RV rental
Calgary to Vancouver
Wonderful service pre- and during our rental.
Good people, motorhome could be better.
The motorhome wasn´t old, but it seems that it was used so many times, maybe more than desired. We expected to use a better motorhome.
Awesome trip
We were 2 people travelling across Canada from Vancouver to Calgary, hiking the mountains and visiting family. Canadream made this possible in very comfortable and practical ways. We loved every moment of our trip.
NECanada tour
19 day tour of NECanada. Alto caravan V6 Kia. Caravan very cute and well equipped with everything we needed. Very smooth to tow for caravan novices. Discount Renrals in Jolliette were very good in every respect. Getting to Jolliette from Montreal was more tricky than expected but Marie-Chloe was very helpful to us non French speaking Australians. Camping in national parks in Canada was in a word fantastic. [...]
Tutto perfetto
Very good experience, better to have 7/24 call service to answer questions.
We encountered power cut off at the first night. We couldn’t find the electricity broker to reset. We called discount but got no response. Finally we found it.
Besides that, everything is excellent. The people is nice and the RV is clean, kitchenware and beddings are new.
First time
It was our first trip with a RV. The trip was fantastic and we enjoy the incredible views.
Truck camper rental Calgary
We specifically wanted a truck camper with 4WD as we wanted to drive the Forestry Trunk Road in Alberta - mostly gravel but a numbered Highway. The Truck camper was a Ford 350 double cab and was excellent in all respects. Almost brand new with a great spec inside the living quarters. It was a pleasure to drive and coped with everything from 30 degrees C to -3 C and snow on the Icefield Parkway (yes in July !!!). The Canadream team in Calgary were very helpful and the shuttle from hotels and airport worked well.
Motorhome Canada got us a great deal and were very helpful in arranging everything inc additional insurance and various extras in the all inclusive package. we would definitely use them again.

Rv
Everyone was friendly and helpful but it was a long wait to turn in the RV.
Very pleased
Excellent
Hired a RV for nearly 4 weeks and loved every minute. Could take everything wherever we went. Would 100% recommend it.
everything was perfect!!
check in was fast and the RV was clean and almost new!!
(Translated by Google) We had a very wonderful week in the Rockies in a comfortable and recent RV.
So I recommend CANADREAM to everyone for a great family travel experience.

(Translated by Google) Clean, functional, no issues
(Translated by Google) The motorhome was almost new, very well designed and really practical for our 4-week stay with three children.
We loved this experience; Canada is perfectly suited to this type of vehicle and it was really useful with young children. I recommend Canadream and Authentik Canada for this type of holiday. Be careful with the kilometer packages: we took an extra 500 km just to be safe, and we still exceeded the limit by 5 km upon arrival, despite having calculated our route in advance with Google Maps. We went to Montreal, Mauricie, Lake St Jean, Tadoussac, then took the ferry to tour the Gaspé Peninsula before finishing in Quebec City. It was an amazing trip, and we already miss the motorhome.
A few things to know: all campgrounds are equipped with a wooden picnic table at every site and a space for making a fire. Consider buying a barbecue grill fairly quickly, but in our experience, it’s not necessary to take the table and chair package from Canadream. We ate outside every evening on the picnic tables next to the motorhome. Lastly, for mosquitoes, especially in the Mauricie region, forget about French mosquito repellent—buy some on site at a pharmacy. The French product has absolutely no effect on the local mosquitoes.

(Translated by Google) Trip to the West, 3 weeks, it went really well.
Too expensive!
(Translated by Google) Look at the comment above. I will never take a vehicle from this company.
(Translated by Google) We rented a Canadream RV through Authentik Canada to travel through Western Canada with our family for almost a month. It was our first experience driving an RV, so we were a bit apprehensive. In the end, everything went really well. The service was impeccable from the moment of booking to the return of the RV. The operation of the RV is clearly explained in an online video and with a guide provided when you take possession. The RV was really clean and well maintained. Thanks to renting the RV, we were able to travel in comfort, bringing our beds, kitchen, and bathroom with us everywhere. If we had to do it again, we would definitely make the same choice for the rental. We are very satisfied with the experience and recommend Authentik Canada 100%. [...]

Simple and effective
Good first motorhome experience
(Translated by Google) Pleasant welcome, clear and comprehensive explanation, the vehicle drove very well.
2 drawbacks:
- The fridge was freezing the food.
- A GPS would have been a real plus.
- The 1500km package was just enough for our trip.

(Translated by Google) We rented a C25 RV for the summer of 2025 for a trip to Western Canada. Overall, we were satisfied. No major issues except for a screw in a tire and the RV not being emptied or filled with propane.
The biggest negative point was the on-site service. The person who served us didn’t seem very motivated to show us how things worked. It seemed like she had no interest in her job or in welcoming us. One of the other customers informed us not to forget to take our bedding, because we would have left thinking it was already on board the RV….
If I were to do it again, I would potentially look at other options, since I saw several other companies on the road and wasn’t impressed by the service. However, I wouldn’t rule out renting from them again either, since overall, everything went well in the end.

(Translated by Google) People were extremely kind and helpful. I would say that some equipment was missing from the kit originally planned, such as a mop, a fitted sheet to protect the mattresses, and a barbecue grill.
(Translated by Google) Great vehicle, 2-3 minor functional issues and the Canadream online service needs improvement... otherwise, really satisfied with our vehicle and the price.
Tailor-made support
(Translated by Google) A big thank you to Authentik for their great availability in answering all our questions before picking up the RV from CanaDream (by email and phone from France).

(Translated by Google) Great service from start to finish.
Andréanne, our representative, was wonderful, attentive to our needs, and always there to answer our questions.
(Translated by Google) Trip to Western Canada with C-large for a family of 4. The RV met our expectations. There was a problem with the heating but it was quickly resolved with the assistance service. Would do it again!
(Translated by Google) Very good contact with the Mirabel team. The RV was in impeccable condition and everything went very well. The only weak point: the capacity of the fresh water tank.
Motorhome
(Translated by Google) Very good and easy to drive despite its size
Clean and as described

(Translated by Google) Quality equipment.
Vehicle in very good condition.
(Translated by Google) Our C25 motorhome from Cruise Canada Calgary was functional but very old. It had an automatic gearbox, but the gear shifting was very slow and not smooth (lots of engine revving, especially when going downhill). There was no USB port near the dashboard (cigarette lighter), and no Bluetooth on the car radio. The windshield wipers worked poorly. The water level indicators were not very accurate. The heater was very noisy. Some cupboards were broken. That being said, we had a great stay and the price was more affordable than at other rental centers.
Additionally, Cruise Canada’s services were really basic: rushed check-in, very few items provided even with the kitchen box rental, only one very small dustpan/brush, one roll of toilet paper, no sponge or dishwashing/cleaning products, no welcome gift like at other rental agencies, and the fitted sheets for the mattresses were too small (had to reposition them every morning).
