RV rental
Well started but very badly finished.
(Translated by Google) Hello, I'm going to dissociate two things: my contact at Authentik, who was excellent, and my experience with CRUISE CANADA, which was disastrous. I rented a C25 RV from the Saint Eustache agency near Montreal. The welcome was flat, and I was treated like a child. The explanations were very summary. A door was stuck, and I was told that the seals were new and sticking!
During my trip, I had several inconveniences. First, a rainwater leak from the ceiling light. I fixed it; I didn't call for assistance. Then, the refrigerator handle came off in our hands; I didn't say anything but I fixed it. We realized that plates were missing, so we ate from bowls. On the way, I noticed that the greywater drain handle had disappeared; it fell off on the road... In short.
Upon my return, if I hadn't mentioned the issues encountered, no one would have known because there was no check from the Cruise Canada person. I had the honesty to explain all this, and I admit I expected a little compassion or apologies for the inconveniences. Instead, I was told that leaks were normal and very frequent. That if there were no plates, I should have bought some, and that the loss of the drain handle was my responsibility and would be charged to me $89! After my refusal to pay for poorly installed equipment, the person got angry and was odious to my wife, firmly raising their voice. We had come on vacation to Quebec to recover from the loss of our son. I cut short the "discussion," signed the paper, and we left.
I hope Authentik or Cruise Canada will do something about this qualified theft. If I had lost the camping table or broken something in the truck, it would have been normal to reimburse, but not in this case.
Philippe.

Excellent service provider
(Translated by Google) Satisfied with Cruise Canada.
Quick information
The RV C 21 was compliant and impeccable.
I recommend this rental company.
Beautiful experience
(Translated by Google) First experience with an RV but also with Authentik Canada and their partner Cruise Canada.
The campsite was comfortable, clean and very functional.
Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.
I recommend this agency!
From Calgary to Vancouver
(Translated by Google) This RV has good engine power and good brakes. However, it is very noisy while driving.
It has USB sockets and a 150 W inverter.
I requested a bedding kit for the double bed but the kit only contained one sheet and one pillow.
I think it would be good to include a 2-way level and also provide chocks to level the RV.
The dinnerware set was very good. The refrigerator is a good size and works very well on gas and electric. The heating and water heater are powerful.

Perfect!
(Translated by Google) Perfect experience! From the first contact to the return of the vehicle, everything was perfect. Professional and very friendly team. 1500 km road trip to visit Ontario, comfortable vehicle.
I highly recommend Fraserway. Excellent service and RV!
(Translated by Google) Excellent on-site customer service! The RV was very clean and almost new. We loved our experience!!
Unforgettable
(Translated by Google) The rental with Fraserway Montreal went very well. The staff took the time to explain the vehicle, and the provided accessories were useful. It was our first time driving a 5-ton vehicle, and the experience was incredible!
The RV is perfect for 2 adults. The vehicle was fully equipped, very pleasant to drive, and powerful. The fuel consumption is a bit high, but given the price of fuel, it was easily manageable. We loved the experience and are even considering renting an RV again for our next trip.

