(Translated by Google) We did not have the reserved car but an equivalent car
Decent service
Satisfied, hassle-free upgrade
(Translated by Google) Scared when we arrived, the Chevrolet Cruze was no longer available, but Discount reacted very well by offering us a free upgrade to a larger and more powerful vehicle, the Jeep Wrangler V6.
Very good experience in summary, fast and well organized vehicle return with shuttle to the airport.

(Translated by Google) Extremely fast for the reservation and the support of the vehicle in the middle of August !!!

28 day road trip
(Translated by Google) We rented a Toyota Highlander and were surprised to get a Grand Cherokee jeep instead. Really nice. Very spacious and very manoeuvrable. We had a very good trip. We will surely rent again the next time we return to Canada.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) No need to take out additional insurance. Everything is included basic.
It's worth taking the package: return the vehicle with an empty tank, because in BC gas is more expensive than in Alberta.
We followed Marie Pascale's advice: do not take a rigid suitcase, and all the equipment for 4 adults + 1 child + 1 BB is in the trunk!

Very good responsiveness and efficiency in responding to our request
(Translated by Google) Communication with Authentik was very smooth and efficient. The advisor is very responsive and quickly takes into account our various requests.
At the rental company the vehicle was ready on the scheduled date. Recent and clean vehicle, no mechanical problems. The instructions for the return of the vehicle on return are to be further specified.

Good experience
(Translated by Google) Car of the same size as the reservation (Nissan Sentra). Our vehicle was new (3,500 km), but beware, assistance (towing, flat tire, etc.) is an option at €9/day... Good experience with Authentik Canada.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Hello, we rented from Authentik Canada. Car picked up in Montreal and dropped off in Toronto. It was an almost new Toyota Corolla. Very satisfied with the value for money of the rental. Thanking you for your services.
No problem!!!
(Translated by Google) new vehicle, with no price surprise when picking up the vehicle. Thank you for this experience.
Recent car very satisfactory compact size
(Translated by Google) We chose a "compact" car for our road trip through Quebec for 13 days. This seemed to us to be a good compromise between trunk size, comfort and price. It remains a small car, pay attention to the size of the trunk (2 large suitcases and only one cabin suitcase fit, which left a cabin suitcase in view on the back seat). But very correct fuel consumption, very handy and allows you to park anywhere!
Warning: these cars are often small engines, so not very comfortable overtaking on hilly roads.

Wrong rental time
(Translated by Google) I had reserved a vehicle for 10 a.m. and a return 2 weeks later at 6 p.m. This was confirmed to me by email.
But when I arrived at the counter of the rental company (Discount), the vehicle was not available and not on site. We had to wait 2 hours to receive it... In addition, the person at the counter not being very resourceful, he could not access our file (and inform us...) until he had received the car of the people ahead of us.
We also had the unpleasant surprise of knowing that we had to return the vehicle well before 6 p.m. But we were able to discuss it in order to change the site where to return the car, and so we were able to return the car at the time we wanted in another center.

Very good service
(Translated by Google) Good communication from Authentik Canada and very competent service on site.
In downtown Montreal, no waiting, good reception, upgrade, impeccable car and quick and easy return to the airport directly.
Nothing to say except thank you!
The car corresponded exactly to the needs
(Translated by Google) However it was a Jeep Patriot and not a Toyota Camry ;-)
Cure!
(Translated by Google) We had a very interesting base price and in addition following our request on site we were entitled to an upgrade! The staff is very friendly. We recommend
