RV rental
Very cool
It was our first time making a trip with an RV so we don’t have great experience. The RV C21 is great, very spacious and comfortable to live in. Has a lot of storage space and every comfort. Maybe it is even a bit too big for a couple. Next time we would maybe rent a sprinter (without the bed over the drivers seat) as this is faster and easier to drive and we didn’t need the extra bed anyway.
There were some extra costs that I was not so happy about, (preparation cost -??-, propane, dumping, bedding and kitchen kits) because I thought they would be included in the rent price. We received the car with 2/3 full tank which was very difficult to calculate how much exactly was that when we brought it back. Unfortunately we tanked more but they couldn’t compensate us for the extra gas.

Worth booking
We really enjoyed our RV, picking up the RV was easy everything was explained to us and it had everything we needed, we was a bit overwhelmed driving it for the first time but the roads are so big it didn’t take long to get the hang of it, it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in it. We did take the RV back early as we wanted to spend more time in Vancouver, taking it back wasn’t a problem either. I think it’s a great way to see Canada. [...]
First class
Everything about this rental was spot on. RV was ready upon arrival, clean and ready to go, walk round and demonstration was clear and staff were only too helpful. RV was Everything we needed for a drive up to Jasper. Return was just as simple and easy. I would have no hesitation in using Four Seasons again.
Vehicle exchanged after failure
Soon after we collected our motorhome, as we drove out into the countryside, the fresh water tank failed catastrophically. No repair or replacement could be arranged at our first or second stops, so we had to return to base after a few days without running water.
We transferred our possessions and continued our holiday in a more modern vehicle which served us well. The staff at the base and on the emergency helpline were courteous and helpful, but we were disappointed that the problem could not be solved sooner and with less disruption to our itinerary.

Could not fault this company at all. Martin at check-in was warm and friendly, Dennis who showed us around the rv and went through absolutely everything with us was a gem
The rv itself was more than we expected and gave us the base for the most wonderful holiday we could ever have had. Checking back in was easy and and added bonus was being dropped off at the airport. We could not recommend this company more, we would absolutely use them again and advise others to as well

Fraser way we’re brilliant. Authentik were awful.
Our contact with Fraserway was seamless, efficient and the RV and the internal and external equipment were in excellent condition. Shuttles and checking in and checking out processes all efficient and professional.
Communication and the service from Authentik was awful, probably amongst the worse customer service we have ever had the misfortune to experience.We had to chase for days for a response to queries about the basics of completing our booking , once spending hours trying to find a contact number to send a WhatsApp message asking for someone to please reply to our emails. The representative was often out of office for days at a time . Once she arranged a back up but this person was an equally poor communicator who quickly told us our questions would have to wait until our representative returned because she could not answer them. We had one conversation early on about our initial thoughts on our route and received a bit of advice , but that was it. There were frequent points throughout our trip when we reflected on how some advice from Authentik would have been really useful. We honestly wondered what we had paid them for. Our strong advice would be to try to book with Fraserway direct or use a different tour operator and book early so you get optimum choice about the vehicle you book.

Yukon Road trip
Vehicle ie Ford truck was excellent.Handled well.The actual camper on the truck was showing its age.It showed evidence of many rental trips. ie lots of scratches and a broken mirror inside.t was not until we got to Dawson that we discovered the camper waste tanks had not been emptied at the dealership.It was without any sink stoppers(3) missing.There was a broom but no dustpan.It was challenging to get rid off the cut inside. The fresh water connection leaked constantly .I even obtained replacement washers but that couldn't fix it.Quality control at dealership is lacking. [...]
11 nights RV tour from Vancouver to Calgary
The RV was in good conditions, 70.000km. we contracted wifi point that did not work but got a refund. Later a small incident with the water valve, but that was also solved the next day. It was ok for 2 adults and one child, only little storage space for our big suit cases. Good pick up service and shuttle back, very friendly staff.
I would repeat Four Seasons
Excellent service
Due to Air Canada disruption, we had to re-schedule our trip to Nova Scotia at short notice. I contacted Authentik on a Saturday and by the following Monday our pre-booked van dates had been changed at no additional cost. Very pleased with the service!

Great RV experience
The whole experience was great from booking through to pick up and beyond, fraserway picked us up and dropped us back at the airport too
The RV was pretty much new, the convenience pack gave us everything you needed except a mop or a dustpan and brush
We had a small tpms fault but they found us a local garage and it was sorted in a couple hours.
What an amazing trip, we drove the island from Victoria to Parksville and Tofino and then whistler back to Vancouver and it was incredible, be sure to pre-book your ferry's.
I was a bit concerned about this size RV but most roads are very wide and you can drive on a UK car licence even though it weighs 6 tons.