Great vacation / unfriendly landlord
(Translated by Google) The vehicle perfectly matched our needs and our vacation was great. However, we were not informed in advance that Cruise Canada would charge our credit card $500 for a deposit at the start, and upon return, despite a phone call requesting a dumping location address, little help and an unfriendly agency manager. Too bad!
Departure and arrival with the RV, very well received by the staff.
1st experience with a motorhome
(Translated by Google) For the first time, we chose to travel with a motorhome. It was a real pleasure. We traveled across Canada for three weeks. We chose Authentik Canada because they offered very good value for money. We were very well received and the explanations for getting started were excellent. We recommend them.
VR Class B
(Translated by Google) We loved our trip and the Class B experience. However, the interior configuration of the Fresierway van compared to the Canadream configuration was much less interesting. Very little storage. Ergonomically, we played Tetris the whole trip.
Very nice experience
(Translated by Google) Courteous and professional service. Transportation between the airport and the Fraiserway dealership was quick and efficient. The RV was clean and in good condition. The included equipment (dishes and bedding) was sufficient and complete.
Fully satisfied
(Translated by Google) Impeccable vehicle, friendly and efficient service
Notice
(Translated by Google) A very nice motorhome experience with our 3 children. We had a warm welcome, with good information. The motorhome was comfortable, clean, and functional.
Liberty and flexibility
(Translated by Google) WoW, we loved it for a first experience. We will surely do it again. You shouldn't have a lot of luggage, however, as storage is more limited. We didn't use the shower, it was too small. But at the campsites, we had what we needed. Regarding fuel costs, it was good, we were pleasantly surprised. The only point to improve is that we paid for an in-person tour of the vehicle since it was our first time, and the young woman didn't know the RV very well; we even showed her a few things. Good thing we had listened carefully and watched the videos, which by the way are very well made. [...]
Everything was perfect
(Translated by Google) We really enjoyed our experience with the RV and the customer service was perfect. Thank you to the whole team.
Nice rental
(Translated by Google) Everything went well, very happy!
Good experience for the price
(Translated by Google) The value for money was good. For the price we paid, everything was good. We had a new RV. However, several small things broke in the RV during our stay. To have the prices they do, I believe they cut a bit on the quality of the RVs they offer, even if they are new.
identical to the request
(Translated by Google) Warm welcome, very good camper van, met all our expectations. I highly recommend it.
Very good service from the vehicle rental company (Fraserway)
(Translated by Google) A few minor defects with the vehicle, but nothing that could have affected the trip.
Very good service for trip preparation with Authentik
Thank you
VR C 30
(Translated by Google) C30 RV a very good spacious and comfortable RV, pleasant to drive, maybe a little too big for 2 people, we will take a C25 next time.
Cruise location C21
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with the motorhome rental. Very friendly welcome, clear explanations.
Faserway Location
(Translated by Google) Excellent experience with Faserway's services. Everything went as planned, with comprehensive, friendly, and attentive service. The camper van was almost new, in excellent condition; the equipment was more than sufficient. So perfect for us (we were 2 with a C-Small type).
Satisfactory, but nothing more
(Translated by Google) Hello,
After reading various Google reviews of Cruise Canada (especially the Calgary agency), we understood that they weren't the best, but we found them to be the cheapest and chose to take a chance.
Crossing Western Canada in a Motorhome is fantastic, and this trip will remain etched in our memories. Nevertheless, there are many points to improve with this provider, Cruise Canada in Calgary:
- The key handover was rushed, with no presentation of the vehicle or explanation of how to use the various accessories, and no real inventory of the vehicle's condition.
- The fuel level stated as "1/4 full" (approx. 180/200km for this type of vehicle) was incorrect, as we left the agency with only 63km of range.
- The "bedding kits" are very basic (1 pillow, 1 duvet without fitted sheets, 1 flat sheet), luckily we had taken two...
- The crockery kit is very minimalist and forced us to buy some additional accessories during our trip.
- The water level indicators are more than random; we had the unpleasant surprise of significant water overflows in the shower before realizing that we shouldn't trust them and needed to empty the water very regularly (it would have been nice to be warned about this when picking up the keys…).
Finally, the main negative point for us: the assistance. We called them for a flat tire and had to wait 6 hours (yes, 6 hours!) for a technician to arrive and help us.
- First call at 9 am to report a flat tire, we were told a 1 to 2-hour intervention delay.
- Follow-up call at 11 am to tell us a technician would arrive within 1.5 hours.
- Follow-up call at 12:30 pm to learn that a technician should arrive soon.
- Follow-up call at 3 pm to tell us the technician would arrive soon.
=> The breakdown technician arrived around 3:45 pm, only for us to learn that assistance had only contacted him at 3:15 pm!
And all this to mount a spare tire in poor condition (which we hadn't checked when picking up the keys) that the breakdown technician strongly advised us to replace as soon as possible because he believed it would be risky to continue the journey with that wheel.
Without real support from assistance, we finally had the tire repaired and replaced at our own expense (€35, so we didn't want to initiate administrative procedures...).
The C21 Motorhome still allowed us to make this trip without other problems, thanks to a reliable and pleasant-to-drive engine with the automatic gearbox.
Its small size allowed us to go everywhere, including city centers, but I strongly advise against it if you are more than 2 people (it is rated for 4 berths but storage is quite limited).
In conclusion, if you want to cross Canada in a Motorhome, do it!
However, be aware that the other vehicles we encountered seemed better equipped with competitors (it's not possible to judge other assistance services...).
We knowingly chose Cruise Canada because they were the cheapest, but there's a reason for that.

Short but beautiful road trip
(Translated by Google) Smooth running of the road trip in a decent RV for 8 days of travel. We did, however, encounter some difficulties with the generator and water heater, as well as a lack of dishes for 5 people. 7-seater RV, we had indicated that there were 5 of us but we only had 4 glasses and 4 bowls. Not too serious in itself, but it's annoying when, after trying in vain to start the water heater, you discover that. [...]
Good material but very poorly prepared
(Translated by Google) The van is well-equipped overall and drives well.
BUT:
It is poorly prepared and not clean (cigarette butts in the door rail and hair everywhere).
Fuel level at 50% instead of full.
Propane level at 2/3 instead of full and was returned full.
Insufficient and dirty dishes.
Small coffee maker for one person.
Great
A serious house
(Translated by Google) The RV was a few years old but in good condition and clean, as was the rented equipment. The towels were very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a private demonstration in French; the employee was very nice and took her time to explain everything to us. But this presence was a coincidence and not planned at the time of booking; the demonstration was supposed to be in English. I think they would benefit from offering this service in French when booking so that those who need it can be sure to take advantage of it. We called customer service before departure and for roadside assistance; they were present and helped us. We had no problems upon return; the welcome was less warm but still without issues. On the other hand, the process for accessing our reservation schedule for vehicle pickup and drop-off times five days before departure should be reviewed. If we hadn't contacted Canadream's customer service, our vehicle drop-off time would have been 8:00 AM / 8:30 AM. With 2 hours between driving and filling up with gas from Banff and Calgary, we would have had to leave the campground at 6:30 AM, even though the contract allows for drop-off until 10:00 AM. [...]
Dissatisfied with Cruise Canada service
(Translated by Google) Yellowed and moldy-smelling sheets, very incomplete basic kitchen kit, incorrect initial information, heating failure when it was 4 degrees outside, which despite numerous calls remained unresolved. In short, we will not recommend Cruise Canada
First experience with a VR
(Translated by Google) Really satisfied with the service, whether with Authentik or Cruise Canada, thank you, we will be back.
