RV rental
(Translated by Google) First day in Waterton with winds over 75 km/h. We got our initiation quickly. Fortunately, everything went really well afterward. The heater in the RV was necessary for some nights because we woke up to temperatures of 0-2 degrees.

(Translated by Google) Very nice experience with our RV for the trip across Canada from Montreal to Vancouver. The vehicle was almost new and in excellent condition. Excellent service, both for picking up and returning the vehicle.
Very good vehicle but poor preparation

Rental of an RV cruise
(Translated by Google) Not enough information at the start, the table was broken at the beginning and I wasn’t told, the shower was always leaking a bit, no plugs for the kitchen sink, missing towels and soap for washing the dishes.
(Translated by Google) Despite a somewhat cold welcome from a person returning from vacation who made it clear to us that he was in a hurry to leave to join his mother for "Mother's Day," we are overall satisfied with the services. However, I would like to highlight 3 points of inconvenience:
/>
1 - The heating was not working. In May, the nights are still relatively cool.
2 - The adjustment for the side mirrors was not working, which is an important safety feature on this type of vehicle.
3 - Fuel charges, even though the tank was full when the vehicle was returned.
Best regards.

(Translated by Google) We rented for 19 nights and traveled to the national parks in BC and Alberta. The large size is excellent for us for sleeping (2 adults, 4 teens), as well as cooking and eating.
(Translated by Google) Our experience in the van was perfect. Lots of space, a large bed (which is not always the case in vans we have rented elsewhere), and a well-equipped kitchen.
The only downside was the night curtains. The Velcro is very damaged (some no longer work). They deserve to be replaced.
Apart from that, everything was perfect; we are returning very satisfied and with lots of great memories.

(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect, the reception upon departure and return, the explanations, the equipment, perhaps missing a small outdoor coffee table. We were very happy with our experience with Four Seasons in Abbotsford.

(Translated by Google) The professionalism, kindness, and benevolence of the team!
As mentioned in my review just above: maybe a more detailed check-in.
(Translated by Google) The services provided were in accordance with the commitments, the advice was useful (and followed...,) A clarification: the 'lingerie' kit includes a duvet.
(Translated by Google) Top notch rental. Second time with Authentik Canada, and if we come back, we will probably do it again with them!

(Translated by Google) We are satisfied with Cruise Canada and the service offered, but there are several points to raise.
The motorhome is old and makes a lot of noise while driving, and the thermal insulation is average.
But most importantly, the rental of a car seat is not possible, and when we rented our own by our means, it turned out it was not compatible with the motorhome's fittings, which poses a major safety issue...
Otherwise, everything worked well in the motorhome.

(Translated by Google) A very well-equipped camper van with very detailed explanations from the team, which put us at ease for a fantastic stay! Thank you again!
Delighted with our first experience and surely to be renewed!
(Translated by Google) We rented a class B RV (DVC - Deluxe Van Camper) for the first time to tour the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia. By using Authentik Canada as an intermediary, we were secured with insurance in case of any issues, and they responded to our questions within 48 hours. The agents at Canadream were helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all our questions and also allowed us to visit the RV before taking possession. The RV operating guide and video were very useful and well made! The RV was very clean and everything was functional. The only two inconveniences are that we pay for a day's rental for taking possession (after 1:30 PM) and returning the RV (before 9:30 AM)... otherwise, we have to pay an extra fee. And one of the Canadream agents (upon returning the RV) did not speak a word of French! Overall, a very beautiful experience and we highly recommend it! [...]

15 days in VR in Quebec

(Translated by Google) Great experience!
(Translated by Google) Very good supplier: pleasant reception, facilitates the journey between the branch and our accommodation, very well equipped camper.
(Translated by Google) The Adventurer pickup is, in my eyes, a perfect vehicle for a trip in North America, compact on the road and pleasant to handle and drive; furthermore, it is equipped with an auxiliary CNG tank that helps reduce fuel bills. As for the recreational part, the vehicle is well equipped, everything was functional and in good condition. The owner, Mr. Germain, is a pleasant person who will explain all the operations upon reception of the vehicle and remains available via WhatsApp during your stay, and I take this opportunity to thank him once again for his kindness! Very beautiful experience
(Translated by Google) Very warm welcome by your team, complete information regarding the use of the vehicle and all its functions. Camper van with which we are satisfied.

