Good service and good RV

In general we were satisfied with the RV we received. We did not encounter any issues on the road so that was great. The only thing was the high noise the motor had which we felt it wasn’t normal as this was our 2nd time RVing in BC and the last similar RV was very quiet.
In terms of service, highly satisfied with Authentik. Also satisfied with Four Seasons but we waited 1.5 hours to return the RV which is quite long. Lucky us we did not have a plane to catch. A shuttle to Abbotsford international airport would be nice to. Currently they offer only to Vancouver. Would rent again from both. [...]

C30 rental

My experience was amazing, except for I do wish they were upfront about the extra insurance plan. I purchased it but it was for only $3,500 when the actual damage deposit for the RV is $4000 and I was informed that if I had damage/accident from my trip I would have to still pay for that upfront and have Authentik Canada reimburse me back. Now in saying that I didn't have any damages or accidents so it was fine, but had I known that I would have not purchased it through Authentik Canada, I would have actually purchased it from Cruise Canada as the price per day for extra premium coverage was the same and I wouldn't need to front any money in a situation where there was a claim. But other then that, best experience ever! highly recommend to use again. [...]

Disappointed

Booking through Authentik Canada was an easy process. Absolutely no issues. However I was disappointed with our C21 Motorhome from cruise Canada. Everything seemed ok at pickup but we soon noticed a few issues. A tyre pressure sensor fault light would intermittently appear on dash. There was a leak from the dump outlet and a leaky bathroom sink. I notified the helpline but they were not really interested. Also the Black waste indicator never showed empty and by end of the 2 weeks the van would not start without using the backup button [...]

Perfect vehicle

Our vehicle was brand new and did exactly what we wanted. The staff were courteous and quick too.

Excellent throughout the whole process

Very easy to book. Ended up with a RV from Fraserway (Four Seasons) which was an excellent vehicle from an excellent company. I think it was cheaper than if I had booked directly with Fraserway. Found Authentik to be extremely responsive and helpful with a change I had to make post booking, and also with a couple of additional queries I had. Excellent service from start to finish. Based on my experience with Authentik I would highly recommend booking through them. [...]

Greens Road trip 2026

We selected CanaDream as a premium RV rental provider in Canada.
From biking to pickup the service could not have been better with our RV being in first class condition and everything you could wish for.
However on collection we were advised that the awning on our brand new RV was damaged so we would not be able to use it which was very annoying based on the forecasted weather conditions are that we would have limited time to set up camp each night. However on return we found out that in fact the CanaDream have disabled the awnings on all of their fleet to try and maintain the condition of them to enhance the resale value of the RV when being resold in 3 years time. If we knew this in advance this might have affected our decision to go with CanaDream.
We also ordered the linen pack which I must say was very good quality of bedding and towels with enough to change these half way through our trip.
The kitchen and cutlery patch however was not what we had and would expect. The kitchen pack is ordered per RV unlike the linen pack which is ordered per person. However even though the RV had the capacity to take 5-6 people there was only sufficient plates, glasses and cutlery for the number of people on the booking. In our case this was three people so we only had three plates, knives forks and spoons glasses etc which we meant we were continually having wash up and clean them to use them again sometimes in the same meal. It would not be to much of a problem and probably simpler to manage to add enough for the full capacity of the RV.
This biggest issue that we however had and what became a major distraction to the enjoyment of our trip was that we were refused entry to the car ferry at Tobermory due to the propane tank on the RV being to large at 73ltr than the 65ltr limit and over there allowable limit on health and safety grounds by the ferry operator even though CanaDream had added their own label to say that the tank was smaller at 63 ltr than it really was. After extensive calls with the CanaDream support team they were unfortunately unable to resolve the issue with the ferry operator and we were turned away leaving us with a potential 1200km / 12-14 hour to drive around. Even more frustrating was that the CanaDream staff including the manager at the Toronto pickup location were fully aware of our itinerary but did now make us aware of this.
We then ended up loosing out of two pre-paid campsites and driving 100’s more miles than planned and missing out on a number of pre planned places to stop and visit.
Overall we still would recommend CanaDream to others but others should be aware of these issues before making a decision to book with them.

