Car rental

An unfortunate start but a good sequel.

(Translated by Google) Arrived at Avis with a person who did not understand French well, we were charged 80 dollars for which we did not know.
After several exchanges with the counter agent, we contacted our Authentik Canada advisor. She was able to solve the problem and avoid this unjustified surplus. Thanks to authentic Canada and 0 for review.

Inexpensive and effective

(Translated by Google) By going through Authentik I was able to get a rental at a competitive price at Discount.
There, everything went well, the car was fine and the company didn't make a fuss.

Thanks !

Location impala Chevrolet

(Translated by Google) Superb car very comfortable with very secure guarantees

medium

Perfect little car for a solo road trip.

(Translated by Google) Picking up the car at the Calgary airport was extremely quick and the drop off at the Vancouver airport even quicker. For my use, the car was perfect. Not very powerful, it felt in the many climbs in the Rockies. But since the speed was limited and I was very lightly loaded, it didn't really have an influence.

Very satisfied

(Translated by Google) We had taken a mid-range car for our trip to Canada, it went very well.
We were able to easily travel from Montreal to Ottawa, Quebec or Tadoussac.
Picking up and returning to the airport is also easy.

Note however that if you choose the option of filling the tank on return by the agency, you will be charged the FULL tank, regardless of the quantity it is already in.

Overall we are very satisfied with this rental, the car was a Nissan Sentra and it suited our needs perfectly. [...]

Perfect service!!

(Translated by Google) We had an almost new golf at the Montreal airport, impeccable service, car returned to the Toronto airport, GPS, second driver (wife), all at no additional cost.
I highly recommend Authentik Canada, I will rent with them again if needed without any worries.

Three weeks in Canada

(Translated by Google) Recent vehicle and compliant with my order

Super

(Translated by Google) The car indicated on the authentik Canada site is not necessarily the same as one has once there. We had a mitsubishi outlander. The reception at Avis was very pleasant and we got the car very quickly.
Experience to renew

Great first experience

(Translated by Google) Very good relations with Authentik for the reservation of the vehicle: attentive, reactive. In my opinion, more attractive rates than a direct rental with the rental company, without forgetting the comfortable and reassuring side. No difficulty picking up the vehicle in Quebec, some difficulty finding Avis in Toronto...we had chosen the Hudson Bay Center agency...you have to enter the public car park, located next to the Marriot car park. [...]

On point

(Translated by Google) Service to the point very well received by the staff who are very friendly and attentive. Easy procedure.
We were entitled to a vehicle upgrade, which made drivers and passengers happy.

Very good service

(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied, we were very well received and as a bonus a free upgrade. Very good value for money
I highly recommend

Nice performance

(Translated by Google) Beautiful Vehicle. On the other hand the engine is a little weak compared to the size of the car

Car rental for tourism in the Bas-Saint-Laurent from May 6 to 10, 2019

(Translated by Google) Car completely in line with our needs, impeccable and without history.
I particularly appreciated the availability at a hotel near the center of Quebec and the ride back to our hotel on the way back.

Very professional

(Translated by Google) Listening, in prices,

on class

(Translated by Google) thrifty provided me with a bigger car and with all the options an impala I congratulate marie-Andrée for her work

nice car

(Translated by Google) I enjoyed discovering Quebec in a jeep Wrangler rubicon.

Non-compliant reservation

(Translated by Google) We are unhappy because we did not have the reserved vehicle but a Volswagen Tiguan, smaller than the dodge caravan and we paid the same price as for the Dodge. We were 5 adults + 1 baby in his seat and we were very crowded with luggage and we were tight to see very tight.

Service excellent

(Translated by Google) Vehicle delivered to the airport, no waiting, competent person, easy to reach
To recommend

Good experience

(Translated by Google) No particular problem, everything went well. From the reservation on the site, the recovery of the car until its return.
The car was also very good, although with higher fuel consumption than we initially thought. This one was nice and full of options.
We are all happy with the experience.

Very satisfied

(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the contact and the responsiveness of the contact at Authentik, the vehicle was a practically new Kia Sorento 7 seats.

To recommend

(Translated by Google) My rental for 10 days between Toronto and Montreal went very well. Good communication with Authentik Canada, I recommend.

Very nice experience with Authentik Canada and Thrifty

(Translated by Google) I had a great experience with Authentik Canada and Thrifty for car rental. Customer service was responsive even when our flight was delayed 24 hours. I highly recommend Authentik Canada.

in the top

(Translated by Google) Very easy reservation via authentik canada then very fast recovery of the vehicle at the Thrifty agency with even the chance to have for the same price a car of the category above (rav4). Return of the vehicle very quickly as well. And no additional costs to pay.
Everything was perfect and the staff very friendly and smiling. I recommend

Convenient website. Good responsiveness

(Translated by Google) No worries to recommend
