Almost new car with full tank and ready to use
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well despite a fairly long wait to pick up the car and a lot of traffic to return it to Trudeau airport. The car was almost new and it drove very well. We had no bad surprises on the price side, it was as Authentik Canada had indicated.
location Quebec
(Translated by Google) we rented a car for 12 days in Quebec and everything went well. the return is particularly fast and efficient, allowing you to save time at the airport.
Excellent service
(Translated by Google) Agency near the hotel
Receipt of the vehicle on time
Vehicle overclassified to meet our request for 4 large pieces of luggage
Well equipped and recent car
Perfect !
(Translated by Google) The departure and return of the vehicle went very well.
We had an almost new Golf instead of a Spark!
Booking with Authentik was easy with an advisor who was particularly available and attentive to our needs.
No problem

(Translated by Google) Impeccable service and at the best price quality price! Thanks to Chloe for her service.

(Translated by Google) Everything went well. The welcome was excellent at the Montroyal agency. We had a golf which was very comfortable.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) modern car (KIA forte EX), new (second user), well equipped and comfortable for a very competitive price.
But car not ready on arrival. Wait 30 mins. Quick and easy discount. To recommend.
Rental meets my expectations
Excellent !
(Translated by Google) Good service, almost new car, no worries.
When picking up the fast service vehicle, when returning the service vehicle even faster.
In addition, upon booking they give us access to various services (such as advice on the Canadian highway code - very useful - or a travel guide, etc...) which allow us to prepare well in advance. .
Satisfied, I will book again at AUTHENTIK CANDA, without hesitation.

No particular problems, vehicle in very good condition,
(Translated by Google) Compliant service, return to the airport a bit difficult given the crowd.
Car rental for roadtrips in Canada and the United States
(Translated by Google) Everything went well, no complaints about the rental. We are satisfied.
Bon service
(Translated by Google) The recovery of the vehicle in Toronto was complicated because there was a large number of customers at Avis.
On the other hand, the return of the vehicle to Montreal was very simple and quick.
a little low
Efficient service, nickel car
(Translated by Google) Picking up the car was quick (I arrived when the agency opened). In 30min I left with the car.
We had a Toyota Corrola automatic. Pleasant to drive and spacious. We were two adults plus a child. Our three large suitcases fit right into the trunk.
We had no issues during the three weeks of travel. And the fuel consumption was correct.
The return to the airport was very quick given the number of returns at that time. You have to send us the check out by email (I hope not to have any bad surprises).
Pretty happy with this rental.

Car rental at discount via authenticcanada.com
(Translated by Google) Everything went well, I received the rental documents well in advance and had no problems picking up the car. My advisor has always responded to my emails in a very short time.
Volkswagen Golf
(Translated by Google) I had an almost new Volkswagen Golf. The only problem is the non-integrated GPS. Paying $100 plus tax for a separate malfunctioning Garmin is too expensive. In the end, I used Waze on the phone. If I had known that the GPS was not integrated, I would not have taken this option.
40 dollars to return the car in another city than the one of departure. All inclusive rate remains the most competitive I have found

Excellent
(Translated by Google) Just one excellent word. Home service availability the best. Do not hesitate to entrust your trip to AUTHENTIK CANADA
Very good service combined Avis + Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Vehicle rental through Authentik Canada works perfectly. It even allowed me to obtain a rental from Avis which was not possible, available via the rental company's official website. Avis is one of the few vehicle rental operators that allows Drop Off between certain cities at no extra cost (returning your vehicle to a different city from the original one). It depends on the cities of course, but between Vancouver and Calgary it works perfectly, and between 300 and 400 CAD the drop off, it is worth checking between the rental companies. To check the conditions of the Drop Off, you have to remember to click on the links offered by Authentik, it is not necessarily easy.
The vehicle is not necessarily the one originally offered, but the quality and size are equivalent. For example, we got a GMC Acadia instead of a Sport Utility Jeep Compass.

Perfect and easy
(Translated by Google) We were picked up by the downtown agency (Vancouver). The staff was very friendly, the file was quickly compiled. We received our car keys after 10 minutes, and were upgraded (larger model). The return of the vehicle was very easy, a quick tour of the vehicle by the operator and that was it. We have been renting our car for 2 years through Authentik Canada, no complaints, the service is perfect! [...]
Very good performance
(Translated by Google) Waiting time 20 minutes, good welcome, competent staff, very good vehicle, good price, good return without surprise. In short, it was very good.
Good surprise
(Translated by Google) Jeep Sahara not very comfortable but still great.
Thank you authentic!
(Translated by Google) Reactivity, attentive listening, kindness! My car rental with Authentik went very well, despite our last minute change of schedule.
Comfortable
(Translated by Google) Excellent car for traveling across Canada on roads and roads.
Sufficiently powerful and a trunk to put four good suitcases.
I would have preferred to sign the certificate for the condition of the bodywork after having inspected it, so I had the person who accompanied me to add my comments on the bodywork to my copy in the garage.
I would have preferred to see the rental of this one on the Internet that a fee to return the car to another place would be charged to me 300€.
I only saw it when confirming the rental but maybe I wasn't paying attention...
Otherwise very pleased with this vehicle.
I recommend...