Fraserway, Cookstown, Toronto - A great place to hire a RV

My wife and I hired a RV from Fraserway in Cookstown, Toronto through Authentik. The price quoted by Authentik was very competitive. The RV was in excellent condition, very clean and extremely well stocked (there was even a flyswat!) The staff at Fraserway, Cookstown were very friendly and efficient. Our agent took plenty of time and care talking us through the operation of the van. [...]

Seamless experience

We rented the C Small RV and was very pleased with the vehicle. It was practically brand new and in an excellent clean condition. Booking with Authentik was extremely easy as was the pick up and drop off with Fraserway. I would definitely recommend them both.

Great experience with some minor irritations

First RV trip for retired couple. RV rookies but well-prepared having watched the tutorials before pick-up from Calagary.
We had a great trip using fully-serviced sites so the capabilities of the F350 / RV unit wasn’t stretched and this would have been a 5-star review except for the following irritations:

The truck had minor damage to the left front fender which meant that the DLR wasn’t illuminated. Whilst the damage was noted on pick-up the non-functioning DLR wasn’t immediately obvious. My understanding is that this is a traffic violation and certainly back home in the UK a rental company would not be permitted to allow a vehicle out under those circumstances. A case of keeping the truck generating revenue than getting it fixed!

The cutlery / crockery pack for 2 was minimal - workable but annoying!

We had to spend some considerable time on the first morning hunting out a supply of blue toilet pods required when emptying out the black waste as none were supplied. Describing and identifying a supply (rookie campers remember) became immensely irritating but we were eventually pointed to a Canadian Tire store. No mention of this in the documentation (that we could see).

Other than that - very happy! [...]

World Cup Road Trip

Le Baroudeur was perfect for a quick road trip through New England to Boston for the World Cup. The North Eastern States are beautiful and the Scottish partying in Boston was amazing. Once in a lifetime trip.

Rv experience

1. Customer service at Fraserway pickup in Vancouver was not very good. Didn’t really explain everything properly ran though everything in about 10 mins then just walked off without no enjoy your trip or anything
2. Rv we were renting was not to high standard as I feel it was an old model E.G. Water heater was not working for 3 days until we had to take to get repaired to location not on our route - fraserway kamloops were great to get us back on road quickly
Cupboard locks were breaking which ment doors kept coming open when driving
Screws were coming out which I had to rescrew in to get shutters to open and close
Heating on worked through two vents and not all four
Sink had no cover so prepping food was very awkward
Ladder did not fit in hooks so only way to get to top bed was to climb on seats
Annoyingly these issues were all found once on the road
I only give three stars as Calgary customer services were great. Waived our extra mileage and arranged for us to be taken to our hotel before flight home
Authentik Canada were great especially alexia lessard
It was only the state of the rv that let the whole experience down [...]

Perfect experience

I was very happy with the package we were able to get from Authentik Canada and the whole rental experience with Canadream. The vehicle was brand new, very comfortable and the whole staff helpful and pleasant. Our trip was a huge success!

Great Customer Service and Pricing - Would Book Again!

I’ve booked with Authentik Canada twice now, and Alexia has been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful on both bookings. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I’ve consistently found the best rates through this site.

Most recently, we drove an RV from Vancouver, Canada to Las Vegas and back, and everything went perfectly. The RV was reliable, we had no mechanical issues, and the entire trip went smoothly from start to finish.

Very cool

It was our first time making a trip with an RV so we don’t have great experience. The RV C21 is great, very spacious and comfortable to live in. Has a lot of storage space and every comfort. Maybe it is even a bit too big for a couple. Next time we would maybe rent a sprinter (without the bed over the drivers seat) as this is faster and easier to drive and we didn’t need the extra bed anyway.
There were some extra costs that I was not so happy about, (preparation cost -??-, propane, dumping, bedding and kitchen kits) because I thought they would be included in the rent price. We received the car with 2/3 full tank which was very difficult to calculate how much exactly was that when we brought it back. Unfortunately we tanked more but they couldn’t compensate us for the extra gas. [...]