(Translated by Google) It is just unfortunate that no one speaks French at the Calgary rental branch. Some technical points could have been further elaborated.
(Translated by Google) Very good experience with Authentik Canada for our trip. Available, responsive staff. We will go through this agency again when we return.
(Translated by Google) Great RV rental! Everything went very well, both the rental and the trip with the vehicle. The van is very well equipped and runs like clockwork. Pure happiness!!!
(Translated by Google) Fraserway is very professional, everything is very well organized, and the explanations are very clear. The support is top-notch. Ease of use and handling of the truck camper. The return was perfect and also surprisingly easy. Thank you again, everything was perfect!
(Translated by Google) Having traveled from Montreal to Lac Saint-Jean and Gaspésie near the New Scotland border and back. First, the reception and handling of the vehicle were perfect; I took small roads to get used to the size and drove at the right speed. If you sometimes notice a large number of vehicles behind you, pull over to clear the traffic. As for camping accommodations, they are all very good and perfect for human encounters, but beware that from mid-September many are closed. Safe travels. [...]
(Translated by Google) We spoke with Susyane who was very responsive to our questions and greatly helped us ahead of our trip! The motorhome pickup was perfect, and we had an excellent stay!
(Translated by Google) We rented a Small C20 RV (14 nights) for our honeymoon in September 2024, for a journey starting from Vancouver and ending in Calgary (stops: Victoria, Ucluelet, Qualicum Beach, Whistler, Clearwater, Revelstoke instead of Jasper closed due to fires, and Banff). We are overall very satisfied with the comfort of this vehicle, and we already know we will renew the experience in the coming years, perhaps on the East Coast for a change.
The shuttle system at departure and arrival is very convenient and avoids extra taxi costs given the distance between the Fraserway agency and the city center (especially in Vancouver). Admittedly, we had to wait in the cold for the shuttle, which was 45 minutes late, but we are fully aware that the driver was simply enduring Vancouver's morning traffic. However, upon arrival at the agency to pick up the vehicle, there were many of us, and we had to wait about 1 hour to reach the counter, then an additional 30-minute wait for an agency member to demonstrate the vehicle. Fortunately, I had anticipated a safety buffer because we had the ferry on the same day to Vancouver Island.
Our (only) unpleasant surprise after picking up the vehicle was realizing that the "grey tank" was not properly emptied by the previous renter. After using the sink to wash our hands, the water wouldn't drain anymore (due to a full tank), and we couldn't empty it in the supermarket parking lot between the agency in Delta and the ferry in Vancouver. We had to drive to the next campsite (in Victoria) with a bit of water in the sink, and with the vehicle's movement, the water splashed onto the floor, sacrificing clean towels on the first day to wipe it up... The Fraserway agency had warned us that sometimes the grey tank sensor is faulty; for example, it shows full when it's empty or vice versa (and we confirmed this during the next 14 days as often right after emptying at campsites, the grey tank stayed stuck at 2/3...), however, we would have appreciated it if the agency thoroughly checked the tank's status before renting out the vehicle instead of relying solely on the known faulty sensor (even if it means the agency should do a drain when the vehicle returns, to ensure all tanks are empty before re-renting the vehicle).
The kitchen kit is complete; the only criticism I could make is regarding the sponge (clearly a toy sponge with a lifespan of 1 to 2 days max, we had to buy more to properly wash our dishes + the 2 provided dish towels spread water around instead of drying, so we also bought a real dish towel).
The bedding kit is very decent as well; we even had a change of sheets for the 2 weeks. For 2 people, we had two (large) individual duvets which were more than sufficient.
Regarding the bath towels (4 large towels + 2 hand towels): very good, but it was a nightmare to properly dry the towels after showering, we hung them inside the RV (blocking the ends in the overhead cabinets above the table), but they dried poorly and smelled bad by the second day... Not practical as they took up space (hitting your head on towels when at the back of the RV), and we had to reposition the towels every time we needed something from the cabinets. Impossible to dry them outside because, in September, even without rain, it was not enough. We ended up buying microfiber towels that dried much faster and took up less space.
We also opted for the heater, and it was not a luxury as waking up at the end of September in the Rockies is chilly! However, the heater only worked for 2 days even though we only turned it on during breakfast, so we spent the last 3-4 wake-ups quite cold.
In general, regarding driving a vehicle of this size in Canada: I was initially very apprehensive as I had never driven this type of vehicle, especially abroad. In the end, it was a pleasure, and I felt safer than when driving my small car on the highway in France. Indeed, in Canada, I found drivers to be much more civilized and respectful of the rules of the road, and the roads are truly designed for all types of vehicles.
The mileage estimate when booking through Authentik Canada was well done; we opted for a total package of 2500 km and drove about 2300 km, thus avoiding excess kilometer charges.
Regarding vehicle pricing: indeed, it's a (big) budget. By booking about 6 months in advance, we paid 3300€ for a 14-night rental with a 2500 km package, a deductible insurance of $750, bedding/kitchen kits, and the heater. In addition, we had to add 500€ for fuel and the price for camping nights (approximately 600€). So, it costs around 300€/night all-inclusive, during a period still considered high season (at least according to some campsites).
After quick comparison on the Fraserway website for pricing without an intermediary, I must acknowledge that the price difference is very minimal compared to what we paid via Authentik Canada, which, beyond the booking, offers support and availability from our designated advisor, who quickly answered our every question (thank you Adeline!).
Despite this significant budget (at least for us), we do not regret it as we had incredible moments on the road, and to date, it is the most beautiful trip of our lives.
See you soon in Canada!

(Translated by Google) Unforgettable stay in the Rockies, no issues with the RV. Very professional contacts with FraserWay. Highly recommended.
(Translated by Google) Motorhome at the top, practical and very good. The company is super organized and everything went wonderfully.
Gaspésie, 4x4 vehicle with cell, beautiful experience, Sept 24
(Translated by Google) Friendly welcome from Philippe, very accommodating, good communication. Warehouse not far from the airport. Very comfortable vehicle especially for driving, interesting because it can run on LPG (more advantageous) or petrol, practical vehicle, clean, operational, functional, maneuverable. You still have to manage the waste bins, of course, and sometimes they can fill up quickly (advised to be careful). The weather was fine, but if it was cold, plan for a quilt or blanket as the sleeping bags are light. [...]
(Translated by Google) good team, very decent vehicle
