Excellent service and vehicle condition
Excellent service received by the staff at Fraserway and by the team at Authentic. Vehicle was very new and clean and met all of our expectations.
Great holiday!
It was a hassle-free pick-up and drop-off with Four Seasons / Fraserway. They collected us from the hotel exactly at the agreed time and dropped us at the airport afterwards. Great service. Thank you Authentik for helping arrange this!
Good renting experience

the introduction of the guide was useless , but paying in advance for not having to clean the out side and insides was a wise decision
Best way to travel
First time renting an RV, had lots of questions and the staff at Authentik were all very helpful and prompt with their responses. Very good experience and would use them again.
Our Rv
Great company to hire from. Vey clean and tidy RV. Staff we very friendly and helpful answered any problems we had. Only negative was when contacted about a problem with a door, they never got back to us( but we managed with the door)
Rocking the Rockies
RV was new, clean and staff were excellent. We had great fun. Only recommendation is they get busy so get there before 9am on collection and drop off otherwise it’s takes over an hour
Good service but problematic RV
Large and spacious RV with abundant provision of crockery, cooking utensils, bedding etc. Unfortunately, the fridge.freezer stopped working as soon as we hooked up to the electricity at our first campsite. Fraserway sent an instruction manual by email describing how to reset it but still required us to part-dismantle the machinery. Next the door handle broke and again we were instructed how to swap the freezer handle over to open the fridge, again requiring a screwdriver and handiywork. A leak at the water heater caused the water pump to cut in repeatedly when no water was being used. To their credit, Fraserway immediately waived the excess mileage charge on returning the vehicle in view of the problems we had experienced. [...]

From start to finish authentik Canada have been extremely helpful. This holiday was booked in 2019 and was booked for June 2020 due to covid it had to be postponed not once but twice . Through out this time the staff kept me informed of my options and answered all my questions efficiently . The motor home was well maintained and we had no issues at all . When we picked it up in Calgary the staff took time and explained everything to us . The interior was flawless everything worked and the pots pans , Cutlery and bed clothes perfect. This was a holiday of a lifetime so thank you authentik Canada for making it happen. [...]

Excellent campervan disappointing authentik experience
The service provided by four seasons and the campervan and facilities provided were excellent and could not be faulted. When we booked authentik had an offer where mileage was free which we included but upon check out with four seasons had to pay for the milage in addition as it hadn't been included with our authentik booking documentation.
Wonderful two weeks
The RV was clean and well prepared. It seemed a little noisy the first day but ran well after that. The online video was useful in preparing for the trip and made the handover more relevant.
You have to pay for bedding and kitchen equipment. The recent rise in petrol (gas) prices meant quite a hefty fuel bill.
We traveled from Vancouver to Whistler to Kamloops to Jasper to Lake Louise to Banff to Calgary and covered about 2,300 Kms.
I would recommend this trip to anyone to enjoy the marvelous scenery and the warmth of the Canadian people.

Fun fall trip
We really enjoyed the RV. It was our first time doing this though we are very experienced campers.
We were very very pleased with the support from CanaDream throughout the trip and would gladly use them again in future.
Fantastic first experience with RV
After dreaming and planning for a year, finally we could travel to Canada and go on a two-week trip with TCA. Authentic Canada employees were very helpful and friendly and provided us with all of their professional advices. The Pickup service was also very smooth and friendly staff walked us through everything.
It was so fascinating to see how much space and comfort we got in such a (reletavely) small camper. Customer service were also very supportive in case we had any questions or issues. We definetly would like to try RV camping in Canada again and discover more beautiful places.

Le service offert à notre arrivée et notre retour au centre de location à Calgary a été impeccable.Explications claires et précises sur l’utilisation du VR . Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu en petit ennui avec le frigo, nous avons utilisé leur ligne d’aide durant voyage : retour d’appel rapide d’un agent qui nous a trouvé rapidement un réparateur près de notre emplacement, même si nous étions un samedi.Une équipe bien rôdée et un VR qui répondait à nos besoins voilà une partie du succès de notre voyage aller-retour de Calgary à Jasper. British Columbia 2021
We had some issues with our motor home on the first day. Our air conditioning and outlets didn’t work due to a burnt wire under our bed. Fraser way RV was quick to send out someone to fix it. Day 7 into our 10 day trip it happened again so they sent out a whole new motor home to us in Fairmont. At drop off we were then refunded a portion of what we paid. Yes, we had some serious issues but I think Authentik Canada/RV Fraserway handled everything properly. [...]
Best Campervan Ever
Hands down the best road trip I have ever been on! Everything from booking with Authentik, to picking up the van from Karma was so easy and organized, it really was stress free! The van itself was also great - very modern interior, super comfy, easy to drive, my girlfriend and I loved every second we were living in it. We called it “our house”. Super awesome.
I’ll definitely be renting again and highly recommend you do the same!

Super happy with our Fraserway RV rental through Authentik. It was our first time and I have to say I don't think I can go back to tent camping!
Amazing van, amazing country and easy service
We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and the van was just about bug enough for the 3 of us. I was expecting more problems with the drop-off at the end of our trip with van inspection but it was a quick handover and no problems with our deposit.
The van itself was very easy to drive even for me with no experience of driving anything that large previously, and we had no problems with it during the 3 weeks.

Wonderful way to access the Rockies
We hired a Fraserway ‘Adventurer 4’ (also known as an ‘Overlander’) for a 14-night trip from Calgary to Vancouver. We have a 2-year-old boy, so we wanted an RV where he would be in the cab with us, not sat in the back. We also wanted a lot of space: the Overlander met these requirements. This was our first ever time in an RV/motorhome (we had not used one in our native UK). It was a great experience; Fraserway’s collection/drop-off worked very well. Also, our pre-trip support from Casandra at Authentik Canada (Motorhome-Canada.com) was superb; our many questions were dealt with swiftly and smoothly! [...]

professional, serious and pleasant experience
Our experience of Fraserway was that they are a professional, serious and comfortable business. We rented a TruckCamper and everything worked perfectly. The car was almost new, well equipped and very clean up nicely. We will definitely use Fraserway again if given the opportunity and highly recommend them to others
NOVA SCOTIA by CAMPER
NOVA SCOTIA is beautiful to begin with...but seeing it by driving the back roads in a CANADREAM CAMPER is the way to go.
The Canadream staff under the direction of Wilhelm Hermes were friendly, helpful and professional at the same time. Andrea started us off with setting us up, giving us maps and pointing us in the right direction. Our 21 foot TRANSIT 350 was well equipped, not too big and quite comfortable. WE traveled over 2500km in eight days all over the coast, the parks, the forests and small towns everywhere. The weather was perfect, the people were friendly, and seafood was unbeatable. Upon our return, the staff again made our checkout quick and easy, with David even transferring us back to Halifax airport. Wilhelm runs a well organized experience, and CANADREAM does all the rest.

Brand New RV
We had the C20 RV from Fraserway. Ideal for 2 ppl. I would put 4 ppl in it.. that might be tight.
Service was good. Coffee and Hot dogs while you wait. In peak season expect 2-4 hrs to get your RV and explained how all works.