Worth booking

We really enjoyed our RV, picking up the RV was easy everything was explained to us and it had everything we needed, we was a bit overwhelmed driving it for the first time but the roads are so big it didn’t take long to get the hang of it, it was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in it. We did take the RV back early as we wanted to spend more time in Vancouver, taking it back wasn’t a problem either. I think it’s a great way to see Canada. [...]

First class

Everything about this rental was spot on. RV was ready upon arrival, clean and ready to go, walk round and demonstration was clear and staff were only too helpful. RV was Everything we needed for a drive up to Jasper. Return was just as simple and easy. I would have no hesitation in using Four Seasons again.

Vehicle exchanged after failure

Soon after we collected our motorhome, as we drove out into the countryside, the fresh water tank failed catastrophically. No repair or replacement could be arranged at our first or second stops, so we had to return to base after a few days without running water.

We transferred our possessions and continued our holiday in a more modern vehicle which served us well. The staff at the base and on the emergency helpline were courteous and helpful, but we were disappointed that the problem could not be solved sooner and with less disruption to our itinerary. [...]

Could not fault this company at all. Martin at check-in was warm and friendly, Dennis who showed us around the rv and went through absolutely everything with us was a gem
The rv itself was more than we expected and gave us the base for the most wonderful holiday we could ever have had. Checking back in was easy and and added bonus was being dropped off at the airport. We could not recommend this company more, we would absolutely use them again and advise others to as well [...]

Fraser way we’re brilliant. Authentik were awful.

Our contact with Fraserway was seamless, efficient and the RV and the internal and external equipment were in excellent condition. Shuttles and checking in and checking out processes all efficient and professional.
Communication and the service from Authentik was awful, probably amongst the worse customer service we have ever had the misfortune to experience.We had to chase for days for a response to queries about the basics of completing our booking , once spending hours trying to find a contact number to send a WhatsApp message asking for someone to please reply to our emails. The representative was often out of office for days at a time . Once she arranged a back up but this person was an equally poor communicator who quickly told us our questions would have to wait until our representative returned because she could not answer them. We had one conversation early on about our initial thoughts on our route and received a bit of advice , but that was it. There were frequent points throughout our trip when we reflected on how some advice from Authentik would have been really useful. We honestly wondered what we had paid them for. Our strong advice would be to try to book with Fraserway direct or use a different tour operator and book early so you get optimum choice about the vehicle you book. [...]

Yukon Road trip

Vehicle ie Ford truck was excellent.Handled well.The actual camper on the truck was showing its age.It showed evidence of many rental trips. ie lots of scratches and a broken mirror inside.t was not until we got to Dawson that we discovered the camper waste tanks had not been emptied at the dealership.It was without any sink stoppers(3) missing.There was a broom but no dustpan.It was challenging to get rid off the cut inside. The fresh water connection leaked constantly .I even obtained replacement washers but that couldn't fix it.Quality control at dealership is lacking. [...]

11 nights RV tour from Vancouver to Calgary

The RV was in good conditions, 70.000km. we contracted wifi point that did not work but got a refund. Later a small incident with the water valve, but that was also solved the next day. It was ok for 2 adults and one child, only little storage space for our big suit cases. Good pick up service and shuttle back, very friendly staff.

I would repeat Four Seasons

Excellent service

Due to Air Canada disruption, we had to re-schedule our trip to Nova Scotia at short notice. I contacted Authentik on a Saturday and by the following Monday our pre-booked van dates had been changed at no additional cost. Very pleased with the service!

Great RV experience

The whole experience was great from booking through to pick up and beyond, fraserway picked us up and dropped us back at the airport too

The RV was pretty much new, the convenience pack gave us everything you needed except a mop or a dustpan and brush

We had a small tpms fault but they found us a local garage and it was sorted in a couple hours.

What an amazing trip, we drove the island from Victoria to Parksville and Tofino and then whistler back to Vancouver and it was incredible, be sure to pre-book your ferry's.

I was a bit concerned about this size RV but most roads are very wide and you can drive on a UK car licence even though it weighs 6 tons.

Great service from authentik too. Would book again [...]
