slow to a crawl in order to see out of the windshield, again cheap fix but hard on the road. Again reported on drop off. Engine warning light lit on the last 2 days, manual indicated fuel issue, keep driving but we were concerned, kept the rig above a quarter tank throughout.

Happily a successful trip but many niggles which kept us concerned. Had better RV hire experiences tbh [...]

Great choice of RV

Not too big, not too small for our family of 5. Great kitchen accomodies (large fridge and freezer)

as advice for future tourists: all campground we did have pic nic tables so there is no direct need to pay extra for camping chairs, if you like coffee, renting a coffee maker with the RV could come in handy

Satisfied

We had a wonderful trip in the RV. The only thing I wasn't too happy with is when we got the hose out it was completely ripped so we weren't able to use it. Because the hose hadn't be checked before hiring out, i wasn't happy to use the gas for the cooker so we didn't use the cooker at all.

Lots of FUN

it was my first time renting an RV, i did not know what to expect,
2 weeks of pure adventure, fun and lots more. i suggest strongly to try it.

loving the van

Canadream were great - very communicative, helpful and efficient. The whole process of picking up and dropping the van was easy and well managed. The van was unbelievably comfortable to us first timers - everything worked very well and was easy.

Good service and good RV

In general we were satisfied with the RV we received. We did not encounter any issues on the road so that was great. The only thing was the high noise the motor had which we felt it wasn’t normal as this was our 2nd time RVing in BC and the last similar RV was very quiet.
In terms of service, highly satisfied with Authentik. Also satisfied with Four Seasons but we waited 1.5 hours to return the RV which is quite long. Lucky us we did not have a plane to catch. A shuttle to Abbotsford international airport would be nice to. Currently they offer only to Vancouver. Would rent again from both. [...]

C30 rental

My experience was amazing, except for I do wish they were upfront about the extra insurance plan. I purchased it but it was for only $3,500 when the actual damage deposit for the RV is $4000 and I was informed that if I had damage/accident from my trip I would have to still pay for that upfront and have Authentik Canada reimburse me back. Now in saying that I didn't have any damages or accidents so it was fine, but had I known that I would have not purchased it through Authentik Canada, I would have actually purchased it from Cruise Canada as the price per day for extra premium coverage was the same and I wouldn't need to front any money in a situation where there was a claim. But other then that, best experience ever! highly recommend to use again. [...]

Disappointed

Booking through Authentik Canada was an easy process. Absolutely no issues. However I was disappointed with our C21 Motorhome from cruise Canada. Everything seemed ok at pickup but we soon noticed a few issues. A tyre pressure sensor fault light would intermittently appear on dash. There was a leak from the dump outlet and a leaky bathroom sink. I notified the helpline but they were not really interested. Also the Black waste indicator never showed empty and by end of the 2 weeks the van would not start without using the backup button [...]

Excellent throughout the whole process

Very easy to book. Ended up with a RV from Fraserway (Four Seasons) which was an excellent vehicle from an excellent company. I think it was cheaper than if I had booked directly with Fraserway. Found Authentik to be extremely responsive and helpful with a change I had to make post booking, and also with a couple of additional queries I had. Excellent service from start to finish.