RV Rental From Fraserwat
Very good rental of a conversion van. Staff support was great and RV was nice. Only recommendation would be that the Bedford office needs to be staffed more effectively for pick up and drop off. This should be a more efficient process and take less time - this was the only negative.

The vehicle was in great condition and the staff were very helpful. I would certainly use them again.
Fantastic way to adventure!
Authentik Canada made renting the RV a really easy experience - their communication was quick and helpful.
Four Seasons RV was spotlessly clean and relatively new. It had everything you need for the trip included. The bed above the cab was cosy, the space (given the smaller size of our RV) was very imaginative and everything worked as expected. We were shown how to use everything when we collected it and it was all simple to get used to.
The fridge and freezer was larger than expected and the awning with LED lights were handy in the evening.
The only tiny frustration was the curtain splitting the cab from the living quarters - the button that it clipped into was useless and it kept falling off!
Other than that, no complaints whatsoever :-)

We arrived at Four Seasons to find the vehicle we were expecting had been in an accident. Without any hassle we were upgraded to a bigger vehicle for the same price.

The gas was less than 3/4 full and the black and grey water were two thirds full
I should have checked. They have no sanidump at the rv pickup in Calgary .
Also check on what you have if renting kitchen utensils and such. Things missing !!
not happy with the ending of the situation
rv that we book the shower pipe was not connected properly so we ad to come back to change it then the next rv that we have fridge stop working shower was leaking again and generator was not working properly ending up not enjoying are trip cause of all the problems that we have
Great easy service
The whole experience was easy and very professional. Our vehicle the TC Bunc suited our needs perfectly. The truck itself was a virtually brand new Ford F450 and was a pleasure to drive with endless power for those long and sometimes steep very rough roads. The camper on the back was a four birth and had ample room for the two of us, it was clearly older than the truck with some age related marks but overall lovely for touring around. [...]
Faultless experience
This was our first time in Canada and first time hiring an RV, and I have to say it was an utterly faultless experience for us from beginning to end, picking the RV up and running through everything was informative and relaxed even allowing us to video her so we wouldnt get anything wrong, the RV was spotless and it never missed a beat...
Handing it back was a simple procedure PLUS...They took us into Calgary city centre to our hotel a good 30 minute drive at no extra cost... amazing, an altogether great service I would highly recommend.

Amazing RV rental experience!
We booked a 2 week RV trip through Autentik using Four Seasons RV's from Calgary to Jasper in June 2025. Booking early also gave us a discount. On-line booking, phone conversations beforehand, at check-in and then at departure was efficient, friendly & informative. Kudo's & thank you to all the staff!
We were picked up and returned to the Calgary airport by complimentary shuttle, a 20 minute ride with an informative, friendly shuttle driver. He even went back to the Four Seasons RV base after dropping us off at the Calgary airport for our return flight & then drove back my husband's jacket which he'd forgotten in the RV when checking out. The RV was well-stocked, we needed nothing. A few phone calls prior to the trip to Four Seasons confirmed what was included for the trip. The RV was clean & ran perfect. We booked the unlimited mileage & glad we did. The convenience of having our own vehicle/accommodations made the trip so much better. We would 100% rent from Authentik/Four Seasons again!

Perfect RV for a road trip
Service from Fraserway was great from the start , Camper was fully functional, lovely lay out, fully equipped, all worked well for the duration of our trip. Return inspection swift and transferrs included in the price! Excellent.
Visiting from UK - 7 day Calgary RV hire
Pickup and drop off from Calgary was very smooth. RV was immaculate and everything in order. Thankfully no need for support during our week long trip. Rookie error was to leave it late to book campsites....you can have the nicest RV and the most amazing places to visit but poor campsites can be a let down....do your research and book them early! Only a few disappointments with Canadream rv was that you're not allowed to use the awning (permanently fixed shut) so when it was raining and every other camper was sitting out under their awnings, we had to sit inside...would look for alternative next time. No satnav so had to use our mobile phone. Wasnt really looking to use the built in tv but would have been handy on the wet nights.. campsites said they provided a signal but didnt pick anything up so waste of time...take playing cards!. Also when collecting the rv I would have expected it to have been full of fuel, I didn't expect to have to take it and return it with whatever was left in the tank from the previous driver...not the best start to a new journey...they should be provided and returned full. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and were happy with Canadream but would want awning for future trips. [...]
